TravellerTravellerConvenient to dining, subway station, convenience stores, fast food - McDonald's, baskin-robbins, etc. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. Washer dryer was available in condominium. It does a great job. However, there was no laundry detergent. I had trouble trying to figure out what to buy due to minimal English on packaging.
TravellerWe loved everything about where we stayed; the location, the property, amenities, it was all great! Communication and info before we arrived was excellent, however, when we tried to contact Akiko during our stay, she never responded to my email. At first, we didn’t know how to operate the washer, and one of the dining room chair legs was cracked, but didn’t get a response. That was not a deal breaker, though, we will definitely stay there again!!

This was a great option for a large group or family. It was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave my shoes downstairs, we should have a shoe rack in our room for convenience. It would also help to have body size mirrors in the room for dressing.
