Beautiful hotel and very nice room.
Class Act at Crockfords
This was our first time staying at Crockfords and our stay was outstanding! The service from the General Manager Richard was some of the best we have received. The hotel staff especially Anthony in the lobby bar and all of the front desk and room service staff A+! Loved the gym and spa was beautiful. It smells wonderful in the lobby and hallways. The amenities of Baredo were the icing on the cake. Returning in warmer months to be poolside! Highly recommending Crockfords!
.
Absolutely not worth the money! The most simple requests take forever, staff doesn’t care, they just keep apologizing but don’t take any responsibility or actions. Room was nice and in good condition and housekeeping did a great job, but that’s it with the positive things. Several lights in my suite were not working and Minibar was warm, addressed that matter several times to the front desk but nothing happened. Ordered ice to my room several times (because they didn’t provide an ice machine on the floor), and it took every time between 1 hour and 3 hours, absolutely disgraceful! Addressed all the problems during check out again and guess what; they said sorry again. During my 4 night stay I heard more apologies than in the entire las year. But apologies loses their meaning if no actions are followed! I will never stay here again and certainly don’t recommend this hotel, it was far from a luxurious experience and all they care about is your money! A mid scale suite for over 500$ a night with terrible service, completely overpriced and not even close to worth the money!
Crockfords is a great place to stay...5 star room and service. The staff are customer service oriented and experienced. The Valet parking is a bonus...fast and efficient. I can understand how there might be some peak times that could result in a delay. Resorts world is large and self contained. During our stay (late January) the resort was far from capacity...some restaurants had shortened hours or were closed. The RW location is at the North end of the strip but is still walkable to Fremont street or the other Strip properties.
Lovely property. Our suite was missing furniture, the drapes did not work. I mentioned it on check oot and all they said was sorry about that. So I am going 4/5 versus 5/5.
Everything was great!!
Dont expect a tremendous upgrade as a Diamond member. Thats been my experience. Great property. The Dog House menu is basic, not much choice there and the food average. With such a nice property they need a better bar menu
Had to switch rooms door for employees slamming across from my first room.
Conrad might be a better choice
House keeping didn’t refill the water bottles, mattress is cracking; online representative isn’t attentive
This is my second time staying at the Crockfords and still the best room I’ve ever stayed in! The style, size, and amenities, are top notch and would recommend it to anyone!
By far our favorite spot in Vegas! Can’t wait to come back and visit again. From the bar staff to housekeeping everything was the best!
Excellent
This is a good property but not a great property. Room service is somewhat limited but acceptable, and the room decor area and amenities are ok. The location is fine for those with a car (my case).
This is the second time in the property and we found that it is a good mix of value (relatively) and good decor and good condition premises. The room service is a bit short of expectations, but all else was proper.
poor service. poor housekeeping. both days we did not get room cleaned until late afternoon despite multiple requests. clearly short staffed. front desk was trying to be accommodating. the hotel itself is nice and newer than others in the vegas area.
Great experience Beautiful rooms
It was what you would expect of a luxurious hotel.
Great!!
The property itself was fine. We had three rooms for our family and stayed in the Crockfords Tower. Our kiddos were with us (5 and 10) and I felt comfortable with them venturing around the property with the nanny. My dissatisfaction comes primarily from after checking out. My mom left some clothes in a drawer and a large sum of money in the safe and called immediately upon our arrival at home. She submitted the report for the lost items, only to be told "we didn't find them." Honestly, that's enough to ensure we will never stay there again. The clothes were there, the money was there. I thought the days of having your stuff stolen in a hotel room were gone, but I guess not.
Always our favorite stay in Vegas! The way we’re taken care of during our stays makes Crockfords a no-brainer for us
Price on food
Horrible first experience
Horrible first experience. We won’t be staying here again. I booked a suite for my wife’s birthday and upon arrival found 20-30 moths flying around. When notified the front desk they quickly moved us into another unit not realizing it was a downgrade until we arrived at the room. It was much smaller than I paid for. The time was now 130am and after attempting to shower we now were meet with another problem. The shower was not draining and causing a mini flood in the bathroom.
Super nice & comfy hotel in Vegas
amazing service loved the quiet lobby lounge for a quick breakfast having dedidcated pool means no fighting for seats rooms lovely
Love the Crockfords. It smells so good when u walk in. The rooms are super clean and housekeeping comes twice a day. They actually take the time to clean your room not just replacing towels. The hotel is beautiful. The pools are plentiful and not too crowded. The whole hotel and resorts world never felt crowded or Smokey and we were there on a weekend. My only complaint is the sports book. It’s in a restaurant and the restaurant food is hit or miss. The fries tasted like they were fried with fish. The whole restaurant smelled like fish at times. We gamble on sports so we were in and out of there regularly. The grilled cheese was great though.
Absolutely divine!!
Absolutely amazing!! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in so far. We flew in from Australia and drove from LA to Vegas. As soon as you arrive, you drive into gates that open up for you (very fancy), valet service is free, but good to tip them still :) Concierge was very welcoming and offered a glass of champagne. Our room had a view of the strip which was incredible during the day and night. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the bathroom was divine. Pools were fun Staff were friendly, everything was new and clean, would highly recommend staying here! Hope we can go back again one day soon. :)
loved it will defiantly stay again.
In all honesty, with the price we paid I expected a lot more. Staff were frosty, especially around the pool. checkin after 4pm was too late. I’d look to stay somewhere else next time I visit Las Vegas.
"Fantastic 5-star casino resort! Impeccably clean with a wide variety of dining options right on-site. The casino was a fun bonus, and the overall atmosphere was lively yet luxurious. Highly recommend for both relaxation and entertainment!"
The staff is amazing. From the valet clerk, to the usher Marshall Mayfield he took us to our room and provided spectacular service. We will definitely come back.
The rooms are incredible, we really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was a little disappointing, we arrived a little earlier and they told us they couldn’t give us our room which is understandable, and the receptionist was very dull, when we came back later the other receptionist was also very unbothered with us and even asked us if we weren’t confused and maybe we were staying at the Hilton, I was bothered by it. So front desk very disappointing, they didn’t explained anything about the hotel and some other guests were also bothered by their attitude. Other than that we didn’t have to interact with other hotel staff. The rooms are super confortables and we recommend it. They clean your room more than once a day which is very cool. One day we decided to eat at the pool and the food it’s okay but overpriced, I recommend finding something else for better quality. The casino it’s fine! And the food area they have it’s very convenient and good. Everything seemed very clean and after all I would recommend staying here!
World class hotel and service. Lots of shops nearby, and casino was not in your face if you didnt want to gamble. Would definitely stay again
This is wonderful tower. The Crockfords is the only tower I could stay at. The bed is very comfortable. There is a nice therapeutic gun. And you get exclusive access to a nice pool area that is only available for Crockford guests.
Beautiful resort
High end, high tech hotel
I stayed in the 2 beadroom suite at the Crocksford. Staying at the Crocksford section of the hotel puts you in the mind of the Wynn and Encore in terms of high end hotels on the strip. Also its the most high tech hotel in the strip by far. With things like Bluetooth speakers in all the rooms. Even down to the high tech toilet.
The property is clean, staff is nice and hotel is convenient to the convention center fro shows. A number of food options inside the hotel
Love this hotel. If comparing with other 2 hotels next to this hotel in the same buildings, it is much quiet and it gave us much better privacy in the lobby.
Everything was fantastic! Definitely an unforgettable stay. Can’t wait to do it again!
Pure luxury!
Best experience! We were upgraded to a suite in the West Tower. The room and views were amazing. We got married while we were there. Memorable experience for the books. Thank you Crockfords! We’ll be back.
Great Hotel
Love that it is very clean. I hope they maintain this. Exclusive pool for Crockfords guests is a huge plus. We love that it's not crowded.
The only part that was awful was the Tao Day club, But was told that was a separate entity. Other than that, this is one of the most amazing hotels in Vegas and I will forever only be staying here at the Crockfords.
Crockfords is our favorite place to stay in Vegas! We won’t stay anywhere else.
We love Resorts World and chose to stay at Crockfords on our most recent trip. Dining options are fabulous and the staff is amazing. We love the Dawg House, especially Mikey, Brandon and Adam. It feels like a home away from home. I really like the Crockfords pool option, guaranteed shade on hot days with a smaller private pool area. Having a 24 hour dedicated room service was a big plus as well.
Love the privacy
Breakfast choice is limited. Famous Food opens too for late breakfast
Has stayed at Resorts World before but this was our first stay at the Crockfords property. Everything was faultless. This is our 12th visit to Vegas from the UK and this is by far our favourite hotel stay.
Great!
A few issues with check in and concierge but overall a great place to stay
Crockfords needs a dining and pool experience on par with the hotel. Breakfast options are not good at all and you might as well be staying at the connected Hilton for the amenities. The hotel itself and staff were lovely but once you venture out of it, the rest does not meet up with expectations.
This hotel is amazing, I would definitely recommend as it surpasses any other hotel I have stayed at!
Excellent hotel!
Staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. Everything was handled beautifully.
Awesome property
It is a beautiful property. It is quiet within the hotel, with easy access to the other properties.
This property has it all. Beautiful rooms with turn down services for the night. Gambling at its best. Friendly environment from check in to picking up vehicle at valet. I recommend this hotel to any visitors and locals having a staycation for 1 or 2 days
Wonderful room
It is my favorite hotel in Las Vegas!!!
Great hotel
Clean, Updated & mordern, much newer and less congested compared to others. will definitely go again
Fantastic
Appreciated the cleanliness and top tier amenities.
Wont’t be back
Porn convention happening this weekend was a huge turnoff. People dressed half naked, not great clientele overall for a weekend getaway with my wife. Took over and killed the overall vibe. Only one pool was open and closed at 4pm. Rooms were nice and very clean. Would be nice service if Hotels.com requires hotels to inform clients if there is a major conference.
Very nice hotel
We had a great stay at Crockfords. The service of the hotel was very good and the room was new and very clean
The view was great. But there was not much shopping
The Hilton is definitely nice and The Conrad is a big step up from that, but The Crockfords steps it up to another level from the private, elegant, and quiet lobby to the beautiful decor, lighting, and amenities. The strip view suite with the high ceilings is definitely one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in and would HIGHLY recommend it!
Not the best hotel in Vegas. Not luxury at all
I will arrived a little after 5 PM in my room was not ready so I was given $100 in food and beverage credit. I received a text message at 7:30 telling me my room was ready but it was not. My room was ready at midnight, and when I finally got in the room after waiting 45 minutes of the counter, they did not have the king superior room I paid for and put me in a double bedroom that looks like it had just been set up for occupancy today. Not a superior room not even the lowest level room at the Conrad. Super disappointing. Nothing was done for me except I was given a free meal and that still doesn’t make up the amount of money I paid for the room and had a terrible experience overall .
Excellent
Excellent!!! Best hotel ever!!!!
Great
Our only bad experience was our server at Wally's for breakfast Saturday morning. Otherwise, another wonderful experience.
Very clean, classy and great service. Would recommend
Nice but would like to stay where we reserved
We reserved a strip view room and front desk said they were sold out of them and they moved us to a junior suite in the West building. Room was nice, but not as nice as the crockford tower which we reserved.
Everything was great
the best hotel
Beautiful rooms and very helpful staff
I had a great experience.
Really lovely place
This place has the best customer service - everything went smoothly and above our expectations. Loved everything about it!
does not have las vegas vibe
Overpriced and far away from the center of activities… will not return
Everything was great. Rooms are great
A serene oasis in Las Vegas. This was the perfect location for adult family members from across the country to meet up and experience a fun & luxurious mini vacation. First time staying at a Crockfords and it did not disappoint. The hotel is gorgeous and even smells lovely as well.
Having Conrad and Hilton is bad
Loved all the little amenities in the room like massage gun, espresso maker, face masks, shaving kits, manicure kits and turn down service. Staff was friendly and helpful without being pretentious. Housekeeping was efficient and restocked amenities daily. Loved the welcome tea and complimentary breakfast pasties, fruit and coffee/tea. Crockfords exclusive pool was nice and quiet and the infinity pool was a nice alternative for more upbeat music although you have to reserve chairs/lounges there. We had complimentary tickets for 2 for either day or night club entrance so was able to see Ludacris performed. Very memorable stay for our anniversary celebration. We woukd return to this property.
Impeccable service!
Very nice, would stay again.
Excellent luxurious hotel.
Great service loved everything about the hotel. I was sad I didn’t get to experience the purple tea like everyone else tho
Vely nice
Love this place def going back again, not cheap but worth it
Overall…I won’t be back
This facility is new and clean but overall the experience was Bleh. It’s probably best geared if you want to be out of the Vegas action…the restaurants are really sparse during the day unless you want to eat the mediocre casino food. The best restaurants are closed for lunch and/or select week days. I couldn’t even find a good breakfast venue.
LOVED THE PLACE!!
As a Expedia gold vip, we recieved a room upgrade which was amazing! Even without the upgrade the resort was very impressive
It took 45 minutes to check in and there was only one guest in front of me when I entered the line
From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The hotel is the only gated hotel on the strip, so you won’t see random people walking around. Your room key allows you to access the pool and guest rooms. The room is extremely clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The service is undeniably the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were all very helpful and they went above and beyond to support and assist. Kobe at the front desk answered all of my questions and he was very kind. The adult pool had great bartenders, food, music, and drinks. The hotel food overall was tasty. We loved Randy’s donuts! I will be staying here again in the spring. I’m planning to tell all of my family and friends about this hidden gem.
We enjoyed our stay at the Resort World Crockfords. We loved everything about our stay. We will definitely be back.
Ok
Maybe the crock crockford should have better access to pool amenities. Feels like experience is no different then staying at other two properties

Great place and service
