The room was a little busted up. Looks like someone went wild in there and they tried their best to put it back together. Lots of chips on walls and patched up hole marks all over the room. The breakfast was great!!! Texas shaped strawberry waffles!! Highly recommend to stay here.

A little pricey for what it is. The outside looks a lot better than the inside. Some aspects are renovated, some are not. Also, I could hear the TV in the next room. The staff was super friendly and helpful though.

The location of the hotel was decent area quiet and clean outside. The pool definitely needs to be updated the paint is peeling off the floor. The front desk staff was nice. The room was dirty and mold in the shower, I asked the housekeeper to clean the room 2 different days and when we can back the room was never touched. It could definitely use some remodeling in the premises but overall stay you are definitely getting what you pay for.

The carpet was very stained. The room was clean. The customer service was very good. Theres street noise, Its and old dated comfort inn but my brother and I had no problems. I picked this locztion blindly. Now I know.

The service was good and the room and hotel were clean, however the hottub was not hot, barely past room temperature and the wifi didnt work well at all, couldnt stay connected on half my devices, PS5 couldnt connect at all and the TV disconnected from the wifi so could no longer watch netflix on it as you cant access wifi settings without special remote. Breakfast was mid. I probably wouldnt come here again because of the issues.

The back entrance door wouldn’t shut or lock, leaving all the people that have rooms, unsecured? Our carpet was not clean, the staff was nice though.

It was good. The place is clean. And they have friendly staff. The people that check in are weird. Breakfast was meh. Probably the only good things are the bacon and the waffles . It was weird how some guy that looked homeless with a backpack just walked in the breakfast room and ate. And was staring at everyone in a weird way. The rooms are comfortable. Beds are well clean. No bed bugs . The have carpet which felt actually felt nice when waking up. The only flaws are the ice machine is on the first floor only . While there are three floors. So you’ll have to take the elevator. I couldn’t find the stairs.

Stayed here for a week with a friend. Overall, the stay was great, with just a few areas for improvement. Because we stayed so long, I feel we should have had supplies, like coffee and sugar/creamer, refilled. The conditioner in the shower also ran out. We did get fresh towels every day and the trash was emptied daily. The breakfast was good but had the same offerings almost every day. A few more fresh items would have been nice, like fruit. We did not explore the neighborhood, but it seemed nice enough and there were stores and restaurants nearby. The room was a decent size and was clean and well maintained. Our door was left unlocked one day after it was cleaned, which was a big no-no. Nothing was taken but it could have been - or someone could have been inside out room when we returned. Overall, this a is a nice place and a good value.

We were given one room and the TV and refrigerator was broken. The refrigerator smelled like mold. They moved us to another room, the toilet wouldn’t flush half the time. The breakfast was mediocre. We won’t be staying there again.

We booked this hotel because it has a hot tub. Was not able to use it the first or second day as it was not filled the first day and not working the 2nd day.

We arrived at 130pm and was told it would be $20 fee to check in early. Our bed was very comfortable but the toilet constantly ran and the shower dripped. The room and property ad clean but had several stains. The pool was open but the jacuzzi was not unusable after we had verified it was being used 2 days prior.

As you first walk into the hotel it smelt great like a hotel should, front desk staff was nice a greeting. But going up to our room on the second floor starting with the elevator. The elevator was very dirty around the edges and was almost sketchy to ride on. When we got off the elevator the second floor smelt so nasty like BO, cigarettes and it was just not clean. We got to our room and the room smelt just as bad, dirty along the edges and things in the room like the shower handle were loose and breaking. My family and I didn’t feel comfortable even leaving our items there when we left for the day. My favorite to even top it off in the room the chair had what I’m am hoping snot on it. We booked a 2 night stay but opted to not stay our second night due to these conditions and headed home.

I love most comfort inns this one in particular wasn’t the best the only problem I really had was the smell it smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes all 3 days but the staff was nice I didn’t eat breakfast due to sleeping in but that’s always a good option I did enjoy the hot tub you do have to ask for towels each day overall the stay was fine

Hello, I check In last night, after 3 minutes of being in the 1st room we seen roach going up the wall. Then we was mo Ed to room #2 and the fire detector in the room was going off and the stuff on the wall was falling, so then we was moved to room #3. So after checking in this hotel We did not get to rest foe almost 1:30mins later. Unfortunately we was in town for a funeral service and to experience this is horrible. I am requesting a full refund. It's the company responsibility to make sure there rooms are appropriate foe guest ans the prices that a customer pays is not for all the things to happen. The properties elevator was iffy at most.The door cover fell off the door that cover the key reader.Tub was stain with rust or some type of gunk also on the ceiling in the restroom over the tub.The pool area was ok justa little small.The breakfast was decent.Over all it's a okay place they just need to keep up with there maintenance of the building and just not the rooms walking to our room we almost check out.
