Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet and clean.

The property and staff were wonderful. Dining options weren’t great, but a short drive to more options.

I did not like the poor service I got from the front desk receptionist. She was very rude and did not care on any questions I asked. I will never stay there again nor recommend this hotel

Unfortunately we stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, only two nights. Thats was the two nights when the Bistro was closed and there was no room cleaning during out stay. We would have been nice to know this up front. Might have made a difference.

Staff is very shady, my truck was stolen from this hotel and the staff did not want to report it then proceeds to walk outside and get on the phone. No cameras outside on the parking lot at all. Seems like an inside job

Liked everything!

Not the first time we stay here but definitely our last. The sofa bed in our room had a BUNCH of dead bedbugs. We got switched to another room and that one had some too!!!!

Property is OK, but manager was fairly mean and dismissive to customers. Rest of the staff seems nice, so most likely poor site management.

The air conditioner wouldn’t shut off. It was cold in my room. I tried to turn it off and it would still turn itself back on even when it didn’t need more air condition. Room 414. There were bugs? Inside the bathroom ceiling light. They need several bug zappers for the large wasps and horse flies in and around the pool. The pool seating area had ants on part of the layout chair area near the towel boxes. I brought bug issue to front desk attention.

Rates are high for the area, I was billed for parking and didn’t have a car…they removed the charge when I asked) ….the pool and gym were well maintained and the lobby was clean and comfortable. I was charged a different price each morning for the same coffee drink which was very high, even for an espresso coffee.

Decent property but the $30 per day in junk fees are ridiculous. This should be illegal as it wasn’t disclosed in advance. They also charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. The “restaurant” was very limited and only had one employee…when there are more than 2-3 people there, service was painfully slow and I paid a different price for the same cappuccino drink every day.

Treated well and fairly by property

Location is good, 10 dollars for parking per night after already spending 157 a night is steep we could go elsewhere and spend 170 get free breakfast and free parking. Doesn’t make sense

The Marriott Courtyard inns seem to be ideal for the business traveler. The rooms are comfortable and have just what a business traveler needs: A bed, a couch to sit and relax, watch tv, or read, and a desk for work. They have a good meal service without being too lavish. There is always a shuttle to and from the airport. I have tried a few other hotel chains and I have decided to go with Marriott Courtyard as the standard choice.

This property was not very nice , they charged us for parking there , I meant what ? Plus my description said breakfast included then we were getting charged per person for breakfast . Stysoe of the hotel was old .

It’s not as nice of a building as most Marriotts. The staff was very friendly. The food was just okay. Conveniently close to the airport.

Room is set up oddly, TV is to the left of the bed and fold out couch is at the bottom of the bed. Bed faces patio door/balcony. Room setup just feels odd. Tv has its own timer and turns off on its own without the sleep timer on, probably every half hour or so. Beside that bed is comfortable. Hallways need updated outside of the room. Looks like the walls and ceiling haven’t been cleaned in many years, but it appears to be because of lack of maintenance not lack of cleaning…more wear and tear.

Good overnight stay ! you will hear planes - but hey that is the Airport! - service is wonderful. Secure-ish parking.

Hotel staff, particularly the front desk, are absolutely the best. Never encountered such incredible customer service at a hotel and I have been traveling frequently for business for over 25 years. Property is also extremely close to the airport.

Customer service amazing .

I was not informed until checkin that there was a $10.00 charge for parking at the location. The parking lot was not secure and the access gates were not functioning.

This property went above and behind to make sure we felt at home. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and helpful! For dinner Marco did an excellent job making sure he checked up on us after making our food and had we had a great conversation with him.

The usual high quality on the Marriott Courtyard is seen in this facility.

Bathrooms appeared to have been recently remodeled and were nice but the rest of the rooms/property could use a facelift. Comfy beds and pillows though. Nice desk staff to check us in late (10 PM). Breakfast available for a fee and it’s $10/night per car to park but lot is secure. Typical for properties near airports.

It was 20 degrees outside and our room was freezing because housekeeping had unplugged the wall heater. Took quite awhile to be warm enough to shower!! Asked for a wake up call, no one called. Luckily we woke up in time

Refusal of cancellation.

There was a family emergency related to a death in the family occurring 12 hr after cancellation deadline. I called Hotels.com as well as Courtyard directly with refusal to credit my stay 12/28 for one night. I even asked if I could get credit and use this night another night but was refused. I feel this was unreasonable under my circumstances and will not be using Courtyard again.

Everything pretty old and dirty

It is close to the airport so it is very noisy. The rooms are average. The room had a weird smell. It was not pleasant at all.

Stolen taillights

Room is clean, comfortable and everybody was very nice, but we had our 2019 Ford F-250 taillights stolen from the hotel parking lot. Not a good feeling…

Rooms Need remodeling

The rooms are in much need of remodeling. We got an accessible room, which to my understanding are more spacious and it was anything but that, very very small room. The bed was very uncomfortable, like it needs a change in mattress already. $350 for two nights in that type of room is too overpriced. Marriott is known for better than that.

Great staff, super cool and maintenance guy was very helpful when my son spilled a coke in the elevator and we couldn't get the coffee maker to work. The shuttle to the airport was super convenient, on time and quick

We got to the room and the air conditioner wasn’t working so we turned it down as much as possible and waited. It never got cool so they said we could have the room next-door. They set the air on low and we went and grabbed dinner. Came back, and that room was hotter than our original one. By then it was 11:30 PM and we had an early flight to catch. When we finally got to shower, there was a dirty old brush with hair in it that housekeeping had not removed. We finally got to bed with a few hours until our alarm went off and at 5:00 AM housekeeping knocked on our door and looked shocked that someone was in the room. This was a horrible experience and a crappy start to our vacation. Definitely won’t be going back.

Very attentive staff, excellent food

The desk clerk and bartender were very courteous. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

I was double charge for my room so I went down stairs and showed the lady at the front desk I explain to her what had.and the issue that had happened because I was double charged she said that she was so sorry so I had to speak to the manager of the about what happened I could not get a word in because when I would begin to speak he would get louder and over talk me telling me that they is no way that they over charge me I had told what had happened because I was double charge and he told me that was not his problem and then walk off what a joke for the management

Got this hotel 1 hours before checking in and the staf were very helpful and save me some money for taxi .. very clean and hygiene..

Unfortunately it was extremely hot and the pool was out of service over the weekend.

Showers are horrible

I was already checked in at the airport when my flight was canceled. I rebooked a flight for the next day and then began to make a plan for a hotel. The Courtyard was a great price, had a free airport shuttle and a good rating. What I didn't know was that Sonya managed the property like a luxury hotel. She answered the phone when I called to inquire about the check-in time and offered to let me into my room at 9am. She sent the shuttle to the airport to retrieve me and greeted me by name when I walked in the door. In just a few short minutes I was relaxing in my room. Later she made a dinner recommendation which was great. The next morning she greeted me again by name and wished me a safe flight. Shuttle left on time, was direct and delivered me to the airport within just a few minutes. So grateful for a safe, quiet space to relax while I spent an unexpected extra day in San Antonio. Lovely hotel. Beautiful updated room. Friendly staff. Can't say enough nice things about the hotel and my stay.

Clean comfy rooms and nice courtyard area to relax outside!

The hotel was advertised with breakfast included, however, they have been having issues serving breakfast on Sundays. It is a whole different story when you communicate that restriction from the beginning. They discounted the parking fee of $10 as a way of compensate it, but that is not the point. We would certainly have gone to a different hotel which includes breakfast. We will not go back to that hotel. Please, just be honest when advertising the hotel.

Kim at the front desk is by far the best person i have ever came into contact with getting a room all of America needs people like her , hands down , kudos ,kudos , kudos , 💯, so full of energy, infoand BEAUTIFUL SOUL, i think of a Henry David Thoreau ,and this lady needs a raise ... I will forevermore stay here REGARDLESS OF BETTER DEALS due to her promptness, courtesy, and just down right ,wholesome nice "if you will" ....thanks for the wonderful Easter experience......our family adores you

Clean, comfortable but parking and breakfast were an extra charge. This isn’t a cheap room and most hotels of the same caliber include breakfast and parking.

Bad experience (bugs)

When I first arrived I pulled the covers back to get in bed and there was the most disgusting filthy bug roach crawled off the headboard onto the covers I was devastated I couldn’t even get a night of sleep in the bed my family was uncomfortable worst experience ever will never come back
