Great staff and property. Well located and the check in process was very quick and welcoming. The on site bar / restaurant was very good and the staff friendly and attentive. Overall great stay for a two day Disneyland trip.

Clean, Quiet , comfortable

I don't understand why do they show a 1king bed, sell it to you. And then give you a 2 queen bed. It's so disappointing to choose something and receive something different. Also I did not like that we have to pay for parking. This should be complementary since we are already making use and consuming there services that are already being charged. And on top paying for parking os NOT cool nor ok.

Not happy that Room Service did not come.

Everything was great and I would stay again. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and we had very noisy neighbors.

Easy check in. Amazing hotel if you’re visiting Disney, it is a 5 minute drive. Hotel is super clean, staff are helpful. Had check in at 3 and called ahead if I was able to check in early and they were able to check me in at 11:30

The only trouble I had was that we ran out of hot water every morning we were there. I had my toddler in her bath when suddenly a rush of cold water started pouring out. Other than that, everything else was fine.

It was a fun stay 20 minutes from Disney

Very friendly front desk staff. The bathroom was stocked with an abundance of towels. The room was comfortable and convenient to walk to Disney. Parking was easy. If I had to pick one thing, the elevator needs service. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing is we got a room with ADA capacity so there was no cabinet to set your toiletries down. Otherwise all great.

The staff is polite and helpful. And they also have a bar for free water. That's cool.

Average room, not walkable to parks

But further from the parks. Parking wasn’t very clear, but will leave ugly notes on your car. Also makes you sign an agreement to treat employees good. Gives personalized chocolate bar at checkin.

This was our first time staying at this location. The only downside was all the police activity. On two separate days there were separate incidents on our first and last day where there was heavy police presence. This did make us feel a little uneasy and unsafe. Overall aside from that, it was a good stay. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the amenities were great!

Would recommend

Pretty good stay. Good location near Toy Story parking lot. Very comfortable bed. Evidence of hair and dirty left over was a negative.

Disneyland Trip

Our stay was great, walking distance from Disneyland. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The receptionist that helped us check in was amazing, friendly and very accommodating.

Worst front desk ever.

This was the worst stay in the history of mankind in terms of the craziness. At 2 am we hear yelling in the next room. This continues for 15 minutes. Then we call security and they come up and then more yelling and yelling and cursing. Then we call the front again and police come. Apparently the male in the room hit the woman in the room. After an hour of this finally it ends at 3 am but it was terrible. My girlfriend was scared and could not sleep the rest of the night. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk the next morning, their response was reducing the rate of our parking (so 14 dollars back after paying $28 on parking). Wow. Just crazy. We lost a day today recovering sleep. Ridiculous service.

Property was clean and close to so many different restaurants, shops etc. Walkable distance to Disney.

I excellent service from ALL staff

This has been our preferred stay this past year on our Disney visits. It was still a great stay, but the room was not thoroughly cleaned compared to previous visits. We'll continue to consider this hotel as our number one option!

My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Not a great access at check in, we couldnt find parking, room was dirty, elevator made lots of noises.

Loved it.

Not the room I expected.

We had 3 adults and the one child that was going was not able to. We ended up in a room for disabilities which had no counter space in the bathroom, we use the overhead shower so there was water everywhere. It was right in front of the elevator but that wasn’t so bad.

No breakfast included.

It was clean. The staff was nice.

Good last minute stay and car affordable.

The room was nice enough and clean, but the setup was odd. Our bed faced the window, with the tv on the wall to the left. It also only had about a foot of space between the bed and wall on one side. Otherwise, our stay was good and the staff was nice.

We stayed 5 nights for our Disneyland trip. Easy walk to toystory parking lot to catch the disney bus. Hotel room was clean and roomy. Beds were so comfy!! Staff was professional, friendly and very helpful!! Will be staying again and will definitely recommend to everyone.

You can always count on Marriott for a clean room and comfortable bed.

Great staff clean rooms. I would say my biggest complaint was that I didn’t have a bathtub in the room as advertised.

Loved the fast welcome when we entered. We arrived early for the day and were looking to check in early so we could get out day started at Dland. Thankfully the front desk was able to get us in. Upon entering the room, it was very clean. Very spacious. Comfy beds and and a clean bathroom. This location was about a 20 min walk to Disneyland. And right across the street from a Dennys. Stay was excellent.

My family and I had booked 2 rooms we checked in on Friday night both receptionist men were ever attentive, welcoming and greeted us very professionally. Saturday night however was a different story, receptionist didn’t greet or bother to acknowledge us walking in, when we walked into our rooms only one of rooms was cleaned (very confusing on why only one room would be cleaned) I called front desk and was told they only clean the rooms every other day per policy but will send up someone with fresh towels and to pick up trash. It was a big inconvenience because we had room service and the plates and food had been sitting in the room for the whole day, when the receptionist Ana came to drop off the towels it irritated me how she told my 13 year old son “we only clean the room every other day just so you are aware”, Ana should work on her communication skills and address the adults and not minors.

It was nice clean and stocked with basic toilet paper and towels. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Parking fee $35 per day!!! Thumbs down 👎 no closer shuttle. Long walk. Compare to other bigger hotels like double tree & Hyatt this courtyard is more expensive.

Very good close to disney

Loved the bunk room option for the kids to have their own space! Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Two ART bus stops nearby or the Toy Story Lot across the street.

Staff at check was nice the room was clean and very modern. They even decorated for Halloween. Will be my go to place for my Disneyland trips for now on.

Close to Disneyland with a shuttle that ran every 20 minutes to and from the park.

11/10 Would Come Back

Felt taken care of the moment I stepped in. Was able to answer any questions I had and they were able to accommodate me checking in ~ an hour and thirty minutes earlier than their standard time. Parking wasn’t an issue. When we were ready to buy some water bottles from their pantry they told us they had free bottles available as well. Totally didn’t have to tell us about that so that was much appreciated. Elevators are a little slow but stairs are available to use. The only issue we had was we came back one day to our sink looking like someone dumped soil all over it. My guess is the pipes backed up under pressure (the sink stopper was completely pushed out). I didn’t mind just cleaning it up but I know others would definitely have an issue.

Had a short stay here but it was a great time. Just a short walk from Disney, dining, and many convenience stores for all your pre-park necessities. Staff was kind and held bags for us at no cost before our check in time 😊 good amenities and a nice time at the outdoor pool.

This property was very stuffy. The elevator was broken. The back up elevator was terrifying. I feel like it was gross inside like no air flow. I will never say again. So much more you can get for that price.

The women staffing the front counter were more than helpful, and were very friendly when responding to questions. The rooms were well-appointed and equipped. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a welcome way to end the day, or to take a break in the middle. The in-house restaurant provided good options, with help from pleasant staff.
