Our stay here was honestly perfect. We were celebrating a birthday; Stavroula was absolutely lovely and so helpful with organising decorations to be put in the room upon arrival, thank you for everything. The room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was modern, clean, entertainment was great each night, excellent varied food options, supermarket less than 2 minute walk, I can not fault this hotel. We were greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel and every interaction with hotel staff was warm and accommodating. Without a doubt I would love to come back and definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service, such a shame we were only there for 1 night. We will most definitely be going back, one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

We stayed 4 nights here half board in the Superior Suite and had a wonderful experience. The hotel opened in May ‘23 so everything is extremely modern and aesthetic which provides great vibe and atmosphere. More important was the excellent quality of service provided by all the staff here. Particularly from the Cantina restaurant where Chef Nicolas and Restaurant Manager Stefanos were extremely helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements and were able to set us an exquisite menu each day. We can confirm this hotel is vegetarian friendly, just be sure to speak to the chef and management team when you arrive. The hotel reception and bar staff were super helpful; we did not encounter anyone here that wasn’t friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Our favourite aspects of this hotel: - Great vibe, relaxing atmosphere and beautifully decorated - Outdoor gym even includes a reformer Pilates machine - Supermarket next to hotel - Bus stop outside the hotel where you can go to Lindos or Rodos Town for €4 per person. Make sure to ask Reception for the bus timetable to plan your trip. Busses are safe for tourists and really convenient. - Mountain View’s are simply beautiful - there are 2 trail routes to hike this. - Quiet location, about 25 minute walk to Kolymbia town where there are more shops/restaurants - Despite being a 4*, you still get things like Robes/slippers in the room, pool towels, complimentary 1L water everyday, welcome drink on arrival, escorted to room on a

Amazing Hotel! Highly recommed this to anyone wanting to travel to Rhodes. 30 minutes away from the airport and in a stunning location of Rhodes. All restaurants serve gorgeous food and drinks at a reasonable price. It was also my birthday and the hotel left me a birthday cake in the room, which was a lovely touch! Can't express enough how good this hotel is!

The room was clean and spacious, staff helpful, pool areas beautiful yet crowded. Food was good. Only downside was the guests who were mostly more interested in their appearance at Cooks snd on social.

Amazing hotel

This brand new hotel is just awesome. Great food , trendy vibe, friendly staff and really nice rooms. The social pool and bar are stunning. The main pool is more chilled. We booked the half board option and the food was great. Would recommend this hotel.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its staff. With two-three exceptions, everyone else were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Even to those idiots that did not deserve it. Their attitude really compensates for the small drawbacks of the soft mattresses, enormous pillows, and lack of TV channels - in our room only German and Turkish channels were functional. I didn’t care for either. The facilities were great, and the general atmosphere relaxing. Apart from some Instagram wanna-be influencers, everyone else is courteous despite no one talking to anyone else. I guess this is Gen Z and millennials having lost all social skills. If you stay, go for half board. The menu is excellent. There is nowhere worth eating around the hotel. Trust me on this. Many places, nowhere I would trust to eat. Outside the hotel is a mini Faliraki, which caters for such tourists. Stay well away. Easy to find, drive to, and easy to park. Convenient location for visiting some nice beaches. Be mindful of the thieves with the sunbeds. Some asked us for €30 for two sunbeds… needless to say we told them to do one. But they have taken over the beaches. Go to Afantou beach, way better waters and cheaper sunbeds at a reasonable €10 for two. Overall, great hotel, great people, I’d stay again, and that says it all.

Wonderful holiday

Lovely place to stay. My only issue is with the half-board option there simply isn't enough option, on at least 2-days we had to purchase dinner else where as the two options for a main meal wasn't suitable.

Amazing resort in a convenient location. Lovely food and staff.

Had an amazing stay at Cooks Club last week, staff were very friendly, facilities were perfect. Having 3 restaurants on site meant we were never stuck for choice for lunch and dinners. Only thing I could fault was when checking in we were made to wait around until after 4pm for our room and once taken to our room we were called 20 minutes later to say it was the wrong one, which added additional wait time to get ourselves settled in. Apart from this, couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

A well thought through layout of the premises, the tonal range of public area and bedrooms are tasteful and restful, the garden is not over manicured as such more peaceful and private than at many other resorts. Sole clash was the relentless fairly loud beat of a music that added little to the otherwise most agreeable setting.

The property was well maintained and in a lovely location.

Beautiful design, everything is new and very clean.The food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel! Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider ist in der Umgebung nicht besonders viel, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto um was von der Insel zu sehen. Es ist einer sehr schöne Anlage wo man auch ein paar Abende verbringen kann.

Wunderschönes Hotel, tolles Personal. Das Ganze drum herum it stimmig. Das Essen war jeden Tag erneut ein Highlight. Der Aufenthalt dort hat uns sehr viel Spaß und eine Menge Erholung bereitet. Tolle Zimmer, gepflegte Anlage.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern gehalten, zwei Pools mit genug Liegen zum sonnen. Frühstück wechselt sich jeden Tag mit den Verfügbarkeiten der Gerichte ab. Nettes Personal, kann zum Großteil auch deutsch.

Mooi hotel, schoon (op kit randen douche, een dode kakkerlak en rioolwormpjes na). Erg gehorige kamers waarvoor we na de eerste nacht wel overgeplaatst zijn. Ontbijt erg druk waardoor soms alleen een plekje in de zon beschikbaar was en we soms geen drinken kregen of gevraagd werden. Ruime keus bij het ontbijt. Bedden van zwembad vrijwel elke dag allemaal bezet vanaf eind ochtend.

hôtel passable des efforts à faire sur certains points inacceptable dans un hôtel de cette gamme: Les chambres sont très nombreuses et il est absolument impossible de trouver un transat au bord de la piscine sans se lever à l’aube car ils n’ont pas été prévus en nombre suffisant par rapport au nombre de chambre. L’isolation acoustique des chambres est inexistante que ce soit les voisins ou les aller retours des véhicules à l’extérieur attendez-vous a entendre absolument tout comme si il n’y avait pas de fenêtres et de portes. La literie avait une odeur assez particulière et clairement désagréable. Pour les points positifs la cadre est très agréable et décoré avec goût. Les restaurants sont abordables et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est fourni et qualitatif.

Un hôtel merveilleux avec un personnel chaleureux accueillant et aux petits soins pour faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable ! Nous y sommes allé en couple et tout était parfait ! Super petit déjeuner et super restaurants ! Les chambres sont sublimes ! Je vous conseille la private suite au SPA qui est incroyable ! Merci Cook’s Club !

Bad management

Facility is perfect but there are some wrong implementations,hotel is adult hotel,i specially requested double bed before my stay but when we entered to our room,there were two single bed attached to each other and it was not comfortable for couples.there was tv in the room but there were only 8 channels not even any music channel and two of the channels were kids channel in a adult hotel.I also requested some special dinner or event with my wife due to our anniversary ,they said they will call me for some arrangement but they even didn t call or ask again.Room was not clean at all.I really didn t like the management system.I will never visit again.Very far away from good places at island.Very good facility good for photos but that is all.

Die grosszügige moderne Anlage lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Es gab 2 grosse Pools, sehr schön angelegt, drumherum genügend Sonnenliegen... Die Konsummöglichkeiten waren vielfältig (Poolbars, Supermarkt...). Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und es gab immer eine Flasche Wasser. Nachteilig: es fehlte ein Mülleimer im Zimmer selbst, im Bad fehlte es an Handtuchhaltern... die frischen Handtücher waren immer nur im Zimmer, nie im Bad selbst verfügbar. Schaut man nicht voraus, wusch man sich die Hände, musste dann im Zimmer das frische Handtuch holen/tropfte somit auf den frisch gewischten Boden.... aber Luxus Probleme 😉

Neu renovierte Anlage, sehr gepflegt mit sehr gutem Frühstück und Abendessen. Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, tolles Hotel wir würden wieder kommen.

Struttura appena aperta, tutto fantastico, veramente un bel soggiorno.

Wunderschöne ordentliche moderne Anlage mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Der Poolbereich als auch die schön gestalteten Aufenthaltsbereiche laden zum entspannen ein. Es ist tatsächlich genauso wie auf den Fotos mit denen das Hotel wirbt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, eine tolle Auswahl.

The hotel is very beautifully decorated, clean and the rooms are big. The staff is attentive and friendly. We also really loved both pool areas and the facilities like outdoor gym, indoor gym and supermarket. We didn’t like so much that the guests already started to reserve the loungers around the pool starting early in the morning with towels and shirts etc. and the hotel staff did not remove the towels from the loungers which where sometimes reserved for 5-6 hours before the guests showed up in the afternoon. The food and the breakfast buffet were good.
