the perfect hostel for any age

amazing hostel the front desk lady was so helpful the room clean and new furniter near the catarata falls easy one block to the bus for airport and cataratas falls nice bar and patio!buffet breakfast perfect!!

mixed feelings

When I first arrived before check-in, I left my luggage there. The staff member wasn´t particularly friendly-everything seemed to be an effort. There were no maps, so he drew me a map of where to find an ATM, which was about 10 min down the road. When I got back from the falls, I waited a little while at reception to get my key as one of the staff members was baking a cake! It was a great cake and she was extremely helpful! However, everyone tends to gather at the bar after 10pm including the staff, which leaves no one at the door or desk. For a design hotel, the bathrooms are badly designed in that there is no shelf! So you have to undress outside the shower - there is only a hook outside the shower! The lockers also have a shelf in the middle so aren´t big enough to fit larger luggage in. Otherwise, the hotel is close to the main road to catch the bus into town. I did not go out to a restaurant, but there didn´t look like there was much around.

Great stay at Concept.

I arrived and they had stuffed up my booking for a female dorm, 3 nights. After apologising they put me in a private room, then shared dorm, then a private room. It was a bit of a hassle packing and moving rooms each day, but this was made up for by having a private room for 2 nights - a luxuary for me on my budget! On top of this they gave me a free drink and a discount on my booking! Info about the falls was helpful and staff were friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and great. Hostel is new with a pool and bar, large kitchen too. Location is not in the middle of town but very close to the bus stop for both sides of the falls which was handy! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay and hosts

We had a comfortable stay at Concept, huge dorm room with big empty centre meant that maximum 8 people were not crowded. Bathroom and toilet area offered little privacy. Very friendly and nice staff. Big kitchen, bar and pool area.

Nice And clean friedliness all round. close to bus

i had good time staying there. met lots of people . Staff was very helpful specially Jonny and they all spoke english that was a bonus. Overall i had a good experience staying there and would recommend to families and friends

great clean design hostel

This is a really beautiful hostel, everything is new and clean and there is everything you need in the dorm: comfortable bed, private locker, private light and power socket plus a beautiful and modern design in the room. Shower, toilet and sink is in the room, but all seperatly, so you usually don't need to wait too long if something is occupied. The hostel provides a nice soft white towel without extra cost (very nice if you are traveling for a long time with just a small microfibre-towel ;-)) and a great breakfast. Close to the bus station to the Waterfalls and within walking distance the city center! I highly recommend this place! One of the best hostels I stayed in the last year of traveling.

Great Hostel - More like a nice hotel

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Helped with booking tours and dinner recommendations. Room was quite clean and very large, with nice furniture and a modern bathroom. Other guests were quiet and respectful and happy to talk over breakfast or at the bar in the evening.

Comfortable stay

Clean, modern, helpful staff with good English. Urszula organized out iguasu Falls visit from Argentinian side with affordable and excellent company just the night before. She also answered all my emails re our arrival very promptly. We felt safe and secure and well taken care of.

go if you can't pay more

This is a very simple hostel with no room service (they make the room once at 3days)dont give even a soap. Walls are paper thin and sometimes there is a party outside or sould i say inside? Aircondition was leaking water so we had to stop it just after half of our things get wet. Reception and staff very kind and helpfull. Very simple breakfast(can use the big refregerator) but very clean kichen. Cheap ok but dont expact confort

best value in iguazu falls area..

We were only staying there for 1 night only because we had to catch a flight early the next morning. . Best budget hostel ever...

Super Hostel!!

Would absolutely recommend this hostel. Room was clean, modern, large and comfortable with great airconditioning. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was simple, but plentiful and all you needed. Location while out of Foz city Centre was perfect, as a short 2 min walk will take you to the main road, with buses going to the airport and falls, Argentina or into the city Centre running regularly. There is also a wonderful Chinese place just around the corner. Had a fantastic stay here, only wish I could have stayed longer......one of the best places I have stayed in South America!

Good for exploring the Falls

Concept Design Hotel was a good base for our visit to Iguazu Falls. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The only slight downside was the the torrential rain during our stay with was really amplified when it landed on the roof of our room - a couple of noisy nights! But otherwise the staff were very helpful and friendly. Vey nice for a hostel.

Good facilities, manager tight to client requests

While the staff in reception helpful and friendly, I came across the manager to be somewhat inflexible as we requested to change beds (from top to bottom). The bottom beds were available. The manager advised that we had to pay additional costs. After some discussions, we were more than happy to change each mattress/sheets from top to bottom.

Estadia confortável

Fiquei uma semana em Foz. O Concept Design é um ambiente agradável e familiar, com diversos perfis de pessoas. Minha única ressalva vai para o chuveiro, no qual tive problemas no primeiro dia. Houve a tentativa de conserto, mas só foi resolver 24h depois (nesse tempo, tivemos que usar o banheiro compartilhado)

Súper buena la atención

Um dos melhores Hostel que já nos hospedamos. Quarto privado excelente, piscina ótima, atendimento do William e de toda a equipe sensacional. Voltaremos sempre.

#apaixonado

Hotel disponibilizou check-in online. Ia chegar tarde e estava preocupado com no-show, mas a ferramenta foi tranqulizadora. Na chegada fui super bem atendido por uma moça (lindaaaaa) que me explicou sobre o hostel e me deu dicas de lugares proximos para comer. Lugar eh super agradavel e surpreendente. Cafe da manha super bem servido e faz com que se sinta em casa

Best hotel I can imagine for a small price. I've missed my connection flight to Foz do Iguacu, so I had to take the next flight after midnight, but it was no problem to check in at 3am. I was brought to my room, everything clean, a comfortable bed and a good working air conditioner. The breakfast was ok. Bred with cheese, ham, nutella and some fruits. Only the juice could be better, but I've drunk it every day. The hotel is only 50m away from the bus station, so it's easy to come to the brazilian site of the falls by Bus (only 1 Euro) or to the argentinian Border. I was travelling alone, but I got to know very nice people every day. Some of them stayed in this hotel too. Best of the hotel is the young stuff, who is speaking English very well (not usual in Brazil), is helping you with all your questions 24h a day and a beautiful barkeeper with good advices for delicious beer and making very good caipirinha. If I come back to Foz do Iguacu I will stay at this hotel again.

Buen hostal!

El hostal es muy lindo! Lo unico malo quizas es que esta alejado del centro de Foz, pero se puede tomar uber y son 7 u 8 reales, lo cual es barato. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, bien diseñadas, las camas comodas.

Excelente local, ótimo atendimento, ótima estrutura. Nenhum problema ocorreu durante a estadia. Certamente consideraria me hospedar de novo lá caso volte à Foz do Iguaçu.

Hostel bem localizado, atendimento muito bom

Pontos positivos: As instalações são boas, ótima localização. Próximo a avenida das cataratas, onde passam diversos ônibus para foz, Argentina. Para os ônibus do Paraguai um pouco mais longe, mas da pra ir andando (uns 700 metros). Ótimos funcionários, atendimento é muito bom. Pontos a melhorar: não há variedade no café da manhã. A torneira da cozinha comunitária não tem sistema de aquecimento, em dias frios fica bem difícil usá-la.

Melhor experiência possível

Super aconchegante e agradável, decoração é uma gracinha, a equipe? Melhor impossível. Possui muitas áreas que possibilitam a convivência e colaboração dos hospedes o que proporciona uma experiencia cultural e de relacionamentos INCRÍVEL.

Hostel com fácil localização, região central de Foz. Equipe muito gente boa.

Voltarei mais vezes

Só uma ressalva em relação aos quartos compartilhados, pois deveriam ter quartos exclusivos só para homem e mulheres, pois no quarto que fiquei hospedaram algumas mulheres que acabaram ficando um pouco constrangidas com a presença de nós homens, embora não nos trocassem de roupas em frente delas e vice-versa.

Cumpre o prometido, mas necessita de melhorias

Estadia compatível com o valor pago. Simples e suficiente. Todavia, alguns detalhes merecem melhorias, como o café da manhã e a falta de atenção dos funcionários sobre problemas no quarto (apesar de avisar, tínhamos a lâmpada do banheiro queimada desde o início da estadia).

Limpo, organizado e agradável.

O local é muito limpo e organizado. Estão sempre dispostos a nos atender e nos deixam muito à vontade. O único problema que encontrei, foi que nos quartos compartilhados não havia tranca nas portas dos banheiros (nem na parte do chuveiro, nem na parte da privada, que são separados).

Otimo ambiente ! Unico ponto negativo o banheiro não ter porta no quarto. Muito estranho.

Hostel muito bem planejado com quartos bem equipados, cozinha muito bem organizada, piscina e bar para os dias de verão. Local de fácil acesso de ônibus equipe simpática e informada.

Sauberes Hostel mit mittelklassigem Frühstück

Wir waren zwei Nächste in einem 2 Bettzimmer mit eigener Dusche und Toilette um uns die Wasserfälle von Iguazu anzuschauen. Das Hostel ist sehr sauber und sieht recht neu aus, die Zimmer sind durch das Farbkonzept und die Bodenlichter sehr stylisch. Nicht so begeistert waren wir davon, dass man keine mitgebrachten alkoholischen Getränke konsumieren durfte, sondern sich diese an der leeren Bar zu ortsüblichen Preisen kaufen musste. Zudem wollten wir den Wäschereiservice in Anspruch nehmen, wovon wir jedoch bei den relativ hohen Kosten von 18 BRL/kg abgesehen haben (Tipp: in der Wäscherei um die Ecke kostet es 9BRL/kg). Zudem ist im Badezimmer kein Föhn vorhanden. Mann muss sich diesen an der Rezeption gegen eine Gebühr von 5 BRL ausleihen. Preislich liegt das Hostel sicherlich auf dem gleichen Niveau eines guten Mittelklassehotels, bietet jedoch entgegen de Information keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung (nur jeden 3. Tag) und auch das Frühstück (Brot mit Käse/Schinken, dazu Cornflakes) ist eher mager, wenn man es mit den andernen Hotels auf unserer Reise vergleicht. Auch die Beratung im Bezug auf den Ausflug auf die Argentinische Seite war nicht gut. Wir sollten die Tour nehmen, weil man sonst 3-4 mal den Bus wechseln müsse. Wir sind auf eigene Faust mit dem Bus gefahren, und mussten diesen nur ein einziges Mal in Puerto Iguazu wechseln.

Incrível hostel, mega bem localizado, atendimento super atencioso, muito conforto nas camas, excelente organização nos quartos compartilhados.Staff muito treinado para informações para passeios. Deixou a desejar nos serviços de alimentos e bebidas.

Simples, confortável e funcional

É um hostel muito bonito, bem conservado. Peguei o quarto em separado, que é O típico de uma pousada. Oferece toalhas porém não há sabonetes ou xampu, exceto um dispenser próximo à pia para lavar as mãos. Fica praticamente equidistante entre o centro da cidade e o Aeroporto, próximo à saída para a Argentina. Uma atmosfera descontraída.

Muito bom, mas poderiam melhorar a limpeza. Fiquei no quarto coletivo e achei que a limpeza da roupa de cama e do banheiro poderia ser melhor. Ao final de 3 dias o banheiro já estava muito malcheiroso. Já no primeiro dia percebi que a roupa de cama não estava tão limpa. O quarto coletivo tem um pequeno problema, apesar de ser para não fumante, a área para fumantes fica exatamente em frente à janela. Toda a fumaça entra para o quarto e incomoda bastante. Fora isso, lugar maravilhoso, calmo e com uma equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã bom! Falta muito pouco para ser um exemplo de hostel. Recomendo!!

Excelente Hostel!

Adorei esse Hostel super confortável, sua localização está próximo ao comércio, ponto de ônibus e táxi podendo se deslocar ao aeroporto sem problema algum. Os funcionários são atenciosos com os hóspedes, quartos limpos, café da manhã bom, me senti em casa.

버스를 이용해 어느 방향(이과수, 버스터미널, 아르헨티나)으로든 움직이기가 편하고 동네가 부촌인지 안전한 느낌. 준비된 조식도 좋았으며 근처에 있는 맛있고저렴한 식당은 플러스 요인!

Ótima localização

Fiquei positivamente surpreendido com tudo. Desde o ambiente até o atendimento. O recepcionista Jhonny foi muito bacana e deu ótimas dicas sobre atividades em Foz do Iguaçu e região.

Tudo novo , local agradabilíssimo , colorido , cama muito boa , banheiro limpíssimo com um bom chuveiro ,piscina boa, café da manhã bom . As atendentes foram muito prestativas, atenciosas. A localização é especial ,pois tem ponto de táxi a meia quadra e ponto de ônibus também a meia quadra .O quarto individual é bem espaçoso.
