We found the hotel to be great; location was perfect, service was excellent, staff was very personable and knowledgable. Especially Anthony, at the front desk from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. He was so enjoyable to deal with and provided excellent information regarding the area, places to go, etc. He is definitely a fine example of a customer-service oriented employee. Kudos for him!

The hotel has 25 floors with 2 elevators. In the time we were there (2 days) one of the elevators was out of service at 2 separate times. It was completely ridiculous. We would not stay there again despite the good location.

The property was decent for the price. I did find hair in our shower and other debris. As we were about to check out, the elevators were not working. My husband and I had to walk down eleven flights.

I never caught his name. But he is an Asian male. He was wonderful to me and my friend. Very understanding on our situation. Thank you again!

The hotel is about 3 blocks south of the WTC which puts it on the south part of Manhattan. This area is much quieter than Midtown. There are subway stations right outside the front door and across the street from the hotel. Broadway and Wall Street are about a 5–10-minute walk. Battery Park, where most of the Statue of Liberty tours originate, is about a 15-minute walk. No parking at this hotel, but there is a garage 2 blocks away. It's so much easier to take public transportation or rideshares.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were not entirely clean - the floors were sticky and dusty. One of the two elevators was not functioning for most of our stay, which becomes a problem when you're living on one of the higher floors.

The staff made sure that everything was clean and well organized when I arrived to check in! They were very patient and helpful to make sure that my husband and I’s stay was perfect!

Quiet Clean good quality Excellent neighborhood convenient to go anywhere in the city from here Great cafe & restaurants on same street and train station at your door! Only thing is rooms are small but good quality. Bathroom door closing/opening was an issue. Heavy old door

Convenient location, quick & easy check in. Staff was pleasant.

When we arrived we did not have my physical ID and were traveling out of state. When we asked how else we could check in the guy at the front desk said “You can’t. You can cancel here and find somewhere else to stay.” He offered no help and had an extremely poor attitude. It wasn’t until I mentioned speaking to a manager that he found a way to check us in. The heater in the room didn’t work properly. We woke up in the middle of the night multiple times freezing because the heater would automatically turn to 62 degrees and start blowing cold air. Remind you it is the end of December in a cold front. Customer service was poor all around.

Rooms of the hotel were comfortable. Staff was approchable and were very polite. Just that Please include more vegetarian options in the food menu.

Our room was next to a storage closet so it was loud and always sounded like someone was trying to come in our room. Other than that it was great. Loved the fresh water in the lobby with fruit.

We’ve stayed here a few times because it is close to family who live in battery park. The hotel is clean and quiet.

Staff was very helpful. and you can get a Starbucks freshly ground regular coffee, tall, for 3.50 in the lobby. Room very comfortable, and the Diamond Deli a couple doors down is open 24/7, so you have access to good food anytime. Easy transit access, and good location to get to a lot of things to do

Didn’t like the crowd hanging outside

The room was super nice and the staff were very polite and friendly. I wasn't sure how ordering food would work here so here's the rundown if you're looking for it. When you order your food, put your room number. Then they will leave it at the front desk and they will let you know it's there and keep it safe while you come get it. The staff were diligent and recognized us, so we never had any issues with needing to get our food. They welcomed us back every time. The area was super safe. We were followed one time only barely but thanks to the hotel, we were completely safe. The restaurants were sweet and fancy and the area outside was walkable even at night. All around amazing trip and thank you to the wonderful staff who helped me feel safe and enjoy my first stay in NYC

The room was clean and it was modern. Short distance to several stations and several dining options around it

Property was very nice. Although the room was small than a cruise ships room so that was not very comfortable. And parking is expensive you park in a parking garage down the way it was $50 which in all and all I guess if not horrible for the area.

Excellent quality thin walls could here people down the hall in their rooms.

Overall great stay!! Clean, easy to navigate, subway station right outside, A block from One World Trade Center, Oculus, Battery Park, and Wall Street. Looks newly renovated, nice bathrooms, guest rooms are tight ~ but that’s New York. Terrible pillows lol but no other complaints. No complimentary breakfast or coffee in the lobby, but a great diner next door. Nice staff. Would recommend!! We had a wonderful time!!!

We were steps from subway station and able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see in the area. Beds were a bit hard but would stay here again in spite of that.

Nice place for a reasonable price! Close to 9/11 memorial , liberty park, brooklyn bridge are all walkable from this hotel!

This hotel was so nice for the price. We loved the location. It was quiet and close to the water. We would stay here again.

Amazing experience!!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating with everything. Housekeeping was completed everyday and the bed and room was spacious for an nyc room and was clean and just amazing. Will def be booking this place again when i come back!!

The hotel was clean, so was our room, the bed very comfortable. The area downstairs has a pub so you can hear a lot of s framing and partying at night. But we were so tired that tuned them out. Overall it was a great experience.

Beautiful, clean, and they gave me an upgrade without even asking. The room was spacious, quiet, and very cozy.

This property is average. We "splurged" and got a room with a balcony which was a joke. Not only was it a shared balcony, but there wasn't even a couple of chairs to be able to sit and enjoy morning coffee or a late glass of wine. Also, no view from this balcony. There's a business next door to the right when you walk out the front door and there was always a group of people just hanging out and smoking. Can't control the public, so obviously not the hotel's fault, but a minor annoyance when coming and going.

Love the location! Right down the block from World trade center, close to the ferry also. I would stay here agian

Pros- helpful friendly staff, they let me check in a little early and out a little later. Very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Mini fridge. Cons- not enough towels. Not enough hooks in bathroom for towels.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Soon as we stepped outside the door, there were fifty different things to walk to. I’d definitely stay here again.

Shocking

Water flooded out of the shower all the way outside the bathroom. I called and left message for housekeeping and they never came.

Customer service is helpful however the safety of a walk outside of hotel is scary..

It was a good stay

I loved the staff and the ability to be able to keep our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to leave even after checkout, giving us plenty of time to do some sight seeing.

The location m, walking distance to subway,,9/11, breakfast.

Loved the location of this hotel it is in walkable distance to the WTC and great diners/restaurants. The Mercer Labs museum was also close by. one of the elevators did stop working which was a bit inconvenient and the room got pretty humid at one point but we made it all work.

Nice hotel. Store next door had people hanging outside of it all night. Balcony is shared with another room and they dont tell yu that at booking.
