This place was breathtaking! The staff took very good care of us in any way we needed, super positive! Everyday activities, food and drink were excellent! Staying on a hut over the water was amazing, plenty of fish and sharks came up to us just snorkeling off the dock. Can't wait to be back!
Excellent service down to the detail. Staffs is very friendly and professional. Facilities is clean and have everything we looking for. Even have day room for free off charge while we wait for our flight when we already check out. It’s been perfect vacation. Recommends for future visitor to come experience 5 stars service.
Incredible staff!
Lots lots of fish around
Oh. My. Goodness! The entire island itself looks like it was made from AI, the property is so immaculate, the staff treats you like royalty, the restaurants should be (if not) Michelin star, the huts are more well equipped than my house (love the Bluetooth surround sound), I could go on and on! Dian at concierge is such a doll, but honestly they’re all so sweet. Were already dreaming about when we can come back!
Just simply beautiful. Loved our time in the overwater bungalow. Staff and service were great, just moved in island time speed. Pick ups easy to/from airport and tour companies had no issues with pickups from here. Restaurants were hard to get into on some nights, even as a guest.
Beautiful location, great customer service, and awesome facilities!
We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary. We had a sunset hit over the water with a pool. It was absolute magical. Everything about the Conrad is 5 star. Can’t wait to come back
Stunning
Paradise On Earth
Paradise on earth. This place has it all. A watervilla with a pool is a must, especially those facing west, you get stunning sunsets. My clients and I loved this place.
Conrad Bora Bora was everything advertised and more. One negative comment - do not book through Expedia if you have Diamond status with Hilton as they do not offer the usual perks.
Staff was amazing and the property was beautiful.
Amazing staff and such a beautiful location… would highly recommend
First, I would like to say that because Bora Bora is such a magical place, no matter where you stay, you will have a great vacation. However, for persons who never been to Bora Bora I would like share things we liked and didn't like about his particular hotel (we so far have been to Bora 3 times and stayed in 3 different hotels). Conrad is definitely a great place for those who like to snorkel and want watch sea life - crazy amount of different fish and sea creatures all day, every day. They have lovely glass floor bar/restaurant. They have a beautiful SPA on the hill with most breathtaking views. Property is big, by Bora standards, but they have bike system where you can grab ANY bike on the property, don't matter where it is parked, and ride wherever you want to go. They have quite a few nice photo spots. We liked their beach restaurant with some seating sections in the pool (or surrounded by pool water). Food was good. What we didn't like is limited transportation to main island. Ferry boat only makes 3-4 round trips per day and hotel wasn't very accommodating in finding alternative ways to get off the property, even though the cost wasn't the issue for us. It is clearly an older property so few things need fixing. They will try to charge you for delivering ice to your room. Ice machine closest to our bungalow was out of service and literally removed, which we told room service and they still insisted that machine was there and they will have to charge us for ice delivery
Fantastic resort! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities were clean and had all we needed. The beaches and water were better than imagined!
One easy word to describe this place “PARADISE “
Great hotel with spacious rooms. Tried a pool bungalow and overwater bungalow. Both great rooms with great views.
Very nice place. Great boat picks you up from airport. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Staff are friendly. Great ocean views and pool. Free ferry to mainland.
Property was amazing! We had such a great time! French restaurant was sub par, the rest of the food we found to be pretty decent. Overall great pic! Staff was amazing!
We had an amazing time at the resort. It was our first time visiting French Polynesian to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the over the water villa was a dream! Everyone was welcoming and assisted us with any request. Dian and Julian were extremely hospitable. Also, the on-site marine biologists were very knowledgeable. The island and islet with surrounding lagoon are magnificent! A trip of a lifetime. Thank you!
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thank you
The resort is gorgeous. Many places to take wonderful pictures. The villas are very private and so spacious.
Beautiful and tranquil
Everything was good, only thing should be careful is, I should book though Hilton website or ae, so can include breakfast.
The Conrad Bora Bora Nui was more beautiful than we could have imagined. The amenities were amazing, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our expectations were beat. Will definitely visit again one day.
We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad minus a leaking AC unit and incredibly slow and frustrating restaurant service. The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, but the wait time for meals and the memory of what was ordered were definitely a downside. Other than that, the property is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous.
Heaven
The property is unbelievably beautiful and the staff is so nice and accommodating. We loved our overwater bungalow and the easy access to snorkeling. Food was good but expensive which is expected. Highly recommend the hotel. The only thing is same sex couple and on the slip they said Mr and Mrs and we both are very feminine so obviously made assumption which shouldn't. But other than that perfect stay!
Most beautiful place on earth!
From the moment we were greeted at the airport and presenred with a Lei, then whisked away by their water shuttle, to being greeting by a gentleman singing and playing ukelele, the experience has been nothing but memorable. Dinner at the French restaurant was a culinary masterpiece. There is nothing I don't like about the place.
The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience we came here for my wifes 50th birthday and our honeymoon i have nothing but good things to say about our experience
Great stay!
Wonderful! We stayed in the king beach private villa with pool and couldn’t be happier with our experience. In my opinion better than over the water bungalow. Excursions are amazing sign up early before going.
Loved staying here! Everything was excellent besides the romantic dinner we booked-- it was a private dinner that they charged $750 and the food was not good...and the bottle of wine was cheap. Go to the sushi restaurant instead..so much better!
Beautiful, we loved our room and privacy, the staff is amazing and the whole experience is great! Definitely recommend it!
I can’t say enough about this beautiful resort. Staff and service is amazing. All 4 restaurants are excellent. Stunning pool, snorkeling all around the resort, excellent spa and services. The resort itself is stunning. My favorite part was biking around the grounds.
For a 5 star resort, this property has a ton of work to do.
Beautiful property and the staff were incredible. They went above and beyond and even let us check in early
Went here for our honeymoon and I’m glad we did. They take care of their visitors like family. You’re always greeted with a smile and will help you with any problem (big or small). The food was amazing, always fresh and delicious. Would recommend this place to everyone!
This hotel and location might not be able to be beat! My wife and I spent 7 days at the Conrad Bora Bora for our honeymoon, and it was perfect.
Bora Bora fantastic hotel
Amazing hotel in a beautiful spot in Bora Bora. Lots of activities available. Food was so and so, best party was probably breakfast. A bit overpriced at times, but hard not to find it incredible. Great customer service. Unreal landscapes.
Stayed two nights. It's a good overall experience. However, with the price we paid, we shall not complain anything when we leave, but the reality is not. It says you could take the complimentary shuttle boat service to the main island(51-10 minutes ride). But when I requested it once I checked in, was told the shuttle was all fully booked that day and the day after. If I want to go then I will have to hire a private boat. I am sure I was not the only person got rejected. Think about it. If you tell people that the hotel water is complimentary, and when people want it, you then tell them you run out the water. You will have to pay for the water you drink. Really? Come on, it's a top brand of Hilton, once you say something, it's Gold. Even if you run out the shuttle boats to the main island that day, once the costommer needs it, you should find a way to get more. If that is complimentary but you can not satisfy all of your costumers, then don’t offer it. You should let your costumers disappointed. Period. I understand Hotel wants to keep their customers stay in their property and consume whatever they offer. However people fly thousands miles there also want to see local people and how do they live even just on a little superficial level.
We stayed in a bungalow with pool , beautiful mornings, very relaxing, no words to explain, until you there and see what amazing things we have in life.
The property being on its own private island is incredibly beautiful! The views, amenities, and staff were absolutely fantastic! They anticipated and surpassed our every need! Definitely will be returning!

Truly amazing experience.
Conrad is a beautiful property no doubt. It is newly renovated, but it is unlike any other property. The food is terrible you’re paying over $40 for a margarita pizza where you can’t even taste sauce and $12 for water bottle. Drinks are sooo bad. Expensive and not cocktails. Just basic drinks where you barely taste alcohol. Before Conrad we started at le Bora Bora which is a 4-star, but the people working there were very friendly and the property was smaller yet we felt truly welcomed there. After that we went to Conrad and had higher expectations due to it being 5-star. However I would not return. Few things we weren’t able to check in early, which is fine but we weren’t even able to check in on time. We came from another peppery around 11:30 am and check in is at 3 pm. We checked in at 3:30. No upgrades or small requests were fulfilled either. Wasted half a day. I usually never check my bill since on property you just pay with room number. I was charged someone else’s bill at a restaurant I ate. $200 more dollars. Good thing I looked. When I told the reception about it they looked into it and took it off. No apologizes no sorry’s nothing. We were there for our honeymoon and was very disappointed. Everyone working there were very uptight you can sense they’re trying too hard to please you but not genuine. We understood that as we stayed at another property and felt a completely diff vibe. The views are ok. When paying $$$$ you might as well pick a diff property.
From the arrival to the departure, the staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. Our overwater villa with pool was spectacular! The dining options were good and we loved the Upa Upa Lounge for sushi and entertainment. We had dinner at Banyan which was the only disappointment, not the service but the slow kitchen and very very lengthy meal, 3 hours and it took over 45 minutes to receive our drinks and place our order. The food was good but several tables walked out due to the length of time it took to get the food out. We would highly recommend this property! It made our 10 year wedding anniversary an extra special trip!
Everything!! Was an amazing experience. Hope to be back soon
We were spoiled, great drinks, food and people! Layout of restore itself was perfect
Amazing landscaping and property. Unforgettable....
Everything was absolutely fantastic at this resort. Our over water villa facing the mountain was gorgeous and very clean. The service and the staff were wonderful and friendly. The snorkeling was outrageous. We travel a lot and said we would not repeat a destination or place but may make an exception for this experience.
Stellar property. Friendly staff.
Most people were talking about there travel agents. Expedia made it so easy for me to do it all by myself . Had an amazing time without paying anyone extra! Used all the extra money for the vacation
Priority was nice, but watch out for them telling you things are included when in fact they aren't. Poorly trained staff and restaurant staff hates foreigners, so that's rough. For items they said were included that they charged me for at end, they wouldn't let me leave on the boat without paying. Almost missed my flight as they are the only transportation to airport. Was quite scary!!
The property is excellent The food is okay but not more The Banyan restaurant is good
Amazing staff, resort is well organized clean and caters to their clients every need. Breakfast and French restaurant were the best from a food standpoint.
everything just perfect
Nice amenities and welcoming staff memebers
The water was unbelievable
Conrad was amazing, a must stay in Bora Bora.
Wonderful service, we had our own butler throughout our stay who made everything really easy for us. The snorkeling on the property is top notch and the reception area has glass floors so we can look at different fish, eve sharks during the cocktail hour
Buyer beware! Once they get you on the property they will hold you hostage! Food is terrible and CRAZY expensive. They told me I had breakfast included every day and at the end they charged me hundreds of dollars for a few breakfasts that had flies all over it. They would not let me get on the boat for my flight and held me there until I signed a document saying I would pay for the breakfasts that they mentioned 10 minutes before I was to leave so I had no recourse. I would have missed my flight unless I agreed to pay. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
We absolutely loved everything about this resort! All staff were pleasant, helpful, and respectful. Amazing facilities, beautiful views, and all the food was delicious! We will definitely be going back!
Snorkeling right off your overwater villa deck is fantastic. We love the steady breeze and even though technically we were there in the rainy season, only 3 of our 11 days was very rainy, with only short or overnight showers between sunny and partly cloudy skies. For us, Conrad Hilton's location, staff, food and lodging make it heaven on earth.
Always our favorite place on earth to visit. We refer to our return visits as visiting our happy place.
The property and staff of this resort have us returning time after time. My wife and I have visited so many amazing places in the world, but only one has brought us back four times with more planned in the future. This latest time in particular, we found the room service food and restaurant food very good. Quite possibly the best french fries we have EVER eaten! We visited during Covid, so the resort was mostly empty and only one restaurant open per night of the five available. The over the water bungalows are our preference and are so special with the water color, views and breeze, but we have also heard the hillside views make those a wonderful place to stay also. Last visit I spent a day at the Four Seasons, before the Conrad got a tennis court and it did not find it nearly as appealing and the guests indicated the rooms had not been updated as the ones at Conrad had been. Overall, after four visits and going by other hotels and talking to guests from other places, we will keep coming back to the Conrad as our "happy place" and place we like the most in the world.
Location? Amazing! Service for the price? Sub-par. My breakfast was included in the package. I must have somehow overlooked that and on the day before my departure I went to the buffet to eat breakfast, when I went to pay they said it’s included! I was like awe man I’ve been ordering room service every morning not knowing. They said they would look at my bill and see what they could do. Breakfast in room dining had come to $240. They gave me $24 off. LoL. Considering it costs $1000 a night to stay here, I ate all my meals here, went to the spa, rented water activities, you would think they would have just refunded me the entire breakfast. Audrey the manager was rude. She ended up giving me another $54 off, and then the food and beverage supervisor treated me to lunch the last day I was there. Which came out to basically the whole $240 of u add it all together. But, the fact that they were rude and unwilling to make the customer happy immediately is not ok. Almost like the make u mad before making it right. When ur paying for a luxury vacation this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Next time, I will stay at the four seasons. This place by the way is owned by Hilton.
mattress was very uncomfortable and it was not covered with mattress cover, it was covered with bed sheets only. In most hotels mattress covers are used and they replaced and cleaned after every guest, which should be done during COVID pandemic.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was well maintained and beautiful. Some opportunities would include having more or different breakfast options and having more times for the the boat transfers to the main island. In the end I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend the Conrad
Resort is very beautiful service is great and stafg is very friendly
The villa’s were amazing. Very modern and newly designed. The food at the restaurant wasn’t the best. Need to update menus with more options and better tasting food.
Newly renovated bungalows are certainly the reason to come here
Simply the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff, the food, the room and the grounds were impeccable!
Customer service was amazing. I felt very comfortable.
There is a lot to like about the Conrad Bora Bora Nui, but what really set it apart was the amazing staff. My luggage did not arrive with me. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They gave me a goodie bag with some essential supplies; they communicated with Air France every day to secure my bags; in general, they dealt with the stress so that I could enjoy my stay. The other member of the staff that was outstanding was Chef Galvez. I am vegan. Chef Galvez met with me personally and provided me with an extensive menu of choices available at any of the resort restaurants. I had beach food at the bar and a multi-course dinner at one of the fine-dining restaurants. I cannot recommend this resort enough.
Horrible service & outrageously expensive bad food
Food is outrageously expensive and not good quality and not good tasting. Service is horrible at the hotel. If you want it need something make sure you are prepared to ask for it 3 times before you get it. Meals arrive in no particular order, no one ever checks on you to see if everything is ok and if something is not right (like my chicken was still raw) they never apologize.
Excellent service. Great amenities. Clean. Wonderful staff
The rooms were well appointed, but the service was exceptional. The warm hospitality extended by the entire staff at the property made the experience even more memorable. A special mention to Dominique, Laureen and Melissa who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Not forgetting Arri who was always at hand to ensure that we were taken care of whilst at the beach! An exceptional hotel with an excellent staff. Highly recommended for all intending on visiting BoraBora.
Overall the hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with service: - 4/4 times we didn’t get what we ordered at breakfast because the waiter forgot about the order. - Service at the pool bar and the restaurant next door is very slow. We ordered food and some wine and the food arrived (after 25m) way before the wine did. Service was great at dinner.
Very well kept. Food was not good. And prices were ridiculously high!!!
The resort was very easy to get around, the layout was much easier then other resorts in bora bora I felt. The grounds are beautiful and clean and the pool has the greatest view. The only negative thing which is a universal issue is that the food and drinks are way overpriced. $30 for a pina colada is insane. Other then that it was a trip of a lifetime.
Booked overwater villa, but no ocean view, disappointed.
The cabins really cool the view was great the only thing we didn’t like was the greeter when we came to the property she was a bit rude
Great resort, highly recommended
Great property overall since it is recently renovated, hopefully it will be well-maintained. We had to take a boat from Bora Bora airport to Vaitape first then transfer to the hotel, direct boat from airport to hotel is very expensive. It would be nice to if direct boat is more affordable consider hotel can only be reached by boat. Staffs are very welcoming, explain the resort, room, and amenities to us upon check in. We stayed at the overwater villa, best room ever. The room is spacious, modern and clean. You also get a nice open view of the water. I like the lagoon layout here as each room is guaranteed a good view unlike some other resorts. Patio / sundeck is also very spacious compared to other resorts. Food options are limited as there are only few restaurants on site, even on the main island. Food quality is not bad, but definitely could've been better consider the price. Great amenities such as free bikes, snorkeling gears, kids club, etc. I really like the layout of the resort, the view is great everywhere you go. Even if you can't afford the overwater villa, you can still enjoy the open ocean view at the beach or pool. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely come back.
Good, not great.
The water surrounding the resort is something you have to see! The resort and the bungalow were also beautiful. The service was okay at breakfast but not great. The amenities were nice. Overall, the resort did not meet expectations.
Stunning hotel worth the experience
Absolutely stunning location and beautiful hotel. They delivered a 5 star experience at all levels. Expensive and worth every penny!
Breakfast
The breakfast spread needs to be changed. If you'll stay at the hotel for a long time, you'll find yourself limited to choices. Overall the stay was perfect, the airport pickup was perfect too, room cleanest.
The staff was very friendly and property was well maintained. I wish there were more food options available.
Beautiful location on the lagoon, white sand, coral, blue water to the horizon. Bungalows were positioned to make the views seem very private. Friendly staff, good food.
Poor management
We came to Bora Bora to celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. So we decided to stay in 3 different hotels, Le Meridian, St.Regis and Conrad. We had such a great experience on the two previous hotels. But unfortunately it was not the case with the Conrad. We came and didn’t get the flowers that is so typical on your arrived to Bora Bora but I saw other ppl have it. People here are not as friendly as the 2 previous hoteles, except for Amber, our hostess was amazing and funny and I want to thank her for being such a sweetheart, but this hotel has such a poor management; what a difference with St Regis. The second night they put us on a different room (somebody canceled) and wen we got to the room it was a bottle of champagne and a welcome card but it was for the previous guests, they were congratulating for their honeymoon. We left and went to town and when we came back the champagne was gone. You don’t do that once the gift is there, regardless if you make a mistake. I just feel the pick and choose who they want to give the gifts and the welcome/farewell necklace flowers. Also the food are so much more expensive here and they charge to take you to town (St Regis they take you for free). So no, I won’t be back here, not even been a HHonors member. This hotel was our good bye hotel from Bora Bora and they ruined for us. I wanted to get a surprise dinner on the beach to my husband but we decided to leave earlier.
Hotel/Resort stunning. Room was amazing especially view and layout/facilities. Buggy service to/from room was slow. Food prices expensive but in line with expectations. Drink prices (esp. cocktails) however were absurdly expensive especially as hotel staff did not understand wine (red wine chilled ! and often oxidised) and non fresh cocktail ingredients - no fresh orange juice in entire resort. Check out was poorly managed and hotel struggled to cope with the fact we arrived from another Bora Bora Resort rather than the Airport. We were advised at 9:15am that we needed to check out at 9:00am and that transfer boat would leave at 10:00 am! Whilst on subject of boats - the Hotel Shuttle to/from airport at $450 must rank as one of most expensive hotel transfers worldwide. We avoided this but understand why others that didn’t felt the way they did and we struggle to see why the Resort would wish this to be the first and last memory of the Conrad. They own the boat and service should frankly be free. Conrad offered a transfer to main island but in evening this was $50 per person effectively making sure no one left. It is a shame prices in resort weren’t slightly less but overall we loved the Conrad. All staff were very friendly and the property itself was superb. The views/setting was unsurpassed.
Porter stole $200 out of luggage in their care!!!
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE STAYING HERE!! I don’t leave bad reviews, but I unfortunately have no choice on this. The porter stole $200 from our bag after the hotel told us to leave it with him. We left by boat today and were instructed by the concierge to leave our bags in our room, and that their porter would load them onto the boat for us upon leaving in 30 minutes. We did as instructed. Before I left the room, I opened my blue backpack to leave both the maid a tip on the bed (they work hard) and the porter a $5 tip which I left on top of my suitcase. I also counted how much cash we had left in my backpack: $200. I zipped my backpack and left it, believing that we had left our bags in the locked room of our safe 5 star resort in the hands of its employees, and that no one would have the opportunity to rifle through our belongings. I was wrong. The porter robbed us. We spent $6500 to stay here, and the porter robbed us. When I boarded the boat and we pulled away, I checked my bag. The money was gone. I called the hotel immediately. My wife remembered the porter who delivered our bags to the boat. A somewhat older gentleman who dropped the bags quickly and left quickly. I told the hotel. They said they’d investigate, and of course, we’ve heard nothing. The hotel is not claiming any responsibility even though we did as they instructed us to do- leave our bags, and their employee robbed us. They have not offered any compensation for the robbery whatsoever. Don’t stay here.
Stop reading reviews - Book it!
Stunning view from the over water bungalow, amazing experience, worth every penny. Staff was accommodating and hospitable would highly recommend to a friend, looking forward to a return visit!
The entire trip was something from a dream. Best vacation ever.
The rooms are extremely spacious, well thought out and updated nicely. Anytime you want to get off the resort you have to pay and wait for a shuttle to and from the main island. There is no hot tub on the property besides in the spa and you have to pay to use it.
Staff are so friendly, facilities are fantastic, hotel location is stunning. Food and drink are a bit expensive.
The overwater bungalow was everything we hoped it would be! The Conrad has plenty of reef around the bungalows for awesome snorkeling.
A dream come true. From the moment you step off the chartered boat to being greeted by the staff- a beat isn't missed. The personal detail they provide is beyond any experience we had. We booked our stay for a birthday and they remembered all the details when we checked in- surprising us with a birthday cake, card and champagne on the celebrated day. Everyone on this resort provides top notch service. You learn so much about the culture, resort and the warm hospitality- you never want to leave. We're already planning a return trip and will not think twice on where to stay. Although, the Conrad is on its own island the experience is one you will not forget. And, worth the small sacrifices on taking the water taxi to the main land.

We have travelled quite a bit, and this hotel was the best that we have ever been to! This was our 5th hotel in French Polynesia (2nd in Bora Bora), and by farrrrrrrrr our favourite!!! From the reception at the airport to the moment we checked out, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The room was absolutely beautiful, the property was immaculate, the spa was exceptional, the food was amazing, the gym was more than adequate, the views were breathtaking! Special shout out to Edouard Courgeau who made everything seamless and easy for us! He anticipated our needs and desires, surprised us with our favourite desert, and just made us feel very well taken care of! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property for a trip to Bora Bora!!!
