Very efficient check-in staff. Two hockey teams were checking in at the same time—well done!

The general manager was amazing. She truly puts her max effort in. This hotel was very clean and staff was awesome. Raul at the lobby bar made amazing drinks.

They need to shut down and renovate before subjecting people to this awful place. And they should get the mobile home parked in back removed.

Not enough parking. Shouldn’t have to ask that your room be cleaned. Room prices are higher than others in the area.

Desk clerk walked around outside watching videos on his phone and at times he was around the corner of the building. If someone inside needed something not sure they would know where he was.

We’ll try checking the hotel. There was no front desk when you tried to ring the phone you’re supposed to find somebody. Nobody answered that it was busy. It took a good 20 minutes to get checked in and then she had to like we were inconvenience for her being there.

The checkin staff was rude. They claim they have one housekeeper so you cant checkin at 3:00 and they will not clean your room at all.

Bad experience

Reserved our room on line and arrived at hotel took almost 20 minutes to get checked in and got checked into wrong room. We had two queen beds instead of two queen beds and a double sofa.Told lady at front desk and she told us she couldn't do anything. Very upsetting to hear that. Especially since it was paid on line.

The staff especially person checking us in was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. Great personality!!

Lovely property! Staff was helpful, kind and cheerful. The room was great - quiet, clean, comfy beds, good water flow, soft towels, good A/C. All the things that count! We’ll stay here again!

No shower products in stock? I was told they were switching over types of shower products and they were on backorder. This would have been a good stay if not for that. But showering when you stay in a hotel is expected and taking your own shampoo and body wash is no longer the norm. This should have been a warning when be done king or at least when checking in. Or, hey, don't get rid of one product before you have the other available.

Excellent place right on 90 to stay in transit. Right on the expressway with quick access to food and coffee shops.

For 2 weeks now i had 2 rooms for buisness at this hotel and for 2 weeks both of my rooms had ran out of body wash or shampoo in the shower and the bed sheets were never changed for the 2 weeks and when i checked out on bith Friday's i asked why and the person at the desk said they didn't know and when i asked for the manager they told me she had just left so i would have to comeback later so i said i would leave a review for this hotel

The place was very clean and they had good amenities. The smart TV’s don’t work and. The front desk person was new and didn’t know much. The heat in the room was unbearable even though we had the furnace set low it kept kicking on.

Very clean hotel.

It was built near kind of a bad area in town. There was free breakfast, but when we went down for breakfast, it took him over an hour just to restock the eggs. So there was a lot of waiting for the food to be available.

Great Front desk staff. Maid/cleaning in the room could have been better. There were a number of little things (like used small towel in the kitchen sink and someone else's trash in the can when we arrived) but nothing major.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff seemed busy and not particularly welcoming. They struggled with computer issues at the front desk. There was no information available in the room (area dining, television channels, etc.) - no Gideon Bible in the nightstand - only a partially eaten candy bar :(. The "convenience store" had a very small selection.

Great spot! We wanted to visit the SPAM museum from Minneapolis but not drive 4 hours in one day. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet location. The suit was great for our family of five and a super comfortable bed!

Best hotel to stay at in Austin!

Very Nice Hotel

The hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very nice and vey clean. The bed was comfortable. Water pressue was great. Easy access to the freeway way. The pool was not open and the bad thing the front desk clerk wasnt even aware a guest had to tell him. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked that the property was clean and quiet. They were very short staffed. There were no pool towels available and the front desk staff were doing laundry. Room was nice and clean. Tub drained slowly.

My two young daughters and I enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone Hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I happened to stay on the same weekend as 2 teenage baseball teams, so the place was crowded and noisy. It sounded like a heard of Buffalo was above us in the room. Other than that, the hotel itself was perfect..

Keepers of the towels and keys

There was only 1 towel in our room, with 3 people staying in it. I asked for more on Saturday morning but never received one. Later, when I had to get my room key reactivated I asked for towels again. I was interrogated, "how many did you have?" "do you really need more?" The answer was obviously yes...I would like to shower and dry myself off with more than a 6 inch square washcloth. Finally, they gave me some from what seems like a vault and I was able to wash myself. The same goes for pool towels. There weren't any and when I asked for some for the group of 7 kids, I was given 2...My other issue was constantly getting locked out of my room because the key would stop working. When I would get it reactivated then the other one would stop working. This was such a hassle when more than 1 person was going in and out of the room. And with both the towels and keys, I felt like I was cause of the problems - front desk wasn't very nice. Overall, the room was decent, could have been clearer. The fridge also did not seem to get that cold which was a slight issue when traveling with medication that needed to be kept cold.

Would have been nice to have bath towels and not just hand tails.

Comfortable clean but not excellent

Very nice CLEAN hotel. Check in was about 4:30pm No attendant at desk, I had to wait for someone, a young man finally came and checked me in. Nothing really impressive-he just hit all points that he was supposed to. We had to go out for a while when we returned at about 9:30 pm, it was quiet- no guests around. Two people, 1 that checked us in were at the bar. it was clear that they were visiting & the air smelled of cannabis. Even if your not a toker you know the smell.We just went to our rooms, even tho we were going to get a cocktail but we did not. the check out ladies were very pleasant. Asked us about our stay etc. There was a hockey tournament in town and it was very noisy the last evening, lots of thumping and running down halls. We were on 3rd floor. Beds were VERY comfortable and rooms and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was nothing extra but ok for being included with room. A little pricey could give a little discount for staying 2 or more days. We stayed 2 nights

Cleanliness

Mostly good but the bathroom wasn't clean. The toilet had feces. still in the toilet with stains. The sink had multiple pubic hair in it. The shower also had pubic hair all over in it. The garbage in the bathroom wasn't changed. Just plain not up to Cobblestone standards.

I wound stay again. We had a minor issue with getting a repair completed during our stay.

We didn’t get the kind of room we booked with Expedia. It would have been satisfying. Breakfast was very simple. I didn’t see oatmeal.

Good stay

The staff was very nice and efficient. The pool equipment had been replaced just before our visit and the pool was still pretty cold. It had not been that way on previous visits.

Pool was out of order. No bath towels available. Staff was personable.

Pool was not working

We booked the hotel so that we could use the pool. When the pool was not functioning (water temp was still at 65 degrees), we were not allowed to cancel without a penalty so we were “forced” to stay. Not a good feeling when the one amenity we needed, was not available. They could have made an exception so we could have stayed elsewhere.

Staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The floor has to be so thin, got stuck with a family with very loud stomping and kids above us two nights. They were up stopping at midnight the first night and our noise complaints did us no good. By the second night the staff did go up to their room with the complaints and that did quite them. Still they woke us at 7:30 both morning with their extremely loud feet. Which was pretty miserable. Would not stay here again.

The best in the city.

The staff I feel did their best but they seemed short staffed and it affected the cleanliness of the rooms. The gentlemen at the front desk that checked us in was fantastic. He was the only one there but it seemed like he still cared about his job.

Everything was EXCELLENT. The only improvement would be to have a waste basket in the bathroom.

There was someone else’s hair in the sink still and a bottle top on the floor. Breakfast was cold and there was a baseball team that ran the halls half the night

Austin location was a little hard to find. Very clean facility & friendly, helpful staff. We were given the wrong room but that was quickly fixed. My daughter enjoyed the pool.

Fantastic!!

I believe his name was Joe and he was fantastic! Very friendly with great customer service skills. Very clean, accommodating, homey environment. Very few negatives which was nothing to do with the hotel or staff at all, but hey, that's life and MN is a blue state. But the hotel in general - was fantastic! If we're ever back in this area, they are the 1st to call for reservations. Highly recommend.

Always Amazing

The room accommodations were amazing. The suite was well equipped and very roomy. I always get a wonderful night sleep when I stay at Cobblestone. If there is a Cobblestone located where I am going, then Cobblesone is my first choice. The only issue which was minor was that there was a wait for breakfast food as the attendant was not available for a period of time.
