Friendly staff and beautiful property

This was are 3rd stay it truly is paradise

The only thing I didn’t like was that the wait staff at the bar and in the dining room seemed to be suffering from burnout. They were there ever day morning and night. One of the guys at the bar snapped at me when I ordered extra limes.

Loved the location. Many dining options in walking distance. Saff was professional and attentive. Grounds well maintained Enjoyed 14 nights at this property.

Great place to enjoy all the Caribbean has to offer.

This is an amazing property. The staff is so friendly and professional. The pools were never crowded, the beach always had open loungers. Food from the restaurant was so great! Frozen drinks were the best in negril. Very safe beach to walk up and down. Water was wonderful for swimming. Our room was huge and our cleaning lady found (and returned) a lost diamond earring we thought was a goner. We didn’t even ask, because we assumed if she did find it it would become hers…NOPE! 2 days later she found it and left it for us on the table. This was our best vacation yet and the folks at coco la palm had everything to do with that!!! Will be back for sure!!!

The plastic upright chairs on the beach should be replaced. Many of them are cracked or broken.

We love this resort, it was our 26th time there!

I had a great stay, my only complaint is the odor in the rooms. I suppose the condensation in the rooms can not be controlled with some of the rooms being so close to the beachfront.it smelled damp, almost mildewed

CocoLa Palm is a very nice mid priced resort. Food is excellent. Hospitality is top notch. Rooms are a bit older but it’s Negril who is staying in their rooms but just to sleep. I will be back next year.

Coco is always good staff is amazing and good location .Didnt love my room this time ok backside corner felt like i couldn’t sit on a deck and relax it was dark and creepy.

They provide so much entertainment on ground there were no need to go anywhere else but if you wanted anything else if was available.I completely enjoyed the facility although I feel the security was a little much. I guess it’s better to have too much than not enough

It meet my expectations and more

The staff was exceptional!!! Sashauna was so diligent in helping me retrieve my daughter’s misplaced snuggle blanket! A big thank you to all the people in the laundry department for looking for and finding my daughter’s snuggy. I really appreciate it. My family and I will definitely be back.

Very friendly and kid staff. On a beautiful beach with clean and comfortable rooms. The food in the restaurant can use some improvement but it was edible.

Coco always is a good choice to stay. Center of 7 mile, great breakfast and good meals and bar service all day. The beach is the best in Negril and security is phenomenal. For your dollar, you can't beat it. Been to coco 8 times and also sandy haven and Charelas and choose coco if possible. They make you feel at home.

Excellent stay - Good Value

Excellent location on the beach, great staff, comfortable rooms, good restaurant and bar, great pools and great location. Our room was a little dated, but comparably price wise; this place is great value. Overall I look forward to returning ….. and I don’t say that often. Will be my first choice in wonderful Negril.

Great property on the beach. Exceptional customer service. We spent only one night at this property but my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptional, very clean and spacious, with an octagonally shaped layout with a lovely view of the garden and pool area. Breakfast was great! We had an urgent request to have our breakfast prepared promptly and they exceeded our expectation. Will definitely be back.

The staff at Coco LaPalm are very accommodating. The location is centralized on the beach and you can walk to access dining options, shopping area and local clubs.

A Nice Find on Seven Mile Beach

The hotel was as described. It's a nice place in an excellent location. Comfortable rooms with plenty of storage space including in the bathroom. Good towels for in room and beach use, water was hot with good pressure. Some of the outdoor lounge chairs could be replaced. Loved the shade under the almond trees. Always felt comfortable under there even when it got hot. My room did have a slight musty odor that improved over time. Front desk, restaurant, cleaning, security and bar staff were wonderful. My only real complaint is the lack of quality vegetarian options for lunch/dinner. Other than breakfast, I ate at other places where I could get better vegetarian options. Food/drink prices were in line with other establishments along the beach. Grocery store was within walking distance. The hotel has a lot of repeat customers which says a lot. I was glad that they don't blare music all day/night as I found on other parts of the beach.

Conveniently located on the 7mile beach. The property is quite old though.

Neat little resort, with friendly staff and decent accommodation. Not the most fancy, but clean and comfortable. Value for money was excellent. Would not hesitate to book again. The beach is fantastic, food is good and surrounding area loaded with options.

Bartender Almighty and my boy Kong kept me going ! Clean room every day close to beach.

It’s like home away from home.

This is my 2nd time staying at Coco La Palm and it was just as magical as it was 12 years ago. The property has upgraded since my last visit a decade ago and I was still very happy to be there. I love that it is in the middle of everything. The staff are wonderful, helpful and very pleasant. I can't wait to visit again soon

Coco has been my go to place for many years. It's not the fancy-fancy place but they do great with what they have. The beach is a 10 and that's why you go.

Small resort. Good restaurant. Close to many other dining options. Wish they had beach umbrellas, shade was sometimes hard to find.

The property is well-ran and in a favorable location. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to others.

Good service

Grwat place for tge price. Our room was nice and clean. Drinks are expensive and service is good but slow as is all of Jamaica. We have already booked a return trip next year friendly

This place is good just to lay your head. The rooms are very Outdated. I didn't know they still made spring mattress. The staffs are great, outside the property is clean, access to the beach and walking distance from the town. However its time for the rooms to be updated.

CocoLaPalm is a very friendly, clean property. staff are all quite attentive, pools were clean and beach area is great.Our room service was very nice, bathroom clean, workiing safe in the room.

Good place to relax on the beach. The rooms were pretty simple and clean. The staff - particularly Elvis and Romeo - were very friendly.

Very friendly staff at the reception, at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast, bar) and at the beach. Directly connected to the beach and walking distance to other restaurants along the beach, or by car to the restaurants at the cliffs, e.g. Rick`s Cafe. Continental Breakfast was included and for a la carte you get a $5 discount. The room was big. Had a balcony with no direct sun, but the beach is very close.

This hotel/resort has a great vibe. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Convenient location in Negril. Like everywhere else, drinks and food expensive. Equal or greater than New York State. Had a nice time. Staff is quite nice. Negril vibe is great!

Needs more entertainment.

What I liked about CoCo LaPalm is the staff, and how attentive they were to our needs. The grounds are well kept and a beautiful atmosphere to be around. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded and the $5 continental breakfast was wack. I was expecting a good complimentary breakfast like they do at the treehouse, where I normally stay but nope I was super disappointed. But other than that it’s a good place to stay.

Property was close to many shops and dinner options. The beach was well taken care of. All the staff was very friendly, says a lot about a property when most of the workers are there over 10 years Our only issue was that the AC in our room constantly made noise. Also, the bathroom needs to be undated.

The staff at Coco la Palm are amazing. The wait staff, the housekeepers, the lifeguards make you feel like family.

This was our fifth visit to Coco, and we are always impressed and leave feeling very relaxed. Beach and staff are top notch! Will definitely return again!

It satisfied all my needs.

My husband and I stayed at Cocola Palm for a few days, and we had the best experience. The front desk staff was very courteous,helpful and professional. They staff who cleaned the room was such a sweet lady. The dining room staff, Shirly and Natoya were our favorite. They were very pleasant, professional,and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. The location us very safe and walkable to alot of other eateries. The daytime security guard on the beach was awesome. He was always visible and vigilant whenever we interacted with the locals ,like purchasing fruits and so on. We felt very safe. The hotel was always clean,and eventhough its not all inclusive; everything that we needed was in close proximity. Thank you guys! We truly enjoyed our trip ,and will be back

The rooms and bathrooms need updating. They look old and dingy. However the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Everyone I encountered from ground keepers, front desk, housekeeping, bar tenders, and waitresses greeted me with a smile.

Very Reasonable "bang for your buck" Option

I spent a day and a half at coco la palm recently and had a great time, The per night price was very affordable and I would say you get more than your money's worth. Staff were helpful, the grounds were clean and the beach and pool areas were well maintained. The only thing that was a bit lacking were the food options from the onsite restaurant. Breakfast was solid but lunch and dinner were a bit underwhelming. That does not take away from my overall recommendation though. I would stay here again.

Staff was very warm and welcoming food was great a good chill vibe all around a very pleasant atmosphere would definitely stay there again!!

The staff gets to know you and what you like. They kept a close eye on my adult son who is handicap and offered their help numerous times. I pulled a raft out of my bag to take in the ocean and a lifeguard appeared and offered to blow it up for me!!! The food was excellent!!! Every meal!!! Highly recommend!!!

CocoLaPalm not what I remembered

CocoLaPalm has been my go to for a few years now but this trip left much to be desired. The rooms aren’t being cleaned properly instead it looks like a surface clean is being done; mildew was all over the bathroom which could have been easily remedied with bleach! Same for the tile grout lines. We had to wear slippers because the floor wasn’t mopped properly. I opted not to have housekeeping for the 3 day stay because I don’t feel anything would have changed. The power kept surging making it difficult to charge our devices in both rooms, biting ants plagued my room so I had to request spray. The restaurant is too expensive for the quality and portion size not to mention the ten percent service charge which now became customary. The continental breakfast comes with the room however it consists of unripened fresh fruit and pastries none of which were to our liking so we ended up purchasing meals both on and off the property. Overall it’s a beautiful property and the location on the beach is great however there is room for improvement in many areas.

Staff was quite nice and accommodating. Please repair the beach chairs. Most of them of dirty and in need of getting new chairs. They look as old as my last visit here a year ago.

You cannot go wrong by staying here. There was so much staff, even though this is low season and there was low occupancy. The staff kept the place immaculate. I would really recommend choosing a junior suite. It was so spacious. The first night, my partner looked around and said.” We are in Paradise”
