Stay was great. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was as promised and service staff were super friendly and warm. But swimming pool broken, water murky

I was offered a upgrade and I thought that was soooo unique the guy that checked me in was sooooo nice and good he has great customer service I just didn’t like how small the breakfast room is but other then that I liked everything about this room and will be staying again the next time we come back to visit

The rooms were very clean, all the staff was just so nice and wonderful. The swimming pool was fun amd clean fir thr kids, hot tube was clean the only thinf thay didnt work was the power jets honestly not a big deal. No complains on our end.

Close to lots of stores, movie theater and restaurants. I liked the indoor pool. Their gym needs attention.

We will continue staying at this facility. We stay there every time we go to San Antonio!

Breakfast was supposed to be over at 10am today Saturday and by 9:30 they had ran out of eggs and sausage. When we asked if they were making more the answer was no. The orange juice was mixed with water. Room was nice, beds were very comfortable.

Staff were very nice. Area around hotel needs cleaning up, view from pool area outside showed old furniture and window panels laying around outside. Pool was clean but floor around pool had black mold.

This property was way better than we anticipated. Good breakfast included, great size rooms, lots of included amenities. We loved it!

Even though it is in the middle of a high traffic retail area, it surprisingly felt quiet and secluded. Very nice updates and great staff.

My wife n myself stay was good. Saw a couple things that need to be fix. Should of taken pics but i didnt. The curtains had holes on both sides, which i use to cover the light from the outside. Jacuzzi had chips on the floor which you can feel with your feet.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff and the concern they showed. My flight was delayed and I didn’t get to the hotel until after 2 am. When I finally arrived, the desk clerk showed real concern. It really meant a lot on an exceptionally long and emotional day. I was only there for a short time, but I will definitely stay there again when I’m in town

Property was clean quit the housekeepers was very nice and the older lady at the desk the made out stay comfortable really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely recommend.

Spacious room

Very big spacious room with privacy doors from the living and bedroom areas, very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast ended too early didn’t get to enjoy as I like to sleep in a little, ice stayed in other places where breakfast ends at 10am

The property was what I expected and suited the need..

Definitely not customer service friendly.

From the beginning we were off to a bad start. I accidentally booked the wrong weekend. Immediately I message hotels.com they contacted the hotel and they said they’d move my dates for an extra fee. I didn’t mind having to pay a fee since I did mess up but it was outrageousz Which was $60 more a night for the weekend than what the website was showing for the same dayss. Even hotels.com attempted to get them to honor the price of the nights, since if I had gone to the website again I’d be paying less but the hotel refused. Hotels.com was nice enough to give me a credit for my next stay of the price difference but still… for the price we paid we could have stayed downtown at a way nicer hotel.

Our toilet was clogged when we got there, we asked for help and or a plunger or help , plunger was brought but left outside the door, didnt even knock. We informed front desk we were missing remote, never got one. Pool area is bad, jacuzzi was terrible. There is old rusted furniture that need to go in trash, rust was bad on chairs that when you sat down parts of the chair broke off. The windows are so dirty. The view outside was of broken fence and trash.

Sofabed was terrible - if improved, this will certainly add lot of value to the hotel.

Place is older and not as clean. Staff was a little rude during check. Made us wait till exactly 3pm to check-in yet allowed another couple to check-in before 3pm, all while we had to wait in lobby. She did this right in front of us too.

Needs pest control.

Staff were polite and accommodating BUT I found several bugs in the room. Tried to load photos. Site keeps freezing.

Terrible stay

The vents were dusty and there was a hole in the ceiling. Spider on towels, and stains on every comforter. The comforters were ripped and tattered. Even after I went for replacement, Front desk gave me a hard time about getting an extra blanket for my children. The lady at the front desk asked my son why would she give us an extra cover or comforter? She gave my son 4 pillow cases instead. I could only swap towels, blankets, or sheets. At breakfast, we were overly watched and the lady at breakfast spoke no English, and constantly pointed at my children. It was all extremely unwelcoming.

Nice clean hotel and excellent staff

It was conveniently located to Lackland AFB (15-20 min down 410) and the staff was very supportive of airmen, posting pics of recent grads in their lobby. Good breakfast included but we didn't get to use it much due to the early schedule for graduation and breakfast didn't start until 6:30am. Several dining options nearby but not really within walking distance. No on premise dining options for lunch or dinner. Some nearby neighborhoods appear to be in decline, but we felt safe at the hotel.

The staff was amazing property is older. Our bathroom was not clean when we arrived that made us wonder about everything after that.

I was very excited with the room size and the comfortable beds. Although we were wanting to swim the pool was a bit dirty so that was a no go! Breakfast was great! We will be coming back!

At this hotel you get 5 star service without breaking your savings regimen. Highly recommend!

The carpet and the sofa were dirty and the sheets smelled bad

I came for a family visit. The entire staff was kind and polite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of options.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very pleasant on check-in. The room and facility was clean. I would definitely stay their again.

Room wasn’t clean when I got there past midnight. Another room had to be given to me

I checked in late to the hotel . The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately at about 1:30 am we received a know at our room door and it was a 2 men with a young woman on the floor soliciting prostitution. How we came to the conclusion is because they continued to knock on all the doors on our floor. We did not tell management because there was no security, there were security cameras but no actual security. The clerk was a senior and come on what can she do? So No do not stay here our experience was not a good one.

Loved the breakfast but not the deposit

Despite what I have read on other reviews for this hotel, our stay was great! The check-in process was fast, the breakfast (considering everyone was trying to get breakfast prior to their departure for Sea World) was manageable. We enjoyed our stay!

Didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t come in twice to clean our room and we had to sit trash outside. Overall ok

Great location for what we were looking for. Not too far from Seaworld. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Beds & pillows were actually comfortable. Pool area a little too hot for us.

Rooms were dirty I didn’t even stay all 3 days I left after one night and never went back I couldn’t get a refund because I paid in full.

They’ll break into your car

If you have extra money to spare then stay here. They broke into 5 different trucks that night by breaking the rear window and receptionist couldn’t check cameras to see who did it. Worse day ever

When getting ready to lay our babies down we notice the comforter had blood stains, the floors were super dirty and we found a towel with mildew, we notified the front desk no apologies just oh ok we will bring you a new blanket over so sad not even to offer a discount nor an apology so walking out we notified the morning crew and no cares I doubt we will rent here again. For the amount of money we pay not worth the stay

Clean and friendly. Outside had junk cars and random people were dropping garbage into the property’s trash bin. Seemed to be 3 kittens dropped there too.

Close drive to Sea World. Staff was great. Close to restaurants. Room was good and clean. Beds soft. Breakfast had hot food, waffles, sausage, eggs, plus other items. Elevator made noises but it worked. Area seemed ok but could have been better.

They broke into my truck & the cameras werent working , couldnt get good cameras to identify the thieves car or plates

The location of the property may not seem that great, but has access to 410. Staff was great and friendly and catered to my needs. Overall great stay for me and my family.

All was great but hot tub was broken We did not get enjoy it after day at Special Olympics.. Yes Grandson and team took home gold .. Staff was all great super sweet ...room clean .God bless you all
