The only thing i liked is they offer 3 mile radius shuttle. Dineing is overpriced for a microwaved chicken sandwich. Its next to busy road where its noisy. Super slow elevator.

Sun Bowl trip

Checked in without any complications. Asked about shuttle services and other amenities. The night clerk was very nice and professional. Room was nice and clean but a little dated. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Shower pressure was good. The only complaint I had was getting a bill higher than I was quoted. When I checked out in the morning I spoke with front clerk and he adjusted the bill lower but his aditude was non salant. Said it really wasn’t their fault all the fees weren’t up front. I told him I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel and his response was ok. To the travelers out there it’s your call if you want stay there.

There were no towels available, there were no sheets for the sofa.

I called to tell them I was doing the check in al 10 pm, they told me it was ok. When I arrived they told me they didn't had any rooms left, even though I reserved in advance, terrible.

The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. I enjoyed how polite and welcoming the staff were. They were very accommodating and tentative when I acquired information about the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone out of state or town visitors.

Elevators weren’t working

We usually love staying here & have stayed her before but it was really hot on tge 3rd floor, my brother’s room was hot as well he stayed on the same floor. Even the hallways were unbearably hot. We usually love our stay but this time the a/c weren’t working as they should.

TV didn’t work

TV constantly disconnected from the internet, called front desk multiple times to fix and they would come and it would go right back out. Otherwise, customer service was great and room was clean along with property. I probably would not stay again due to the television issues but my stay wasn’t too bad.

Very convenient location. Unexpected view of the mountains and sunset were beautiful!

Absolutely horrible. Got transferred to another hotel without any notice. I was the only one in my group of 5 that got transferred. The receptionist did not even want to work with me on this. No compensation or anything. Absolutely horrible experience.

Eh… not what I except from a Courtyard property

The receptionists was dressed kind of unprofessional, the bistro closed early, close to the freeway so you could hear the loud cars, had to pay extra for parking, shower was outdated, closet was broke, no microwave, uncomfortable beds.

Had the pool to ourselves and it was heated! Jacob was the best!

I did not ask for housekeeping. I was there for 2 days and rarely in the room. I should have asked for the trash to be emptied. Otherwise, it was fine.

The check in person was not the friendliest.

No cleaning, my room got clean once out 5 nights.

Check in they gave us a 2 Queen room instead of the king room with sofa. Did not tell us until we saw the room and went back to desk. Said they were fully booked, and a king room had flooded, no others we’re available. Had a nice pool/ hot tub area. Other than that was clean/ hard beds.

The staff was very hospitable and accommodating to my needs, and the property was better than I expected.

The staff was outstanding. The shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was a great idea. Loved the convenience of the bistro, food and drink options. Pool and workout room were nice too. Highly recommend.

Is very expensive. There were holes in the blackout curtains and shower look in bad shape. Service desk checked me out at 12:30 pm, but I left the hotel at 10 am.

Great place to stay

A Very Minor Inconvenience

Had to attend an event in Los Angeles, so we drove from San Antonio and stayed overnight in El Paso. We stayed in the same hotel going and returning (5 days later). On the positive side, it's quiet, clean, and everyone we came into contact with was friendly and courteous. This was true both times. However, on the return trip, we were given a room that was missing the refrigerator. It was after a 14-hour drive; we were tired and we were already half-way unpacked for the night. We decided to just keep our stuff in our cooler in the car and buy more ice later. We had a lot of items and wanted to use the fridge to keep things cold overnight until we bought more ice in the morning. Not a big deal, really, but something to point out. Since the place was very clean, I have to assume that someone on staff must have noticed that the room had no fridge. If I were to stay more than one night, I'd probably have called the desk and had a chat, but instead we just crashed for the night and continued our drive the next day. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel. I'd feel comfortable returning to it if I ever had to go that route again. However, I'll probably make the effort to check that everything works and is there before I unpack. LOL

We like having the Bistro on property and it is easy to get to from the freeway.

All good; but the location is so confusing if you’re not familiar with El Paso.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is only 5 minutes from the airport. Free on site parking, close to a bunch of restaurants and main roads.

well location and excellent property. but NO water due to the pipelines were frozen, and no water for restroom & shower. The manger promises to call Expedia for give us a full refunds of the room cost, nothing had happened.

This place is nice and clean. Arthur was super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is WI-FI is spotty.

Not So Merry Christmas

We had a bad experience. Arriving from a long drive, we just wanted to rest for a bit and watch some football. The television in our room was not working. Maintenance came up to fix it, apparently it was not a quick fix, so we left for a bite to eat. Two hours later, we come back to our room and they are still working on it. We are moved to another room. The following day we wake up to no running water and are told it would be 3 hours!! It was a very frustrating stay, but I will tell you that the manager was very understanding and accommodating.

Staff was especially helpful when we needed a very early ride to the airport!

Could not believe a 220 dollars room would have no microwave and a mini non functional refrigerator. Had to go down to first floor to heat up food. Will not stay there anymore

Nice place right by I-10. This made it a little loud. I thought it was going to be by the airport as the name suggests. It was still convenient and was good.

After reviewing several hotels on google. This one had ok reviews and I went with it. Not bad at all.. for the price and comfort! Next to highway so there will be car passing noise but oh well!

Great hotel, the grounds are clean and staff is friendly. Easy check in and check out process. The shuttle service from the airport was an added bonus. One thing is to offer shuttle service earlier, had to pay taxi because I had an early morning flight but the shuttle does not run until 8AM. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
