Beware - my vehicle was broken into and window smashed in the parking area. Side of hotel near entrance and directly under a light pole. Hotel claimed they had security onsight and that nothing was seen, noticed, or reported. Hotel itself was mediocre with inattentive and disinterested staff at checkin and checkout.

Excellent location, price is affordable.

Stay was not bad other than not having hot water for a whole day. Staff had already been aware but did not notify any of the guests. Room was also missing a microwave. Had to request one twice before they brought one. Was also told to "hang towels" to reuse. Was there for 2 nights, 3 days. Only had 3 towels in the room and it was 2 of us in there.

Never again. Disappointed

One day/night stay (sat- sun). 1st room, toilet would not flush, and key would not open the room door after leaving for a couple hours. Room changed 2nd room.The water to the bathroom sink would not drain. At 9:30ish AM, housekeeping was knocking and trying to get in. Lastly there was a bug crawling on the bed spread. Decided to check out at 10:30ish. Had enough of this place. I will never stay in this place again. And I Do Not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed 😞😠

No complaints whatsoever! Good check in and excellent check out. The room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the noon checkout time. TV and remote worked, shower had good pressure, other amenities in the room were present and in good condition.

Easy experience

it was a great value for the price.

The gym only has 4 treadmills and 6 dumbbells. The bar has 6 bottles of liquor and no bourbon. The bartender also cooks your food. The hotel leaves the garbage outside the room after cleaning and it stays outside for over 24 hours. I had to ask to switch rooms because only half the room had light. Don’t get me started on what the outside looks like (which they failed to have pics of).

The rooms could use some more cleaning and attention to detail. The shower head is awful! It sprays in every direction except straight. Had a goodnight sleep though. The ac is great. The lady at the front desk wasn't too helpful either!

The map to the rooms was superb.

I was so shocked at what I saw since it had great reviews prior to my booking. I found roaches in my room, the room had a gross smell to it, everything felt gross and icky and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Just spend the extra $50 and get a nicer place in town.

The place was empty and be use it was an Expedia booking. The main guy put me in the last rokm with ADA . Truly a horrible experience

La habitación en general esta "bien" pero no para el costo que pagas, tocan la puerta para servicio de limpieza pero no dan oportunidad ni de contestar cuando ya estan abriendo la puerta, no hay privacidad total, ya que las puertas tienen espacios en la parte inferior, se escuchan las voces del pasillo y demás huéspedes, por lo tanto ellos te escuchan tambien. El hotel en sus servicios tiene el uso de la alberca, en los 2 dias de mi estancia no pude utilizarla, ya que según estaba en mantenimiento, y no sabian cuando estaria lista, creo eso deben mencionarlo antes de que reserves, ya que si busque hotel para usar la piscina en la tarde-noche, y creo también deberian modernizar las tv, no son smartv...por lo que es un tsnto aburrido si quieres descansar y relajarte viendo tv.

The staff was very kind and it felt like home.

Excellent price/quality ratio for this hotel. Located just along the energy corridor, off of I-10, it will surprise you with spacios rooms, very professional staff, an impeccable cleanliness everywhere and a fast check in. The free parking offered on the property is another very nice surprise. It really was a great experience for me.

Room was ok except the AC unit was noisy. Could not turn fan off. Also, it would be nice to get free cup of coffee in morning, and not have to pay for it.

The room had a water leak stain on ceiling and no air purifier in the room. It was a little concerning but overall place was clean. Nice. I would go again not a deal breaker.

Everything was great just the pool chair not in good condition

Ants all over the bathroom floor, seemed to be coming in through the floor/wall by the bathtub.

Went there for a baseball tournament, location is super conveniently close to Baseball USA. Our friends truck was stolen from the parking lot at this hotel. Took their belongings in it of course which included all of his baseball gear. For that same reason, we will choose a different location next time, preferably north of Baseball USA!

It could’ve been colder and less noise in the hallway

The staff doesn’t tell you upfront that cleaning occurs every other day , yet housekeeping was knocking on the door early at 8 am everyday . I don’t think the front desk staff are properly trained . Also there was only 1 person working at the restaurant . We had to wait 20 minutes just to order . This was not a good experience considering what they charge . Also they shouldn’t mandate cleaning every other day . There should be an option for guests to have their room cleaned everyday .

No room microwave or complimentary breakfast.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was friendly. NO Microwave in room was definitely a disappointment, probably a deal breaker for me and no complimentary breakfast.

The toilet didn’t flush properly but other then that I enjoyed my stay at Marriot

Truck stolen

Someone in our group’s truck was stolen from the parking lot. Fight took place in parking lot on another night. Locals mentioned it to be a very shady place. Hotel staff was good. Rooms were clean.

Horrible Hotel We got our Vechile Stolen and they wouldn’t even let us see the cameras.

Checked in the lights in front were non existent and the courtyard lights as well, got into the room to a musty smell, wife turned the tv on to find 12 of the “42” channel selection worked all others were just lines and fuzzies, out of the channels that showed 5 were blurry, hazy and wavy off and on. So basically got 7 good working channels. The “bistro” was overpriced for quality and the “Starbucks coffee” was just a hotel employee that just made the drinks very under par from a real Starbucks establishment. In the hall the was a pecan roach I had mentioned to the staff and he said ok thank you, an hour later I left to retriev food for my family and came back to find the roach in front of my room door, this time I killed it and let staff know I did so but it was still in the hall. After waking up and walking out of the room guess who was still where I left him you got it Mr. Roach. Would not recommend hotel to anyone in the area looking to stay overnight or for a trip. Very upset with courtyard as I’ve used them many times in the past while traveling with family and this is a first unpleasant experience.

This property was taken since it was rated at 100 $ by Expedia and it was near to my wife’s work place.But my room charges with all tax has come to 125 around.They said they will provide micro wave oven if requested. I requested once, I never got. I also requested for a house keeping service but that never happened. Front office staff was nice but they were busy due to too many customers I did not want to follow up with them too much. Whatever was in their control they helped immediately. The area was noisy even early morning and late night there was always noise coming to my room and kids got scared during sleep. Another thing worth mentioning is Bistro restaurant in this hotel. There was a lady who was serving in the morning who seemed to be helpful while we were ordering stuff. A gentle man in the evening at the counter literally shouted at me when I ordered coffee .. he said he was not able to understand me and seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. After all it was just a coffee, he could have been more patient with me. Overall my experience with courtyard Marriott was horrible and I would not stay here one more time. Every month we stay in different hotels due to mine / wife’s work. Usually my daughters leave with fond memories. This time around my daughters badly wanted to vacate the hotel. They became more and more uncomfortable as we reached 3rd day of our stay. Sorry to say - you all definitely have a long way to go in terms of customer support. Sorry again!!

Small rooms some smells only a tiny window over 6 ft off the ground

Amazing staff.

I want to start by saying that the front desk clerk was amazing. She provided solutions to all our concerns. She was there when we went to sleep and there in the morning when we woke. My only issue was the room smelled a little muggy and there was a stain on the floor that you can tell was cleaned but still visible because it looks like they had to use bleach. Only complaints The bar was great and food tasted good as well.

Very limited tv channels (fewer than listed), no complementary breakfast, not even complementary coffee in lobby.

Excellent customer service

The check in was ok until the front desk clerk told me that my dress was too bright (how rude ) also there was a deposit that was not stated on the website when I booked . There was not safety it was very late at night and there was a side door open that literally anyone can walk up to and open the door . But the bed was comfortable and the room wasn’t too noisy.

Mold

Coffee pot had not been clean for quite a while. Mold growing on pod left in machine.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Don’t wast your time or money.

no housekeeping

Overall the Hotel was good, but I was very disappointed in housekeeping I stayed 3 nights and not once did my sheets get changed, bed get made or towels get removed or new one brought. I had to go to front desk and get towels and wash rags. When asked about the sheets and towels I was told only rooms being checked out of were cleaned do to number of rooms being booked.

Business Stay

Beds were comfortable I can say. Well the back of the hotel need more lighting (dark), outdated popcorn ceilings/walls in our room, no main light just lamps, shower head need replacing.

It was OK.

The outside of the property was a bit rough looking, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised! It was very clean, nicely designed, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwich I had the second day was delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a ton of channels on the TV (my husband's favorite thing). The decor was attractive and the room attendants did a marvelous job cleaning up after us. Our only complaint is that our bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were too soft for us. Our air conditioner seemed to be struggling a bit, but worked okay. You have a very nice property (and my husband has worked at a 5-diamond property in Seattle for a combined 35 years and even HE was impressed - once we walked inside)! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was not what I expected online this property needs some TLC… nothing works like phones in hallways no food or drinks in market place the Starbucks or cafe place not open..smh

VERY DISORGANIZED

My stay at this hotel was very dissapointing. From the moment we arrived we had issues. Room assigned to us had people in it when we got to the door. Went to lobby and they assigned me another room. 1 hour later 5 men were trying to enter my room with a key card but i had the deadbolt on. They were assigned my room. To top it off I got charged twice, once from hotels.com and 1 other time by the hotel. nice hotel but Very disorganized !! management needs to step UP!

Disappointed

The facility seems pretty dated. The parking lot was very dark and there was vehicle on blocks missing the wheels in the back of the hotel. The only thing that I encountered that I enjoyed was the service at the cafe.

Almost stayed another night

Our stay great. We had a great experience. Everything looked brand new, it being so clean. Our room had the sofa bed that sat just us two very comfortably. Also a stand in shower. Both that I was looking for. The bed was very comfortable, especially with extra pillows. Only complaint I have is that the shower head was dirty. The water wasnt coming out straight enough. Shawn that was at the front desk when I arrived that evening was very helpful, informative and patient with me.

Great place for the family

The rooms were clean and very nice, they had been redone recently. No smart TV's, but they are going through an owner or management change, and supposedly will upgrade to those. A few things were a bit rundown. People at the front desk were nice. The pool was clean, but only one table and chair available for the whole pool and 2 lounge chairs. Another chair at the pool was completely torn and unusable, not sure why it was still out there! The bar was closed until new management takes over, which was disappointing. There are definitely some details that could be tended to that would make it an even better place to stay. Overall, I got a good price and the hotel was convenient to our event, so I feel it was a good value.

The property needs to be updated or renovated. Our room had a stale odor along with a smoky odor. Also, it was humid in our room despite lowering the temperature of the A/C. The toilet would run too. The location is convenient and most of the staff was friendly.

This hotel was downright DIRTY

My stay was very comfortable. As a single mom traveling with girls we felt safe. It would have been nice if I was told no breakfast on the weekends because most parents book hotels because of breakfast! But I will recommend anyone to stay!

The room was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Bathroom knob was broken and i had to be moved half-naked at 10pm to another room - Disgusting Experience. Dead or Alive, will never stay at this horrendous hotel again
