I’ve stay there 3 times in the last 2 months and I’ve enjoyed my stay each time.

Every one of the staff was amazing from checking in, talking with the cleaning ladies and checking out. It’s a nice quiet hotel. Have more trips planned to Amarillo will definitely be staying here for those times, as well. Oh and it’s a great price!!

I was very disappointed to be charged an extra $20 upon checking in . I'm still not sure what it was for. I was also extremely unhappy with the $10 parking fee. If ever I'm in the area, Im sure other places would love to have my business without charging me for parking....REALLY?

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. This is my 2nd time making this hotel my stop for the night and it will be go to when traveling.

The hotel was fine, but charging me for parking ($10) seems like a hidden cost to me. It's on an interstate with large parking available so I don't see the reason.

Avoid staying at Courtyard

Undisclosed parking fee. No one told me about it. They just charged my card.

Was okay for an overnight stay. Property needs a little maintenance. Light out in room and tv didnt work. We were tired though so went straight to sleep

Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. However, the pool was closed, and parking is VERY limited, and with a fee.

What a joke…nothing worked! Pool and hot tub were out of order, computers did not work, coffee didn’t work, phones didn’t work, fireplace in the lobby didn’t work…and of course we counted on the pool and hot tub. We always book a hotel with both for our kids to have free entertainment. What a disappointment. Take pride in your hotel and fix things when they are broken!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This hotel or at least our room was less than ideal. The panel around the AC appeared to be hit with a sledge hammer then run over. The door was broken at some point and rigged (it did safely lock), but you had to kick it or use a shoulder to open and close. Bathroom walls were pealing off, shampoo dispenser broke, shower dripped, fridge didn’t work, ice machine on first floor was broke, floor drains in pool room were clogged and flooding the room, no towels in pool and all the front desk had was gym small workout towels. You have to pay for parking which is a trashy and super dark (I’d say sketchy parking lot). We ended up moving next door to Holiday Inn and much much better experience. Service from front desk was excellent. Super nice lady!

The staff was very nice. There was no free coffee, no free breakfast. The shower, hot and cold was not working as far as which one goes to hot. Which one goes to cold and I was bit by bugs last night when I was sleeping.

The property was average and nt well maintained. We stayed 2 nights, and no one cleaned the room or provided clean towels. The tv flickering off and on could cause epileptic response.

The hotel and room are beautiful. Disappointed that there is no microwave in the room. Why??? When the clerk asked us if we had a car I was confused. Did she think we walked here? $10 to park in an outside unsupervised parking lot??? On the freeway? Even downtown hotels offer underground complimentary parking .Please comp the parking fee for my 91 year old veteran father! No complimentary breakfast? Next time-reviews before you choose. Not on par with other Marriott’s we have stayed in! Not wanting to rush back to this location. You need to offer the same amenities that mid-range places do. However, the staff was lovely and obviously these decisions were not theirs to make. At least free parking! And complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby!

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable

Price was good. Had to move rooms 4times. First room was completely trashed. Looked like a party had been in it: bedding on the side, stains on the ground, socks on the ground. 2nd room was better but no cable/internet or phone. Only 1 towel. Next room was no cable and internet, no water pressure. 4th finally worked but now it’s past midnight and no internet so def no work to get done

Dirt on the floors upon arrival, we found a few roaches, we only had two towels, lobby restrooms had no toilet paper. Bed cover had what looked like a couple drops of blood. Could not get front desk service to answer phone.

Motel 6 treatment

Great place!

Stayed there a week. From the start, my credit card information was handwritten down during an outage and told it would be kept safe and destroyed once things were back online. Days later I repeatedly asked and they handed me my paper even though they had “been told they’d all been destroyed” leading me to question my financial safety. The pool was closed down, the only entrance that worked was the front desk, the ice machine was broken, i spent days without hot water because their water heater was broken, the internet was out for days, the elevator only worked two days out of the time I was there as it kept breaking down and trapping guests inside, the guest laundry was unusable as the dryer is broken, and the fire alarm went off due to smoke from the grill not being able to be vented out cause the vent over the grill is broken. I was told about it being broken and that they normally open a back door to circulate the air. I tried to meet with the manager about this but they were only onsite for 5 hours one day.

I felt like I was with Spirit Airlines being charged for every little thing. I'm surprised they didn't charge me extra for pool access or the shampoo. The beds were super firm if you are into that. Make sure you bring smaller luggage since the elevators don't work. However, the bar/grilll staff were exceptional.

Very average hotel nothing stood out that sets it apart from any other hotel. Do not understand why they charge an extra 10 dollars a day to park there when I am already paying to stay there. The parking lot was a standard open parking lot wasn’t like it had its own garage. Just seemed like every time I turned around there was another charge that wasn’t mentioned up front to begin with.

The fenced in backyard was so convenient since we were traveling with our pets.

The bed was comfortable and the room is spacious. New 50” TVs were being installed. However, even with the volume at the highest setting could not hear it. The shower was missing a handle to turn it on. The price of the room was very reasonable and breakfast is also available for extra cost. There is a $10 parking fee.

Great stay!!

Tried to order a drink and something to eat. Nearly everything my wife and I tried to order was unavailable because they were out of all or some of the ingredients. Even something basic like an olive (or two) for my martini.

Thought it was a reasonable price until separate charge for parking and breakfast. Who charges for parking in a wide open lot? Probably wouldn't use Courtyard in the future.

A good place other than the wrong address it that it was listed at. Inside looks amazing people are very friendly. I just had a problem with the shower door keep wanting to open and not shutting properly. Truly would go back again for how friendly everyone was.

Marriott must train their staff to be very helpful and courteous. Everyone was knowledgable and very helpful.

Third visit, always excellent.
