Helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. A large, stand alone resort aimed at the main stream holiday maker. No local type day to day living nearby. Solely a tourist destination. Close to ‘other’ side of airport, but quite a drive from terminal. I asked about a the shuttle service, but they don’t have one.

Superb destination for families

The service provided by the hotel was superb, everyone had a smile on their face and the facilities were excellent. Wonderful for families and children, beautiful settings and surroundings the pool was fabulous. Offers great value for money a truly memorable stay, Desi Info magazine London

After our late night check in, v went for breakfast and we were stopped by the employee. The hotel should have better communication rather than embarrassing guests.

Room in bad condition, dirty and not well maintained. Staff lack fundamental training

The rooms are not what they seem like in pictures. The staff was good however. There is no direct beach access but need to take a shuttle.

Complex too large and without proper maintenance. It does not have the characteristics necessary to compete with the resort market segment or even with most leisure hotels. I list some situations that are lacking and that any tourist will quickly realize on arrival, without limiting: -very weak reception service ( -staff in general poorly prepared and without the necessary information about the city of sharm; - weak investment in new basic technologies such as wifi (as wifi is available in the hotel lobby); - no conditions are created for the client to relax (hotel with slides and for children); - architecture compares to a housing complex; - There is clearly a difference between classes and who pays the appropriate gratuity; - Poorly prepared and poorly cleaned rooms (dust on shelves, rusty bathtubs and / or walls soiled with mosquito blood). After the first 3 days in the housing complex with aquapark (scheduled nights through misleading advertising), we checked out. We had the LUCK to end our stay overlooking the mother at sharks bay umbi. This being yes, for those who want to relax the perfect place, also having the best restaurant in town.

Property is ok we are regular customers , Food is.ok and amentities are good

The location is close to the airport which makes it easier to get to

The hotel let the people swim in the pool wearing their full clothes and some swim with their undershirt or even boxers; when I commplained they did nothing for 3 days, but when I told them I will take the issue to the head office they start to ask the people to swim only with their swimsuits. I don't recommend it for anyone during the summer.

I liked the openess of the staff always ready to serve

having arrived late evening after a long journey we wanted a drink to help us wind down. Because of the time we had to order through room service. We waited 2 hours phonong on regular intervals before we gave up and cancelled the order.

Horible Check-In, some staff are really bad

I had a bad experience overall. While checking in, staff member could not find my booking and I kept on waiting for hours and no one gave a s*** while waiting and no one cared. they kept on saying they could not find my reservation. I had my reservation in hand. Check in was horrible

My Best Stay At Sharm El Sheikh Egypt so far

In general this was my best stay in Sharm. The staff was very friendly especially the reception and the Food&Beverage. THE NATURAL SCENERY WAS FABULOUS. The only inconvenient thing came from hotels dot co, when they put an amenity statement "complimentary breakfast" in their confirmation E-Mail for my all inclusive reservation and when I asked them during my stay to execute it,the answer given by Mr. Kumar in his E-Mail was that the Complimentary breakfast advertised is not applicable to my package. I find it totally inappropriate to give an amenity statement in the confirmation E-Mail and denies it's execution afterwards. If it is not applicable to the package then it shouldn't have been put from the first place, but since it was already put, then the mandatory action was to respect the statement and execute it.

Friendly staff

Love the friendly staff at the restaurant especially Montaser the waiter and Chef Ashraf. Thank you so much for the hospitality and beautiful smile :)

terrible treatment by staff! mosquitoes nearly ate us alive! dead flies caught in spider webs in the restaurant were discovered by my 2 year old!! extra charge for drinks at dinner (even water) even though we booked half board. extra charge for fresh orange juice at breakfast. extra charge for kettle in room.

The location is far from sea

The hotel is located so far from the sea and not near Soho square

Are return to hotel

We arrived and the staff was great help and the room was great . Beach and facility's was great food was amazing. Only thing I missed from last year was the entertainment at front hotel in the evenings and some of the tables and floor in the front hotel was some times a bit dirty, but the place was very busy .,. We are planning to return to the hotel again , but flights was a biff rent matter

Sharm trip

Overall a nice hotel but need to improve in food quality and variety.

we had higher expectations

Hotel is quite big with lots of green areas. Many swimming pools. There is no shaded car parking for the hotel in a very sunny city with tempreture exceeding 41'C. Housekeeping service was poor. They didn't clean the room daily even we had the sign 'CLEEN THE ROOM ' on the door handle. We had to call guest relation and complain to gain attention.

Its not as u see on the net

They hate arab people they also don't like the people who makes his reservation on net, you will not have all the facilities that written under your reservation, I didnt like it, you can have other places more comfortable like marriot or cairoseze hotel

excellent resort for family with kids, lots of activity, horse riding, ice skating, snorkling and more, negative points: - lots of food at the buffet but NO QUALITY - Animation team not so great - Resturant veriety is not there

Personale che non parla italiano, taxi esterni che non potevano avvicinarsi all'ingresso, pulizia terribile, cibo non adeguato, e nonostante avessi pagato all inclusive dopo le 22 non era possibile consumare se non a pagamento.

la struttura è datata e manca manutenzione (il concorde front è più curato e più internazionale), la clientela è per lo più araba e il personale non è molto preparato con le lingue. wi fi solo nella hall. contattato struttura x avere navetta da aereoporto mai ricevuto risposta piscina con scivoli gradevole soprattutto se si hanno bambini, fiore all'occhiello e sicuramente la barriera corallina accessibile da loro pontile e meritevole

اقامه سيءه في جزء السبورت عفش الغرفه قديم و لا يوجد اشياء كثيره مثل ال kettle و عندما طلبناها يجب دفع فلوس زياده لاستخدامها لا يوجد فيش كافيه النور ضعيف و مستوي الاكل سيء وبلذهاب للfront يجب الانتظار لاكثر من نصف ساعه لمرور الباص و غير موفقين لنا للذهاب بعربيتنا لا انصح احد بالذهاب

Posto gradevole, personale gentile a parte il check-in esternamente lungo (di notte). Non prenotare attività in hotel, fuori costano meno della metà

L'hotel dispone di una spiaggia molto piccola ed un solo pontile dove durante la giornata si accalcano decine di turisti per poter nuotare. Inoltre io, ed altri turisti che erano con me sulla stessa barca, siamo stati truffati dopo aver acquistato una escursione con la Marina Diving che appunto vende ai turisti dell'hotel Concorde escursioni in barca sulla propria spiaggia. L'acquisto era relativo ad una escursione in barca presso l'isola di Tiran, dove ci sono vari siti per fare immersioni e snorkeling. Invece abbiamo trascorso la mattinata in una piccola baia di fianco al porto di Sharm El Sheik, poi nel pomeriggio la barca si è spostata poco più a nord del port, di fronte la spiaggia dell'hotel Hyatt dove abbiamo trascorso il resto della giornata. Infine, io ed altri turisti del Front hotel Concorde abbiamo impiegato circa un'ora e trenta minuti per raggiungere il porto con la navetta della Marina Diving, ciò a causa di attese e tappe varie per raccogliere turisti ed equipaggio della barca, per raggiungere il porto di Sharm che dista solo 15 minuti dall'hotel. Nessuno rimborso economico ci è stato dato dalla Marina Diving che non è parte integrante del Concorde Hotel ma ritengo che l'hotel debba comunque rispondere della qualità dei servizi che vengono venduti da altri sulla propria spiaggia e quindi evitare che i suoi ospiti vengano letteralmente truffati. In conclusione a causa delle esperienze negative di cui sopra non tornerò mai più al Concorde hotel.

L'aspetto migliore è la vicinanza all'aeroporto

Buoni i servizi (piscina con scivoli), da apprezzare la composizione del resort (in mezzo a delle piscine) ma personale poco professionale e pulizia al quanto sommaria. Cibo nella media considerando la qualità egiziana.

Ikke verdt et besøk

Ikke verdt besøket. Finnes så mange flere hoteller som gir både bedre service og er opptatt av at du skal ha det bra på ferie. Jeg har vært på ferie i Egypt i 10 år. Aldri vært skuffet over et hotell. Men dette holder ikke stander. Lite service innstilte og rommet var heller ikke noe til å skryte av. Ikke var det særlig rent heller. Skal ikke bruke dette hotellet lenger. De lever ikke opp til standeren konkurentene har. Så vi byttet hotel i SUNRISE Montemare.
