Older a little tired, the manager was walking around spraying air deodorizer and I smelled it all night in my room and felt sick by morning. That stuff is basically an industrial chemical that many people are sensitive too. If you are sensitive to smells, go elsewhere

Extremely strong Air Freshener scent

I was overcome by the air freshener scent. It was in the lobby, hallway and room. I had to checkout and relocate to a nearby hotel. The manager was very accommodating. However, the host was not.

Very welcoming, clean hotel. I only stayed one night while passing through on a roadtrip but I would honestly give it a 10 and will definitely be back next time I’m passing through. I did not try the complimentary breakfast but it smelled awesome and a lot of people seemed to be enjoying it when I walked past to check out.

The breakfast was great. Its more of a stop and stay one night kind of place so it is what it is. However during out stay a man had access to our room while we were in there with small children to check the fire alarms. He didn't announce himself and we were changing so it was startling and extremely inappropriate. It was as if they just gave that man a key to our room! We let the front desk know and they said they would look into it but nothing was followed up on. Our keys stopped working at around 10:00 so we had to hold all the doors open while loading our car. Check our was 11. It was weird.

This is a no-frills hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was the typical eggs, meat, biscuits, gravy, waffle maker, pastries, breads, yogurt, and cereals. The location is convenient with a Cracker Barrel and other restaurants close by, as well as Walmart and other shops.

Great stay but poor water pressure. I love hotel showers but not when theres no water pressure. Other than that great place to stay and nice folks

Everything was fine till the people in room next door decided to start partying around midnight. They had their do not disturb sign out when we arrived around 5 pm.

10/10 Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Icing on the cake is the delicious breakfast! Will stay here everytime we are in the area. My wife is correctbut she not telling you. That when u get in the elevator the smell of warm muffins, biscuits, fresh make them yourself mini and large waffles. The variety of cereals and some fresh fruits. I could go on. Definitely icing on the cake of staying in a clean room w/ relaxing smelling hallways. Im a fitness guy 5days a week and the gym was more than adequate for on the road. To top that Im a Planet Fitness member and a 2 story PF is being built a baseball throw away. This is a 5 star 🌟 establishment with hospitality to brag on.

It was a good experience. The property was clean and everything was quiet. Check-in and Check-out was easy. The only problem I had was a shortage of luggage carts. It appears people would put them in their room and not bring them back.

Second time staying at this location and it has never disappointed my family.

Noisy late at night

Check in was great..but the first night it was loud highway noise and I woke up to an alarm clock going off in the next room and someone kept hitting snooze. The second night was very loud...it had kids running up and down the halls abd jumping on beds. Not sure if the parents left them unattended or what. Comfort was awesome great beds, and very clean...other than the noise the stay was great.

Good highway stop, esp for Alabama

Clean and fairly comfortable. The beds were super small for 2 people and the windows let in lots of highway noise even with a noise machine. Other than that this was a fantastic stay, which is hard to find in northern Alabama. Breakfast had walnuts. Safe area near a Walmart and other hotels.

Not a pleasant experience

Staff was VERY rude and inattentive. I asked for a room that was non highway facing, was told there were none available even though i checked in early and there were literally 5 vehicles in the parking area. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable but the overall service from the staff sucks.

I'm not sure why this was rated a 9.0. When it came to comfort, it fell very short. You can hear the interstate clear as day. The bed was really high, you literally have to jump up to get in. The room we had, the king size bed was so close to the air conditioner and window, you can't hardly get in or out of bed from that side. Breakfast was good. Toilets flush really loudly, you can hear them flush from the hallway. Conveniently by shopping and restaurants.
