Breakfast was horrible. Hot food was cold. Toaster wouldn’t toast. Bread options were extremely limited when we got there. No place to sit. Available tables were dirty. It was an absolute mess. Room was good for the price. Nothing fancy but doable.

Its very clean and love the serve yourself tea and coffee at front entrance. Staff are friendly . They also have hot breakfast. Would recommend 👌

Friendly, helpful service of front desk and housekeeping staff. Conveniently located one minute from Champlain mall and various other stores. Continental breakfast. Very good restaurant outside the hotel. Overall great value and service.

Affordable

The rooms were clean. We loved the convenience of the location. So close to the Uniplex and the shopping. And a fantastic restaurant in the adjoining yard.

Room, staff, location all fantastic but the INTERNET SUCKED BIG TIME between 6:30pm and 10:00pm. So if a good internet connection is important for you do not stay here!

Just O.K.

Hotel is older. First room had carpet that smelled so changed rooms to one without. It was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not great with luggage. Breakfast was ok , but crowded into a small space

Helpful staff, small rooms

Staff was helpful when we tried to get in to the pool. Also we asked for extra towels and the staff were quick to respond. The room was bare bones, small beds but location was convenient

We've actually becoming regulars at this hotel we love it it's easy access shopping clothes a restaurant right in the parking lot grocery store behind us liquor store everything is around us mall across the road.. staff is actually calling us by name now which is so nice I find this hotel is a family-oriented place with kindness and cleanness.. it was a good continental breakfast and just little things like good quality coffee and a shower cap most hotels don't have a shower cap anymore it's just the little extras that makes this our favorite Hotel.

Hotel is in a very busy mall/shopping area with a lot of traffic and no green space. “Breakfast” was very limited and sub par.

Looking for inexpensive place for the night. Decent beds; breakfast was typical; breakfast rooms were well kept and clean.

I would definitely recommend Coastal Inn. The staff is amazing and friendly, the rooms are clean and kept stocked. It was great. I would get a room there again.

We have stayed there many times before,same front desk clerk,who is very pleasant and obliging.Wish I could remember his first name as he should be recognized for his pleasantry.

The room was comfortable and clean aside from some (blood?) stains on the carpet. However the rooms extremely poor lighting made it feel dingy, it was dark and most of the light came from about 4 lamps with dim bulbs and seperate switches. The breakfast was mostly limited to apples, toast and cereal. They had sausage rounds and pancakes but the pancakes were cold and they were only bringing out the sausage four at a time, causing them to run out in seconds.

This was not my favorite stay at a hotel. The place has a musty smell and the breakfast was mediocre and not much variety. The place was clean but the beds were not at all comfortable. I don't think we would go back.

Our go to place in Dieppe/ Moncton

Good location making day excursions easy, pub/ roadhouse located next door with good food, local malls close with major retailers to grab any last minute items, several other restaurants and take out very close by, lots of walkable stores and restaurants available also.

Overall a nice place but the wifi needs upgrading very poor reception and another area would be to check their hard boiled eggs need to be cooked more a runny eggs just go in the garbage. Wifi they know about and can tell which room are problem areas.

Excellent room, comfortable bed. Only issue is the caroet could be updated. Staff was pleasant and very friendly.

Property itself is a bit dated, but overall experience was positive. Staff were friendly, hotel includes pool and breakfast. Parking is easy. Bed is comfortable. Room has everything most would need. The breakfast was decent - hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, pancakes, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, yogurt.

Super friendly front staff, however was disappointed with the room. We must have stayed in the "older" wing of the complex because the room had a musty (reminiscent of cigarette) smell. The AC/heat unit was from the 80/90s and sounded like a truck, and the room was not AC'ed before we came and was super stuffy. It was impossible to open the window as they were sealed. Our room was on the second floor and we kept on hearing kids running up and down the hallway. The door wasn't very sound, light or air insulative and let in a lot of hallway smells/odours which would have been ok, but the hotel didn't smell so great to begin with. Overall, if you have kids, might be a good place as they had a saltwater pool, a hot breakfast, and lots of kids running and playing. If you were like us and just wanted a good night's sleep to recharge on a roadtrip, I'd pass. Room was clean, bed was fine, decor not great, and the room walls had visible hand prints, but nothing horrible, just not great.

Didn’t like the noisy air conditioner

I got a newly remodelled room on the first floor. Very clean very functional. The Continental breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Cleaning was not finished. Glass on the floor. House keeping took so long to come clean we had to finally go down and talk to the overworked front desk person to get help. Pool was right outside our room (bad luck). Spent the entire evening and into the night hearing the door slam (you should close your pool earlier if your rooms are right next to the pool). No sound proofing. Not a win.

No good

This place need to be cleaned and renovated. Condition of the bath would divert indefinitely any of your wishes to take a shower, and dirt on the bathroom floor will make you think twice before using facility. Air conditioning from forty years ago so noisy, feel like sleeping in tractor. Walls have seen better days as well, with dust bunnies bouncing from them making your staying experience really UNFORGETTABLE.

I liked the convenience of the location to shopping and amenities. The breakfast was quite disappointing. Not much selection, potatoes were not very warm and were soggy and greasy, and boiled eggs were overcooked (black yolks).

Staff were excellent. Stayed in the newly renovated wing. Nice and clean. New. Some homeless people in the area at night but thats more of a liberal government issue than it is the hotel. I'd definitely saty again and will soon I'm sure.

Everything was terrible. Sheets were not changed in the first room we were in. Hair, chips & stained. Second room the air did not work Third room there was pizza slices in the ice bucket. Disgusting I would never recomend this place.We did put a complaint in to managment

Service à l’accueil excellent. C’est le seul positif de notre expérience. Nous étions dans une chambre au sous sol presque sous la piscine. C’était humide et l’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas vraiment bien. La chambre était sale, vieux tapis, fenêtre cadre de fenêtre et plinte électrique très très sales. Vieux tapis pour le plancher, couvre lit taché. Salle de bain qui aurait besoin de beaucoup d’amour, calfeutrage bain et lavabo noirci par l'humidité. Taches sur le côté extérieur du bain, insectes d’humidité… nous avons arrêté pour la nuit seulement et avoir su nous aurions continué notre chemin. Tout ça pour beaucoup trop cher, c’était notre dernière visite à cet endroit!
