Update needed on details of property non smoking no food voucher although charged as option

Property info and pricing incorrect … there are no smoking rooms and there is no food voucher when asked night manager for details he was dismissive and told me to complain to Travelocity…. Location was excellent and shuttle to and from the airport was excellent property is clean and very convenient shower had no water pressure… info on Travelocity page should be updated to reflect no smoking property and no food voucher available.

Excellent option for a night of transit in BOG

Rooms were fine but restaurant was terrible. We waited over an hour for our meals and when they came we sent two of them back. Soup tasted like water and the chicken in the nachos had a fishy smell like it had gone off. It is a shame because the restaurant looks very nice but food is very poor quality. Separately, in the room there is no complimentary drinking water and be careful of water in mini bar as some guests are drinking them and refilling with tap water and returning them to fridge to avoid paying. Check the seals to avoid drinking contaminated water.

The lobby and eating area is very well cared for, clean and updated. The staff was wonderful. The hallways on the floors above the lobby showed their age and should be updated the way they've updated the lobby area, but it's not a big deal. The room itself was great: updated and clean with a comfortable bed and good quality pillows. The food from the restaurant was delicious (didn't have the breakfast). We were very happy with everything. I hate staying in hotels because they usually do not put enough effort into cleaning them, but this place was wonderful, thank God. Very clean and great attention to detail.

Good place for Airport transit

We used for transit to airport for a day and it is a perfect hotel for that. Very close to airport and they have hourly free shuttle. We ordered food in the evening which was OK but no complaints as it served our purpose.

Very, very difficult the communication with Front Desk from outside.

My sincere thanks to the stuff and management with us as handicapped people with Movimg disabilities. The whole team was amazing and there to help us when my sister was sick for two days they were there to help us even the racy people were eager to help with purchasing medicine and goods for us. Yair manager thank you. You guys made us feel safe an at home God bless you all and we’ll see you there again soon

Room floor was dirty and sticky. Not suitable for barefoot walking. Other than that, it was a pleasant place to stay.

The shuttle to the airport only goes every hour so I have to waith an hour to get pick up!!

I was surprised when a male front desk clerk with glasses came running behind my wife as she entered the hotel. He asked her if she was staying at the property, near a public restaurant area. Later, he also asked me for my room number. While I understand the need for security checks, the timing and location of these inquiries felt somewhat unusual.

Disappointed this time

It is not the first time I stay here, but this time I was truly disappointed… the shower floor was FILTHY. Stepped in, and bits of God-knows-what were on my feet, including patches of hairs…. I felt so disgusted I had to take flip flops (luckily I had plastic ones) and re-washed one foot at a time while wearing the flip flops… not the greatest things specially arriving from airport at 1am wanting to shower and sleep. The shower made a horrible noice and shook, as if it was going to burst, it also smelled like sewage. After the night passed, I was woken up by the same shower noise but MUCH louder. Make sure you are not in a room next to machines outside… that was my case as I realized next day… noise began at 6:30am… i could not rest at all

I have nothing but positive experiences, and would fully recommend the hotel traveling here

It’s a great hotel located 1.5km from the airport, so it’s ideal if you are staying just one night, you need to take an early morning flight or need to be in that area. Airport shuttle is super convenient. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful.

Treated poorly at reception

I had already paid in advance and even showed the lady my confirmation email…but we had to wait 45 MINUTES to check in. Her and another lady we’re trying to find my reservation. She was VERY RUDE. We had been flying for over 28 hours and just wanred to rest. It was already 10:30 pm Then she wanted me to send my emails to the hotel!!! I shouldnt have to do this. We were so disappointed In Marriott

Everything amazing but the breakfast

I booked the reservation through Expedia. I tried to cancel 24 hrs in advance of the stay as well tried to rebook another date. Both were denied, the hotel stated it was an Expedia policy, Expedia stated it was a hotel policy. Going forward I will not do any further business with Expedia as this is the second occurrence where it cost me NOT to stay.

I love this hotel and how close they are to the airport. As a Marriott they are impeccable. Everything is clean and welcoming. Personally I travel alone and at this place I feel comfortable and safe. Friendly people, nice smile. Eyes on detail and everything else that’s happening around. I can only say thank you for always making me feel at home.

When I booked the hotel I received a note to call and arrange for the shuttle service. I called and spoke to 2 people and they couldn’t help me and I got charged $111 for 37 minute call. I sent an email and didn’t get a reply 48 hours later. Your website should be updated with clear explanation about the shuttle service. I had a friend who asked someone local to call and ask about the shuttle services, this person was told “ no advance notice needed for shuttle service.” I don’t understand why the website states call and reserve for shuttle service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay and were impressed by every aspect. Breakfast was great and bed was very comfortable. Convenient free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Would not recommend anyone this hotel, when we arrived we had so many issues, they gave us a room that at first the key did not work, we had to switch rooms, in the new room, the handle for the shower was broken and was not able to turn on the water, we had to switch again to another room, this new room did not have a door for the bathroom! It amazes me who designes these kinds of rooms where you put no door for the bathroom and is right next to the bed!! Who wants to hear their partner pooping?? Extremely expensive with few to none amenities, would never come back

For Colombia the hotel was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. Food is a little expensive for the quality but me and my fiancee choose to order as it's cheaper and better quality elsewhere to have delivered. Breakfast was ok at the hotel. Eggs need some work. I've stayed 19 days in total, would stay again. If there was a pool of course it would be better.

The hotel is close to the airport. However the drive is circuitous to get there. The breakfast buffet was quite good
