It was good for short stay. They need to change up breakfast menu. It got old after staying 2 days.

Stay far away if you like clean

It was nasty. Dirty. The breakfast was terrible. Blood on the sheets. Hair in the tub . Wrinkles in all sheets and smelled like piss.

I chose Comfort Inn for its price and proximity to the Pro Footbsll Hall of Fame and stadium. I’ll come back in the future. The location was a bit set off from other properties, which was nice for peace and quiet. A very hearty and diverse breakfast was the game-breaker for me.

Average Breakfast

Breakfast was ok, single coffee machine for all guests made the process slow. Good selection of Breakfast foods, the microwave (needed for oatmeal) isnt in the dining area though, and no peanut butter available for toast.

It was fair - I just thought the bathroom was a bit grubby - the tub was permanently dirty and the shower curtain was moldy - grubby

Great stay

Carpet wasn’t vacuumed and needs a refresh. Morning coffee wasn’t maintained. Had breakfast without.

Overall it was a good stay. Just a few annoying things like a crochet hook in the seat my wife sat on, and in the bathroom hooks on wall to hang towels or clothes fell of the wall, and the shower head was not adjustable but we made it work.

Our check in was quick & smooth and our room was spacious & comfortable.

The lobby has a somewhat impressive stairwell. The room was clean enough, but just kind of tired. Needs renovating. And please clean the ice machine room on the second floor

We stayed 2 nights. The girls working the counter were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. They helped us with dining info. If I'm back in the area, I would stay there again.

Shower was not very clean with dark marks in the tub. And grubby around the crevices of the tub/ shower. Toilet was extremely low to the floor.NO vending machines at all, that would have been nice. Service desk was very kind.

It wasnt a bad stay at all. I actually enjoyed it's location cause it sits back away from all the road traffic noise. I like that they do breakfast and it's actually pretty good and you have a variety of options to choose from. Gripes would be it would have been nice to have an opening window for some ventilation. The rooms seem stuffy after a while. The loud sound of the fridge kicking on at random times in the night is a bit off-putting. Everything seemed wiped down and it looked good but there was like large crumbs of something all over the floor like they forgot to vacuum but it's not as bad as I'm making it sound. I had a nice size TV in my room and a good queen bed that fit me @ 6'3" and 185 lbs. Also there are a strange amount of people that just sit in the parking lot in their vehicles all night. I didn't hear of any happenings but it's still slightly odd. But other than that I'd say it's a great place to stay with gym, conference hall and pool. Price was beautiful! I stayed a whole week for less than $350!

quiet and safe

Excellent choice close to HOF. Good free breakfast and plenty of eating and shopping within a mile. Probably the best Comfort Inn we’ve ever stayed in!

Everything about my stay was great, the staff were kind, lots of parking and really close to where I needed to be.

The location is with other hotels near the highway. The morning breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional. Recommended.

Found blood on one of the pillow cases and mold on the tub and inside the plastic tub knob. Where the toilet water line goes into the wall it was old and wall needed repairsl as well as the wall where the shower head came out looked damaged. Will not be staying there again.

Towels and bedding was old and dingy. Staff were great.

the overall condition was very good. cpm[;imentary breakfast were very good. Rooms were spacious. the only negative was the mattresses were past their expiration dates.

Great value at an affordable price. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty to eat at the breakfast in the morning. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Nice place nothing fancy but nice for what we wanted. It was clean and the pool was helpful. Close to the football hall of fame and lots of restaurants and store a min away from hotel

My second biggest gripe is that my room was not ready when I checked in at around 17:20. The Vending machine only could take $1.00 bills and when I ordered the Ramen type noodle dishes behind the counter, I asked for forks, the person behind the desks hands me some forks, unwrapped from some place behind a wall. No sanitary conditions, just here. That was my second biggest gripe.

The property was convenient, and given it was Hall of Fame weekend, price was reasonable. The property is dated so didn’t look or feel as clean as it could. Breakfast was just acceptable. Real improvement is needed in staff friendliness and overall hospitality. That was given at a bare minimum; not unfriendly, just nothing warm or welcoming. One exception was our housekeeper who was very pleasant and efficient.

The properties photos need to be updated so future customers know what to expect.

Comfort Inn Hall of Fame is a Good Stay

Overall a quality stay. Made use of the small gym that they had on the 3rd floor, but it can really only support 2 people at a time. Will only tidy up your room and replace towels and remake your beds on your request, but very clean otherwise. Staff is friendly and courteous. Good location for shopping, dining and all things related to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, as there are enough choices between 5-10 minutes away. If asked, I would recommend the stay for visitors who needed a safe, clean place to stay while in Canton.

Close proximity to the NFL Hall of Fame and its stadium and village stores. Staff always friendly and respectful, responded to needs without any hesitation.

Nice enough for a good night’s rest. Sidewalks and parking lots cracks require repair. Staff very good.

Staff was never present at front desk; AC unit did not work properly; Key card kept failing at door; No housekeeping on regular schedule;

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. Our room had many stains on the carpet and on the sheets. The desk and bedside table surfaces had not been wiped. The hallways and stairwell have not been vacuumed. The person checking us in was not friendly. The eggs and sausages at breakfast were cold. Overall the hotel is rundown.

Over all it should be cleaner the pull out bed was nasty and the mattress was paper thin. The waffle maker was the only real good thing about having breakfast.

Melvin was the absolute best!!’ He helped use with our room keys and made out a list of great restaurants in the area close to the hotel. He was the ultimate host!

We liked our stay but our room was on the 3rd floor and it was very musty. It’s obviously an older hotel so just letting others know. The pool was nice for the kids.

Well, the hotel didn’t have our reservation SO THERE WAS NO STAY. We had to scramble to find a room elsewhere, could not contact any representative, and will NEVER use your service again.

I booked a room with a queen bed and pull out. When we arrived they sent us to a dirty room and then they couldn’t give me the proper bed linens for the pull out. No blanket or pillow. I asked again the next day and nothing was available.

One night stay for Football Hall of Fame

Quick overnight visit to see Football Hall of Fame. Quite nice trip.

The hotel is not as described. No gym. Pool is much smaller than pictured and the rooms were kind of dirty

While the staff were nice, it seemed very understaffed. Also, the walls were paper thin (don’t ask me how I know…), so it was extremely difficult to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was pretty sparse.

We were going to a wedding at Gervasi Vineyard.

Clean but the refrigerator needed cleaned. Someone needed to be at breakfast to keep the waffle area clean too. Everyone was so friendly and kind.

We enjoyed our stay

over priced and wouldnt accept military, choice members rewards nor AARP discounts.

There was many kids running up and down the hallway after midnight and too much noise. Slamming the doors all night long.

Housekeeping and maintenance poor. Food left in fridge from previous guests. Lately I’m seeing increased cases of small maintenance issues that have been ignored. Not just at this hotel.

Just an average room for an average price. Nothing special but we were able to check out at noon which was a big plus. Got to go to the HOF and the wife got to stay in the room. We were both happy! Breakfast was fair. Room was at the end of the hall and quiet.

It was ok. Everything was adequate, the bare minimum. The Comfort Inn in Wadsworth is so much better, so I did not get what I expected.

Motel is dated and needs refurbished

Rooms were not available for 30 minutes after checkin time. We were charged more than agreed to and the staff person spoke very poor English so I was not able to communicate with him about the over charge

Overall not a bad hotel for the price. The only thing I didn’t like was we weren’t able to use our fire stick on the t.v. He either has a block on the television or the wifi was too weak to support it.

From the moment we arrived, the person working the desk was combative with me. They then put us in a room where the air conditioner and the phone didn’t work. They had a maintenance person come and fixed things…but there was no apology and no discount. Everything was also old and smelled old. There was dust everywhere. You could tell that the cleaning is limited. I will not stay there again.

Liked late checkout

I did not like paying for a queen bed and getting a full bed. I did not like being in a handicap room while there were plenty of empty regular rooms. I dont like writing in this box because you wont allow writing in the box above.

Carpet had food or blood caked on the carpet. Other than that it was okay. Pool was nice. Staff was very nice.

First room was filthy blood on sheets and I personally cleaned the bathroom myself you guys are welcome and the second room we were moved into after not being able to stomach the filth in the first room was okay but once again I cleaned the dirty bathroom myself so once again you guys are welcome I almost feel like you owe me for my stay

A bit old, but Ok for a short trip

The hotel is pretty old and there are things that are outdated, but the rooms were pretty clean. The bed was comfortable. It would be ok for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy

Clean comfortable rooms

This was by far the worst room conditions and stay. Everything was really old. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke even though a no smoking room. The lady offered to come up and clean it and brought THC spray when we came back and asked she said she never actually got around to it. There was constant smell of THC in the hallways seeping through some of the rooms. When our whole team got there, (6PM) there was only 1 staff working. We asked for a different room and there were no available rooms. Woke up every morning congested (2 night stay). Found a used contact on the bathroom floor, sauce or blood spatter on the walls and left over take out in one of the drawers in the room. Hard to complain when the circumstances (we couldn’t leave as the whole team was staying there) were what they were. Complimentary breakfast was decent. The hotel also had a 10:00 curfew to be in rooms and 9:00 pool which was weird and they strictly enforced.
