TravellerCleaning service did not clean tables, carpet or bathroom for my entire stay. But did a good job with changing and fixing the bed sheets and pillows. Too expensive not to have a free breakfast. They have no security around the pool, a guy was swimming and harassing me and I couldn’t find a single person in sight to assist.

Honestly this hotel is the best! Starting from when I walked into the lobby until I checked out. The staff are friendly and helpful . The hotel is super clean and view was amazing. My flight got delayed and they were nice enough for me to stay until 2pm 🙏. I will definitely recommend this place and I will definitely stay again.

TravellerWe booked a king bed, arrived and got told they didn’t have any so we had to change to a twin which was ok but a bit annoying. All is spotlessly clean and our room looked new just quite old fashioned (eg shower curtain). The transfer they offer to the airport is very overpriced at 40JOD, her a taxi / Uber instead. At 05am an Uber cost us 18JOD and came within 2 mins, although it did not allow us to pre-book. The pool is ok but the music is really loud

It was my first time visiting Amman, Jordan. The Crown Plaza Amman was a great place to stay. They had four restaurants. I ate at two of the restaurants each night and the food and service was great. The staff was great at cleaning the rooms, helping me with my bags when I returned from the day of touring. I could not have chosen a more comfortable place to stay abroad.

However only a short walk from a few pubs/bars if that’s your thing! Amazing breakfast even if it was a little expensive. Would recommend for 1-2 nights to recover from the heat of Amman and Petra 😊

Location was great. It's outside of the busy, congested areas of Amman and nearby a mall that provides access to diverse food options. This is the second hotel I've stayed in in Amman, and I found its location to be quieter, easier to get to, and more proximal to points of interest. The check-in and check-out process was quick and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. We used the jacuzzi and steam room, both of which sufficient, but nothing spectacular. Breakfast was very good.

Decent average hotel
My second hotel in Jordan during this visit after a two day stopover at Aqaba . Decent hotel , neat and clean , challenge was air conditioning as it was cold always even if we set at 26 deg cent . Rest all standard . Needless to say , nothing comparable with my stay at AQABA … hotel / service / dining … experience , though it was another chain of hotel .
