Great place great staff and breakfast, I would go again!

Staff was GREAT! Room and bathroom was freshly cleaned. Bed was super comfy! Breakfast was GREAT also.

It was perfect for a quick getaway.

The TV small with no options to watch current Television shows or streaming and the bed was very hard outside of that everything was okay

Easy and convenient

The WIFI was horrible. I spent over 2 hours trying to get connected to finish a work project. I finally had to use my phone hotspot. Very aggravating..

Great stay

Hotel itself was nice. Beds and pillows were comfy. Location was a bit isolated. Our room needed the light to be fixed and the fan made a weird sound so couldn’t be used as white noise. Those issues have to do with the age of the property. The breakfast was amazing though. Fresh made food-real food-not prepackaged. My son particularly liked the Texas shaped waffle.

Showers had mildew, bed was a little firm for my liking, other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

The remote was dripping water or something…it still worked, though. The room was nice and warm and quiet and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were good and room was clean. I’d stay again.

Very Nice!

Quick and courteous check in by front ofc staff. The breakfast staff was nice also.

Upon checking into our suite, the room had not been cleaned. We had to return to the front desk and request another room. Rather inconvenient wnen you are tired and just wanting to check in. Tub/shower had shampoo and conditioner pump bottles, but surprisingly no body wash gel. There was only one very small and thin bar of soap in the entire bathroom. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Hot breakfast was very impressive. Easy checkout.

Texarkana stopover

Perfect stop over while traveling

We stayed here on our way to central Texas less than a week ago.. and decided because of the positive experience to stay again on our return home. The receptionist at check in even remembered us! Very friendly staff, clean, location off of I-30 was very convenient.. and breakfast was good.

Beds are very comfortable, checkin was easy. Only complaint is that there are not enough luggage racks. Only 2 luggage racks with several rooms having to wait for them was a pain.

Very convenient to the interstate for a quick rest before continuing onto our daughter’s house. Parking was good. The lady at the front desk was awesome! Very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Room was clean. Shower was very good. Definitely recommend.

Very clean facility with courteous staff. The breakfast was great. There are several good options for restaurants in the very near area. I will stay here again on my next trip to Texarkana.

I always stay here when in Texarkana. Staff is very nice and attentive. Parking could be better. Room heat and A/C never works correctly. Hard to sleep when you are getting up all the time to shut off or turn on. Hard to recommend the hotel with this issue every time. Breakfast is very good.

It was a very beautiful place for our family to stay on our road trip! If we’re ever in the area again I’ll definitely be looking out for one of these hotels! The staff was very lovely and helpful! The morning breakfast was good as well! The rooms were very neat and clean and very spacious! Overall we loved our short stay!

The card reader on the end of building works erraticly. The card reader needs to be replaced or repaired.

Every time I come in to see my family I continue to stay here. The customer service is awesome!!!

Both times on our recent trip through Texarkana we were greeted at the desk by your associate Shane. He is amazing. He was helpful and went out of his way to help us. He was also training a new associate and doing a fabulous job.

A nice place to stay

Thai was the last leg of a long sad trip to a funeral. We had stayed 6 nights in hotels . By far this was the best breakfast we ante and friendliest people we met. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and beds were comfy.

The property was quiet and clean. It seemed to be rather new or newly renovated. It was a great stay from beginning to end. Breakfast was good as well!

Great location! Easy access to the express way and convenient food, shopping and entertainment. Issue was the room. I arrived late, so I adjusted the temperature in the room and jumped in the shower. Afterwards, I quickly realized that the air conditioning did not work. The room had a wall unit and a floor unit next to the window. Both panels functioned. I put on my pajamas and I attempted to call the desk, NO ANSWER. 6 attempts and no one answered. So I called the hotel # using my cell and after the 3rd attempt the person at the desk finally answered and I told him the air wasn’t working. I explained I had tried every available combination to no avail. He said he could not come to the room, and there were no other rooms available. My only recourse was to get dressed, go downstairs and retrieve a box fan. I did so and survived the night. The next morning the manager was at the desk with a small heater sitting on top and she had on a long cardigan. Clearly she was ill. I quickly shared my frustration concerning the prior night and she was nice but nothing more. Terrible experience

Our room was very clean and comfortable but there were many stains on the carpet on the hallway stairs. Breakfast was good.

Curtains not close all way and lights that were shinning on flags also light up room. Coffeemaker in room dirty and did not work properly. When first interning room had stronge odor.

The most incredible staff

Nice place, but needs to change breakfast policie.

Everything was fine — the room Was comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be about the breakfast. It’s advertised as open from 7-10:30 on Sunday. We arrived shortly before 10 to find most of the food gone and the staff beginning to close up. What was left of the eggs and potatoes were cold. By 10:10, everything was put away and cleaned up. Anyone who showed up after that was out of luck. I find this unacceptable.

I have stayed here several times & will continue to stay when I come back to the area!

Quick stay in Texarkana

This hotel worked out well for our short visit to Texarkana. Located on the outskirts, it was easy for us to find and it was close to a few shopping sites. It was clean and had a good breakfast.

If you are looking for a safe place to stay in Texarkana this is it. Great location away from the crime. Great staff everything was very clean. The breakfast they serve is awesome and free.

From desk person was not friendly. Hotel smells like mildew, bedding in room was not clean. I would not stay here again, the smell of mildew is ungodly awful, I would have when to another hotel if I didn’t get to town so late.

Easy to find. Very clean and well landscaped. Ample parking. Truly lovely staff. One staff member, Melody, went above and beyond to help us. Wish we could stay there again on our trip back home but they are booked solid, which is very disappointing for us but lucky for all of their future guests.

Front desk staff were very nice. Only one coffee in the room, if 2 people are staying we'd both like a cup ofcoffee first thing. The lighting was terrible. Room was clean. I was not allowed to fill my coffee cup to go or take breakfast to go. There arent many places to eat nearby.

The window AC unit was extremely loud and the room had poor lighting. The customer service was good, but overall this hotel is a bit outdated and not quite as comfortable as I hoped.

We stay there almost every trip to Texarkana. Great breakfast, the breakfast lady is outstanding, as desk and all room maids. Great service, Great stay.

Whole hotel had a musty smell to it and the carpets were all damp so we had to wear shoes the entire time. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great Stay!

This is our go-to when we stop in Texarkana. It's right off the interstate, so it's convenient, but it's also surprisingly quiet and safe. Plenty of dining and shopping options within a couple of miles. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty standard but good, great customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what you need, right off the highway. Nothing fancy but not gross by any means.

Mold beware if you have allergies

This hotel needs an aggressive mold eradication plan used to be a nice place to stay … but now the rooms smell of mold and actual mold was in both rooms we were showed had to cancel our reservation…
