We did the check in an the ac was not working they sent somebody to fix it but he couldn’t do fix it I ending not able to sleep until i demanded another room and they finally at 11 pm gave a room with no view it is also very noise the entrainment is so loud

Amazing experience!

Just spent a fabulous week in the Corallium beach hotel…..it ticked all the boxes…. Location,comfort, cleanliness, staff breakfast…. all top marks! It’s a little out of the way but that can be an advantage depending on what you want. Bus stops very close to hotel.All in all a very positive experience.

Great stay, wouldnt pay full price

Very comfortable rooms, pools were great and plenty of refreshments available! For what we paid (discounted rate) it was good value. Food was good, good range of options and mango’s were delicious! Check in could have been smoother, and activities didn’t match the schedule but apart from that we had a great visit.

The gym is almost non existent, Otherwise a decent place for a relaxing holiday

Food was little bland to be honest, had to ask for my room to be made up.Staff were friendly but you can see they were forcing to be friendly...Overall mixed feelings... Parking was easy and free...good location..had room facing the road...guy next door was smoking something and smell came in the room...we were that close.. pay for what you get I guess.

The Property is right on the beach and has a very relaxing feel.

The Corallium was a well maintained and pretty hotel. The rooms are on the small side but have full or side view of beach. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice. She me of front desk staff were not very friendly and rather abrupt. Check in is quite slow. The location is great as right on the beach.

Well located hotel on the beach. Nicely renovated with a great pool area. The upper pool is heated. Excellent buffet breakfast. There is an all inclusive option but there are lots of dining options within a few minutes walk. Friendly staff and nice relaxed vibe at all times. Would go again.

It’s was a lot of 50 plus adults and a few 20-30 adults when we were there for new years. Our room walked right out to the pool and then right out to the beach. Wonderful breakfast. We did not do the all inclusive because we were only there one day and a night.

hotel clean, quiet, focused on relaxation. nicely decorated, modern interiors, nice staff, thanks to Ruth, who took care of the comfort and well-being of guests. all inclusive options highly recommend, very good food.

Lovely hotel

We initially booked 3 nights as I was not familiar with the hotel or location. However after the first night we were so pleased with the hotel we extended our stay for another 6 nights. The food is lovely, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The location is quiet but there is a bus stop across the road with a regular bus service. I love the fact that the mere are bathrobes in the room and also tea and coffee making facilities. A lovely retreat at a reasonable price.

We had a great stay. All the staff who work here really made my stay. From the front desk, to the cleaning staff I was made to feel welcome. I would book another stay.

Very relaxing , well trained staff, nice touches like bath robes, beach towels . Plenty of sun beds. Excellent food. I enjoyed the yoga. I think the bar in reception area lacked atmosphere which is a shame as the décor and seating is really nice. Would recommend the hotel for a relaxing , comfortable break.

Excellent hotel on a tranquil beach.

This was our first holiday as a couple and we were both pleasantly surprised by the value we got for the money we paid. Rich breakfast, two pools, jacuzzi, large rooms and huge double bed. It gives you the feeling of a more expensive hotel with an almost private beach at the front. The evenings by the pool bar with live music and shows were very entertaining. The staff was excellent and many thanks to Sergio at the reception who makes a difference with his genuine attentive nature. A wonderful stay overall!

Lovely hotel next to the sea.

Lovely hotel, good area and reasonably quiet, away from the big tourist traps. Close to bus stop and next to sea. Excellent pool area. Clean hotel, very helpful staff. Free exercise classes (aqua aerobics, pilates, yoga throughout weekdays). Easy to arrange trips around the island or to visit tourist sites direct from hotel.

Rude staff, ugly rooms!

The beds here are almost not possible too sleep in. Way to hard. The staff are rude, the pool area is okey, and the beach is close. Otherwise you can hear what your neibour sneeze and all the hoorible music from downstairs. Will never stay here again.

Väldigt segt i receptionen, även om vi hade checkat in på nätet innan. Uruselt bemötande av personal i ledningen och i receptionen, gällande ersättning för att vi hade en vattenläcka i vårt badrum i två dygn! Fick vänta i 2 dygn, innan det åtgärdades. Extra hyra för att få tillgång till värdeskåp, dåligt!

Even though it has "only" 3 stars, the hotel was really nice. The staff was super friendly, nice pool area, close to the beach and further away from the touristic area. Really enjoyed it.

Great Hotel ny the sen. Clean, friendly staff.

We had an awesome stay at this nice hotel only a footpath away from black sanded beach with clear water. Beautiful garden and great pools with super nice bars and restaurants. As an allergic person you receive a foodpass, total personal support at no extra cost. For cleanup you can book your housekeeping via form. The 24h reception tells you all you need to know. The personnel is outstanding friendly and competent. The sports and entertainment are various and all very good. Our Junior Suite on 6th floor had stunning view onto beach and mountains.

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Parksituation schwierig. Essen gut und nicht zu voll. Personal freundlich, Rezeption teilweise zeitaufwendig. Je nach Zimmerlage bis spätabends sind Musik und Gesang bzw. Gespräche gut zu hören. Ansonsten ein weitgehend ruhiges Hotel, wenn die richtigen Gäste da sind Trotz der unsäglichen Liegenbesetzer waren immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Anlage, Pool sauber.

Ruhig gelegen, gut frequentierte Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Supermarkt in der Anlage. Schöne Promenade für einen Spaziergang zu den Dünen von Maspalomas

Dejligt og meget rent rum. God mad og gode drinks.

Utmärkt frukost, finns allt! Minus är fortfarande att det segt vid incheckningen. En hiss som fungerade på så många gäster, är inte acceptabelt! Den andra av de två, fastnade två gånger samma dag.

OK MEN INTE MER

Fräscht mellanklasshotell med gin frukostbufé. Totalt OK, men..,, Två äldre hissar varav en inte fungerade under en stor del av vistelsen. Båda var ur bruk vid ett tillfälle. Obekväma sängar och bäddutrustning. Slitna handdukar. Ogästvänlig poolbar som har potential att fungera mycket bättre. Fick en känsla av att gästerna är till för personalen i stället för omvänt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, freundliches Personal, zu empfehlen!!!

Nära stranden

Bra läge nära havet och trevlig strandpromenad. Rummet var i minsta laget men för 2 dagar var det ok. Frukosten var bra. In och utchekningen tog mycket lång tid.

Une situation idéale; repas à améliorer

L'hôtel est idéalement situé les pieds dans l'eau. La première difficulté est d'y accéder, notamment un week-end. Tout autour le parking est gratuit mais pris d'assaut par les locaux et les touristes. L'hôtel ne dispose de dépose minute. Et si vous aviez l'intention de vous garer sur le parking, ce n'est pas possible. Même pas pour déposer les bagages. Ce qui est aussi déroutant c'est l'entrée de l'hôtel : en sous-sol. Pour accéder à la réception, il faut emprunter un ascenseur ou des escaliers et descendre. Nous avions réservé une chambre vue mer et nous n'avons pas été déçus. La chambre était petite mais joliment meublée. Quoique, les fauteuils club étaient très encombrants et ne permettaient pas de laisser les bagages. On a donc dû un peu réaménager pour pouvoir ouvrir nos valises. Le balcon était spacieux. Les repas n'étaient pas tops. Un buffet de cantine que ça soit au petit-déj ou au dîner. Et comme nous n'étions pas en all-in et en formule demi-pension, il fallait payer les boissons. Soit, nous l'avons fait ailleurs mais à 4.90 la bière, c'est abusé. Dans d'autres hôtels de gamme supérieure, c'était 2.70 ou 2.90 la bière. L'eau était aussi à prix d'or. Le deuxième soir, on s'est amusés à demander une carafe d'eau. Ils ont voulu nous la faire payer ! On a ri jaune. Un conseil ! Aller acheter vos boissons au Superdino ou au Spar à côté, c'est deux à trois fois moins cher selon. Mais attention, dans notre chambre, le frigo ne faisait pas de froid.

Ya es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. Buena comida, buen servicio y a pie de playa. Enhorabuena chic@s. Volveremos

La politica de check out es muy cara

Great hotel if you’re a Spaniard or German! For the rest well you’ll get service but not the same warm welcome. That was our personal experience at least. That complaint is especially for the reception because the rest of the staff has been lovely! Beautiful hotel and very clean overall. Good rooms, especially the ones with sea view.

Gillade inte matutbudet och baren. Väldigt dåliga drinkar. Vi hade halvpension men behövde ändå betala för dricka på middagen. För mycket äldre människor, vi förväntade oss vuxna inte pensionärer.

Die Sauberkeit war völlig in Ordnung; das Servicepersonal war überaus freundlich. An der Rezeption hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass - wenn schon nicht deutsch - dann doch ein besser verständliches Englisch von der Dame zu hören gewesen wäre.

Nästan perfekt!

Mycket nöjda med hotellet. Trevlig personal, bra service. Fint och mysigt rum. Extra plus för morgonrockar, shoppingpåse och sminkborttagningskräm som fanns på rummet. Smart att ha ett tomt kylskåp i stället för minibar som oftast blir orörd. ( Det gick att beställa om man ville ha.) Mycket bra läge, nära till havet, strandpromenad, restauranger och centrum. Trevligt med poolaktiviteter och musik. Frukosten hade allt att önska och mer därtill. Enda minus var att det är lyhört mot gatan. Vi kommer tillbaka.
