We have stayed here several times and it’s always a good place to stay. It’s our go to place when visiting Fredricton

We loved the pool, especially that our room was close to the elevator and the elevator led us right to the pool! It wasn't far, therefore we didn't have to go though the lobby in our suits! The pool was deep like 8 feet, which my 6" 3 husband and daughter could jump in. The small end was perfect for my 3 foot daughter. She uses our life jacket but she was able to touch the bottom and she was so happy about that! The beds were unbelievably comfortable! The pillows...omg I wanted to take them home!! The front desk, Nkem I believe, had great customer service skills and very personable! A little pricey for the stay but I see why. Thanks for a great stay and service!

Walkable distance to everything

Loved the spacious clean room and great views. Hotel has two very good restaurants, which made the stay so convenient, especially in the winter. Right next door to the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, the Playhouse, Convention Center and other great attractions. Right on the banks of the Saint John River and a walking path along the River.

Old and dingy, bedding was dirty tub was moldy and there was what looked like dried vomit on the back of the bathroom door. Thank god the carpets were a dark color so i couldn't see how dirty they really were. Thought i had booked a nice hotel but regreted ever staying there. Wiil not ever be back. Don't fall for the pics !! Its an old 2 star hotel at best.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff were helpful and thorough. I cant wait ti stay again.

Location was perfect.

If you love cold sbowers and empty rooms with alarm clocks going off at 6am this is the place to stay. Staff was nice, property clean.

For the price, the bathroom in my room could have been in better condition. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the halls as if they’re in your room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I like everything about the property. No complaints. One thing to mention however, maybe try to make the heater in the room quieter but if not still a great stay

Did not like paying for parking our car since we were staying there.Motel is expensive enough we shouldn’t have to pay for parking

I did not overly enjoy my stay here. The beds were not comfortable, the room was very dry and temperature was hard to control. It was always too cold or hot in the room. The shower water was not hot in the morning, even though the temperature was turned all the way up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was not fully connected to the toilet so it spun around on the toilet. Overall, would likely not stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool needs an update. Peeling blue paint chips all over the walking area and it was overflowing the sides so very slippery to walk around. A lot of dirt and hair. Not pleasant or appealing. The pool itself was clean and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.

The first elevator was broke for a time that I was there and the second was broke some of the time without a sign saying what was going on. Wasn’t aware if the staff elevator until I made a couple trips up and down the stairs. Floor 7

Lovely hotel

We went as a family and had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. The kids loved the pool and it was a short walk to everything we wanted to do in Fredericton. I would stay here again.

We were traveling to Fredericton for a show and it was located directly across the street. It was perfect

Easy to park, comfortable spacious room. Friendly bar staff. Check-in and check out was easy. Even though i am local i would stay there again.

I got 3 rooms which I requested all side by side and they accomadated our needs. The rooms were spacious & clean. The staff was great. Would definitely recommend!

Location, view, quiet, breakfast buffet

I was excited to be staying in the hotel where I worked many moons ago. It was a luxurious hotel in its day, but now it is beat up and worn. The first room we were given was dirty and we asked to be moved. The staff were great and did move us. The second room was dark and very plain. The door in the hallway at the elevators was extremely beaten up and there were letters missing on the sign with emergency instructions. Overall, it is a shame that IHG hasn't invested some money to restore the hotel.

Done an ok job in fixing the place up, but not alot of attention to detail. I dont like but i get that theres no house keeping daily. Some one was in out roon to remove room service dishes, but never refill coffee pods, and when we arrived it was loaded with decaf coffee. Did like that the noise complaint was delt with quickly..In two different rooms the power bar between the beds didn’t work. Same complaint as last year. Fridge not working in one of the rooms was never fixed. Not sure we will be back on out next trip to Fredericton

Paid parking at the property. But really nice suite. Great service. Amazing view and jacuzzi.

Good hotel - bad listing on the app

Stay here was good. Hotel was nice and amenities were good. Unfortunately, the listings are misrepresented on this app. The photos and listing indicate that there is a desk/workspace in the standard room and this is not the case. Staff here blamed it on the app and said there is nothing they can do. Just a note for others.

Clean property and very helpful staff. Careful walking around the beds!! Bed frame sticks out by 6 inches beyond the mattress, and I got a nasty bruise on my shin walking around the bed. Everything else was ok but nothing amazing.

We were in Room 225. Many hotels have stopped using exhaust fans in the bathroom. You should check your vent pipe for the bathrooms. Returning to our room, we noticed a sewage smell each time.

Really great room - spacious with all the essentials. Staff is great and the area has lots to do for shopping and food.

It really was very clean, but I did a few floor exercises and noticed a few tiny chip crumbs behind a chair. Complimentary snacks?? We'll suppose the vacuum bag was full. Staff were very friendly and informative. Our accessible room was thoughtfully laid out and furnished. Parking arrangements are simple and inexpensive. Breakfast buffet in resto is very nice, with personal pot of fresh brew and clean, polite, business-like table service. Perfect downtown location.

Room not ready?

Check in was not so great. We arrived after 3 pm but were told the room was not ready. I was called a little while later to let me know the room was ready, however when we got to the front desk we were told the room had been given to someone else. After getting all our things from the car we sat in the lobby. I saw a large group approaching and thought I would check to see if the room was ready and was told that it was. Not sure about all the delay but not a great first impression.

This property is nicely situated and the rooms are nicely updated but it was a bit noisy in the morning and we didn’t have hot water.

The room was lovely. Clean and roomy. Very quiet and the beds were comfy. Will definitely stay here again.

Was placed in the West Wing which is dilapidated and clearly worse than the main tower of the hotel. Temperature control in the room was poor and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Disappointing

Staff were friendly and accomodating

The hotel was not busy at all, yet they decided to put us in a room that was right next to the door for the stairs. We could clearly hear (especially at night) when anyone would open/close the door as it shut with a loud bang each time. The room smelled musty and the shower was rusty. We stay in Fredricton a few times year, but will be avoiding this hotel in the future.

Good location where you can walk to restaurants and along the river. Room was spacious and except for dim lighting in the bathroom very nice. Quiet. This is a big convention and tour hotel.

A beautiful hotel! Our room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. My dog was welcomed by all staff!

Overall this was a good hotel for a family for one night. It had all the amenities. Rooms and the hotel have become quite dated. The service at check in and check out was quick and extremely friendly.

Extremely noisy with partying in the hall outside our room until 1:00 am Would not stay there again.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed for one night. I hope in the future we can stay longer to experience more that the hotel can offer.
