TravellerTravellerOur room was facing the Sindhubhavan Road so we had good view. Other side doesn’t have good view. Overall very good experience except the Spa. Spa floor was very oily and slippery. She used lots of oil for messaging and didn’t wipe excess oil down after the message. I had tough time washing it off.

TravellerPros: The property is near the business hub. Their restaurant offerings are good. Cons: Their Front Desk staff is rude and unprofessional. The lobby is filled with 6-8 front office staff members who are mostly staring at the guests when it's slow. The staff seems like a bunch of young, brash, entitled professionals who are not trained properly.

Alex at the Aura was the best and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating for parents with kids
