Nice and all but ...

For the most part it was good. No hot water the second stay. (It magically worked after calling downstairs) Olga was helpful over the phone. Allowed to check in early with no charge which was nice. Wouldn't stay there again due to the attitude of one desk personne especially towards some of the guests that may have been living there. Overall this chain is a go to place on the regular. Just not that particular hotel. Yes it's clean and decent. Just the unfriendliness and cold attitude and water was unacceptable.

Our room was not ready at check in C and had to wait 2 hours for it to be cleaned. Yet they didn’t discount my room for not having it ready

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EXPEDIA AND COUNTRY INN AND SUITES (Radisson, Tampa Airport North, FL). OUR FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR STAY.

Area around is sketchy property isn't all that clean!

Courteous shuttle driver, welcoming front desk staff, safe neighborhood with convenient shops and restaurants.

I selected this motel specifically because it advertised it had an outdoor sauna. The water temperature of the sauna was ok but the jets did not work. Management was unaware of the problem when I reported it and never did fix it. I want my money back.

There were many people living at this hotel I assume as a result of the hurricane. The girl that checked us in really did not know her job she couldn’t put my international address into the system ?? I have never had that happen at a hotel ……

Both ladies at front desk were rude. Would answer the phone in the middle of a conversation with them or turn around and start doing other things. No where on the website does it say 24 hour notice for airport shuttle but was denied morning of flight. Went to check out and the guy at the front desk screams at the top of his lungs for one of the ladies to come out and help us. By far the most unprofessional staff I’ve encountered.

Nice stay

The Country Inn Tampa offered a nice stay. The staff and front desk personnel were kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make my stay restful and worry free. They provided a hot breakfast, shuttle service to/from airport and cruise. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were clean for the most part, no bells and whistles, so keep expectations med.

Stayed here recently, great experience.

They had my reservation wrong. When I called for a ride from the airport they never answered so had to get an expensive Uber. Transportation to the port was full and again had to take an Uber. Water pressure in the room was terrible and room did not have a remote and I had to get one from another customer to watch television. Evening front desk lady was not helpful

We stayed here during the hurricane evacuation. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. Room was nice, bathroom could have been in better condition.

Our stay was cancelled without informing us of any problem until after 3pm on the day of arrival . An email was sent to us whilst we where flying to USA from UK which asked us to call the hotel to confirm we where still staying . When we finally managed to call we where informed there was no room for us . At the time where at Atlanta airport waiting for our connecting flight to Tampa in a panic. A few days earlier we had messaged you through Hotel.com to inform you we would be arriving around midnight but did not receive a reply. We where also told on the phone that we had been sent an email informing us that the room was cancelled and money had been refunded and neither of these things are true . Due to the horrible storms in Tampa , I understand the room was cancelled but I'm angry that we had no communication from you at your earliest chance and we've no refund, If it was true you had told us of the cancellation then I'm sure you wouldn't have asked for this review about our stay. We did manage to get an expensive Uber from the airport and find a room in Orlando but it was a very stressful time . Please do not read this as a complaint about the room cancellation'which under the circumstances I understand .This is a complaint about the lack of communication and the difficult situation it put us in

Great clean room , breakfast simple and good, pool and hot tub nice and clean and a work out room. Very close to all major roads and airplane noise very minimal. Great spot to escape the storm surge

Absolutely better than expected, staff was welcoming and very pleasant. The front desk lady was very accomodating and quickly resolved a minor mistake made by me. Overvall it was a perfect location that I would recommend and stay again.

All was good except the airport shuttle. Driver told me to call him back in 1/2 hour- now wasn’t good. We took $23 Uber.

Can hear the elevator and feel the vibrations all day and night. Walls are paper thin.

Clean room, quiet hallways, friendly staff with continental breakfast included. The pool was nice. Great family stay and would definitely stay again visiting Tampa to see family.

The hotel was good; my only concern was the area (since the hotel is surrounded by industrial). I got in late and it was dark and I did not feel safe to go out to get food since traveling alone.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. Best customer service I ever received in town. Ladies were attended to each and every single guest. I would hire them. My only complaint is that the lobby could use a better fragrance upon walking in. The rooms were great size and very clean.

Five stars is a little high but four is too low. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The AC was a little noisy and the ice machine on my floor was not working. But those are the only two things I could say need to be improved. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a horrible hotel but not great either, breakfast is rather lackluster even by complimentary standards, our room's view was to a vehicle service facility that more closely resembled a salvage yard that eliminated any privacy when the shades were open. The shower doubles as a bath whether wanted or not due to a very slow drain and there was a constant tapping noise in the bathroom every few seconds that never stopped and lastly you will have to take a toll road everytime you leave to go towards downtown or the beaches.

This property was nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was also very good.

Exceeded expectations!! Our flight was canceled. I am a single mom stranded at the airport with two kids. I called this hotel and was given transportation, pool, breakfast etc. Extremely pleased

the hotel staff was so incredibly helpful and nice. Front desk and breakfast was a pleasure. The shuttle service needs improvement. We waited with 10 people and a baby for over an hour after getting our luggage and standing in the spot we were told wait and we had to call the hotel 3 times. Had to change rooms later evening because we did not have hot water to find out that our next room had a non working toilet. We used the bathroom downstairs and maintenance fixed the toilet up right away in the morning.

First of all the reason for me and my husbands stay was our daughter was getting married across the street from the hotel I called the hotel Friday night to let them know that my husband was gonna check in the room first could they put his name on the reservation also the lady that night said no pushed added it tge next day I called and told the lady at the desk the same thing she was very rude and nasty and told me that I had to check in the room I had to change my plans and push back my appointment because my husband who has the same last name as I do could not check in this room I had to and on top of that my debit card was charged without my consent my room was booked pay at the property and I wasn’t at the property when my card was charged the wedding was beautiful but I WILL NEVER STAY HERE Again i have staying in many hotels before and I never had this kind of problem horrible experience we were running late because of this check in

This property was quite clean and comfortable. The one comment would be that although the room was clean, there was a lot of space. The room was very small we thought. The staff were very good at their jobs, from the shuttle bus driver to the lady at checkin were both frienfly and helpful. Overall we would stay here again if only for short stays

This property had some issues. The fridge wasn’t working, there was blood stains on the pillow and the toilet ran all night very loudly.

For the price, this hotel was ok for the weekend to see our son. One bad thing is there's only one elevator. So housekeeping has to use it too. This can make it slow at times. Our room was comfortable, but the halls, elevator, and breakfast area were warm! And it wasn't even that hot when we were there. I hate to think what it's like later in the summer. The hot tub wouldn't turn on. There was a sign in our room that housekeeping comes every 3rd day. luckily we were only there two nights.
