The queen mattress needs to be replaced soon because it makes a lot of noise when you move on the bed, but other than that, everything is great.

Front desk agent needs work on overall customer service when welcoming guest checking in, comes off very abrupt...not very welcoming. Outside of that everything else was good.

Great stay for the price point. Had business in Toronto and it was about 20 min. to get where I needed to go. Restaurants are close and the in-house Bistro gets it done if you're in a rush. Staff was very accommodating with every question. Recommended.

SO CLEAN AND SPACIOUS

We loved this hotel and our room!! It was centrally located with plenty of nearby restaurants. We really appreciated the cleanliness and how spacious the room was too! Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back next time! Our only suggestions for improvement would be including complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was great! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that I think could make future visits more comfortable for us and other Marriott customers. First, the reception had only one person at the counter, and there was no support when he was busy with multiple customers, which made the experience feel robotic. Second, the room door did not have a bolt lock, so if a child pulls the door lever, they could easily go outside, which is quite dangerous. Third, the room did not have a microwave. Finally, it would be nice to have water provided in the room, along with additional supplies at the front desk, as this was not available during our stay.

This is a nice property with a good airport location. Nice room. The food options are not great if you plan to eat dinner there. They have a small offering with one person taking the orders (at the bar) and making the food, therefore it was a slow process.

The bed was too high to get up. You need a stepstool, the shower you have to stand in the shower to turn the water on. You can turn it on standing outside the shower no microwave.

This was my first time staying at this hotel for an early morning flight out of Toronto the next morning. Check-in was a breeze, our room was very spacious. We were right by the elevator so we assumed it would get a bit nosy but we didn’t hear anyone. Would definitely recommend for an overnight airport stay or a Toronto stay in and of itself!

The television in the room did not work, I requested to have someone fix it, which was done the following morning, the problem reoccurred again and I requested assistance again, but it never happened. Other than this, the staff was professional and polite, the rooms were comfortable and I would most likely return

They gave us a handicap room . Closet door was locked. Couldn't access . Had to have front desk come in. Room was okay. The food and service was not good. Since we were paying for breakfast thought it would be a 5 star . Overpriced and not good quality. The front desk woman was extremely nice though.

The towel rack broke and the shower was out of body soap, but otherwise the room was great. Very clean and comfortable.

When we first arrived for check-in, we had booked two rooms. Check-in was at 3 PM and we arrived at 6:30pm and one of the rooms was not ready till 1 hour after check in. One of the toilets were clogged and when we asked to get it fixed, it took them an entire day to even come to our room. Seeing this experience, we wanted to check out early and the front desk was being difficult. Since we booked through Expedia Expedia tried to reach out to the manager multiple times And they still didn’t bothered to respond back. We ended up checking out early and have still not received a refund as promised. Would not recommend this hotel.

My car was stolen from the property lot. I wouldn’t recommend anyone from the US to stay in the area as, apparently, break-ins are common and the police does minimal support

Paid for room with pulled out bed and was given room without one. Showed front desk booking and they responded that’s all that is available. Some in family had to sleep on the floor, too late to book a different hotel.

The room is clean and location os convenient.

Housekeeping wakes you up at 8-8:30 in the morning by standing in the halls chit chatting and laughing loudly. The walls and doors are paper thin, you can hear everything and anything

Unprofessional staff

When i checked in there was one attendent under training was helping us, but there was another person helping him was very rude and unprofessional, he shouldnt be in the service industry. When i was booking room, hotels.com gave me option to book so i book King bedroom but i was given accessible room without even asking me. When came back to ask them about it the the guy who was helping the attendent was very rude to us and told me with very harsh voice that, that is the King room thats why he gave us. But when i was booking i decided i dont want to stay in accessible room and that is why i booked accessible room. I will never stay here again, very unprofessional staff

Worst reception staff we’ve ever encountered

Reception staff was Unfriendly and very rude. She gave us room for a person with disability when I booked and paid for King bed with double sofa bed. We were so uncomfortable with the 2 nights stay…bathroom gets flooded every shower you make cause the design was terrible too. We had to use most of our towels to stop the water going in all direction cause there wasn’t any tub or glass to stop it. We’ll never stay there again because of their terrible customer service.

I was not happy with the front desk service. When I checked in and asked about my breakfast next morning, I was told that I have to pay at dining area. I said to him that I booked one night stay with breakfast which was in total cost of 220CAD. He checked system again and told me that there wasn't any record to show my breakfast request. I showed my booking information from my cellphone to another lady. She read it carefully and confirmed it. On the next morning I came to dining room, I was still told by the clerk that I need to pay for it. So I was so frustrated about that. I didn't understand what was happening in your booking system.
