Great place to stay. Would absolutely recommend.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and completely unorganized. The first room they gave me had two cockroaches crawling around before I could even set my bags down. That alone was enough to make me question the cleanliness of the place. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and they reassigned me to another room—only for me to walk in and find someone already in there! I felt terrible for invading that person’s privacy, but that’s on the hotel for being so careless and unprofessional. The lack of organization and cleanliness here is shocking, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Beware there is a deposit at this location. Booked thru Expedia didn't know until I arrived.

Overall place was nice & affordable. Breakfast cleaning staff was rude telling us why we did we use butter for waffle machine instead of of cooking spray & why we didnt pull out our waffle out if it was ready. 1. machine didnt beep 2. What is it to her if i like butter in my waffle. What a way the start the morning. If she didnt feel like working she should of stayed home no wonder why we were the only people at breakfast, she ran all of them off.

It was very nasty and it smelled like old mop . We couldn't get a refund so we had to deal with it.

The first person that gave me the key to room wrote the wrong room number. I left for a couple of hours before going to my room. I told the new person what happen and he was rude to me an out r what happen

The deck clerk checked me in, but was in no way friendly, helpful or proactive; she didh't write my room number down, I later had to ask for the wifi password and no mention of any hotel amenities, breakfast serving time, etc. I guess you get what you pay for.... L~

Nice hotel really clean!

Kathy at the front desk did a great job we stayed at room 322 we saw roaches on walls and bathroom.and on our beds. Breakfasts was good.I loved the waffles and oranges. Jose Olmos 214-560-8601

Lady That Works Here Front Desk Is Horrible Keep Knocking At My Door Bothering Me And My Kids Complained About My Kids Riding They Bikes Told Management To Not Let Me Extend My Stay Third Floor Is Packed With Roaches Rushed My Kids out The Breakfast Area Her And Lobby Cleaner Sat And Talked About My Kids Pointing They Finger Just A Nightmare And No One Deserves THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT JUST SAD. AND I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Christmas Sleepover

This is an older motel. We were in town for christmas and were not planning on staying. However, it got really late and we found the hotel closest as it was pouring rain. The staff was so so friendly, the hotel smelled and looked very clean. It is older and a little outdated but the price was really good to lay our heads down. The place was clean the bed was comfy. Dont expect fancy, but u do receive great service and clean place.

When I checked in with my family the room and bathroom was full of roaches. Even the furniture in the room was very dirty too. Very dissatisfied.

Dirty room and roaches crawling everywhere.

The room was incredible dirty. There were roaches in the bathtub and crawling on the wall. The sheets had stains all over them. The water pressure in the bathroom was non existent. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else because i did not feel comfortable at this place. We went back in the morning to turn in our key, but i was not at all happy with the experience here. If I had not had already checked in I would have requested a refund just due to seeing so many roaches crawling in the room upon us getting in there.

The hotel itself is absolutely horrendous. As soon as we walked in to both rooms, roaches were everywhere. From top to bottom there were roaches on the bed, on the walls, in the bathroom, and the most ironic place of all was on our welcome card. We left immediately and went to the front desk for help but all they said was to contact the third-party website that we used to book the rooms for the refund. Absolutely no help at all. Do not waste your time here.

The area is not bad, close to dinning and shopping. Sometimes the front desk, in my opinion is left unattended to long.

Staff was rude, took for ever to do check in, did not accept my passport as identification. The room i got smelled like Marijuana, so i changed it. The second room I got had a big stain (looked like blood) on the floor. And the 3rd room i got, the room smelled like mold. So, good luck!

It was CHEAP and clean and NICE! We had a lil suite bathroom was clean bed was comfy breakfast wasnt all that BUT it was free. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY 👌 MY WEEKEND WAS PERFECT!

Ok for a cheap hotel

The hotel is ok. The breakfast buffet was great, cereal, bread, fruit, waffles and coffee/juices. Plus sausages and eggs some days. The food and drink was replenished regularly. The pool was ok. The hotel had a cockroach infestation but they treated the hotel as there were dead cockroaches rather than live at the end.

There were roaches everywhere, the elevator was scary and extremely slow.

The property and staff were excellent! The area that it is located was not favorable, but that is beyond the control of the facility!

Unpleasant stay. My room smelled a bit like smoke (suppose to be non-smoking) and had roaches. We informed the front desk and the kind girl said they couldn't move me as they were fully booked. I'm fully aware if my room & my brother's room had roaches the rest had them too, so moving was not a solution. I unfortunately could not book another hotel as many were booked or too far from the area. Our door was also opened (nothing missing), and when I told them the front desk made a report to management. I have yet to be contacted by them. I reviewed all the reviews on Hotel.com about this place and had 3+ stars. None of the reviews mentioned roaches. The front desk and housekeeping were nice and attempted to help, but it's the management/owners of the hotel who failed. I wish I could get a refund. Never staying there nor recommending anyone to stay there.

Was unable to gain entry from any other side doors. One scanner missing the other one didn’t work.

If you’re looking for a cheap hotel, I wouldn’t consider. Pay a little extra For something that will actually be better. Never stayed in the cheap hotel again

There was nothing to like about this location. The hotel was roach infested.

The breakfast Thursday morning consisted of cereal, toast, banana, apple, orange, apple juice, milk and coffee. The elevator did not work. The outside grounds had big pile of brush in the parking lot and trash laying all around . Had to get clean towels. Turn in old towels. Lamp on table did not work. Refrigerator barely kept things cool. I would not recommend this. Please we're there each day because of vehicle break-ins. One contractor lost over $3,000 worth of tools.

Elevators were not working and they gave us the room at 5th floor, we had to walk all the way to our room by stairs with all our luggage. Power wasn’t working in the room which they assigned us earlier. After informing, they changed our room. Air conditioning poor. Toilets not cleaned. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

I reserved a room at this hotel recently. Upon our arrival, we were notified that your hotel’s elevator was indispensable. Since we had a late check-in we were not left with any options. Not only do we have a large suitcase which is a struggle to go up and down the stairs with but my sister struggles with asthma. I would have wished someone contacted their guest to notify us about this since the elevator had been broken for over a week. As you can imagine this was a major inconvenience to us and others. The front desk associate for the night shift was nice and offered to exchange rooms in the morning when others checked out. The next morning we asked the morning shift if we would be able to move rooms and her response was immediately no. We also mentioned our television not working. She did not seem to want to help us out and was majorly rude about it. We hadnt been there for more than 12 hours and our experience with your hotel and staff was the worst I have experienced to date. don’t stay here !!’

Very unsafe my trailer was open during the night , there was a lot of cockroaches , Never coming back here

The place was completely dirty, the bed had beg bugs and there was roaches in the kitchen. I have pictures of everything and contacted them but they still haven’t answered me. I left the exact same night and I’m trying to get a refund for the stay since I didn’t actually stay.

Elevator didn't work and my room was on the fifth floor and first door I see when coming out of the stairs was a broken room door, one the side doors to enter the hotel was broken, homeless people hanging around outside where the working side door is at. Pretty sure I was close to getting robbed by one of the homeless guys outside because he hid behind one of the cars and walked quickly towards me but i entered the building before he could catch up and then heard him say "f***"...anyways didn't have a problem with roaches my room was clean. This place shouldn't even require a deposit.

Room had missing fire alarm cover missing and ac control cover broken, the elevator as broken never repaired through out my stay for 6 days, I had lower back problems to use stairs. Very disappointing!!!!!

There is a roach infestation in the room I stayed in. I killed 5 roaches and they just kept coming out. I had a roach crawl on me while using the bathroom. I was highly disappointed with my stay.

First elevator didnt work all 4 days. Carry luggage up to 5th floor. Room was half cleaned and there was no towels in room.. When i got towels they were half clean. Room smells. Staff sucks. Worst hotel in Houston.

It was the worst hotel I ever stay in.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The towels and bed sheets had holes and stains. I had to go and buy some towels, and thank God I brought my own blanket. The chair in the room was filthy and full of stains. The carpet was dirty and full of stains. Customer service was deplorable, they had young people working at the front desk, and they never no anything also the elevator was not working which made it worse for our entire stay we had to go up and down the dirty stairs. Please do not stay in this hotel. Not worth a penny.

The elevators were not working, they only had bread and waffles for breakfast, no protein or anything else. They hold your deposit for one week before they reimburse you again. We woke up with a police officer looking for 2 people on the room next door. Terrible experience, and the shower had some dirt coming out of the bath tub water

This was the worst time i had at a hotel in years. I call earlier that day to check on my reservation not at one time did they tell me the elevators where broken. When i made it late that night they tell me its to late to go anywhere else. They showed no concern. My wife have bad knees and hip so you can understand the pain she was in. Don't recommend this location.

They were overbooked and had no room available. They were also very unprofessional and unhelpful.

We came for a birthday weekend , the hotel was nice however outside the hotel there were homeless people that could easily access the pool they had all their belongings and baskets of junk just piled in a corner and then the worst part is someone jacked my friends car up and stole all 4 tires off his car , and the staff was very unhelpful the police were called and they could care less as well, so don’t expect to have any help if such thing should happen

Horrible, staff rebooked my room before I removed my stuff not knowing that they hadn’t charged me (my key still worked) then one of the employees calls the cops on me accusing me of taking my own stuff even though I showed her yesterdays previous reservation.

Very friendly staff that allowed to check in early and the check out was very simple. Very good breakfast with a good variety.

Never again

There was roaches, and around the room and little ones in the restroom. The curtains were dirty, and mind you. Yall also charged me a deposit as well. I would understand the deposit if it was a cleaner building and hotel, however the hotel was disgusting. Never going back there again.

Happy Lodger

The front desk workers were always helpful with anything needed. The room cleaning lady was thorough and was never late in cleaning my room. Good waffles and other goodies for breakfast.

Paid in full - still tried to upcharge

My booking was denied at the front desk. They tried to raise the rate and charge me again even though i clearly had a paid in advance reservation. Also watched them give two customers with service animals access. Avoid place if possible. Management failed to even try to address the issue.

DISCRIMINATED AGAINST

I am disabled and reserved an ADA ROOM, for my service dog and they didn't accommodate that. Instead they wouldn't rent to me and kept my money. I want my money back and ill never use the service again.

The property wasn’t up to basic standards like sheets with no stains or the customer service to have more help on issues.

How can you have a front desk person who seemed to be under the influence of narcotics, with his panta down to his knees showing all of his underwear and showed no interest in attending us while on the phone with his jpods. I have traveled on business for over 20 years and NEVER have felt so disrespected. Icing was breakfast was ready late and removed early. I though I had seen it all. EVERY single night I had to go back down to the front desk to get keys remade in order to get in. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

If you’re planning to stay at this Hotel, think a million. A million to none, No Good. Room 125 full of Cacarochas. No Bueno, Roaches are bad, not talking about big outside roaches, small infested Cacarochas. Addressed problem with counter personal, young women took care of issue, room issue. She gave us a different room. No complain there. Management and personnel took care as should. Not there problem, owners Problem and Issues, poor maintenance. Peace out, El Paso Tx

The room was unsafe. No smoke detector, no latch to securely lock the door. The rooms were dirty and so was the shower. In the windows from the outside you could see where there was mattresses thrown around and flipped upside down.
