The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Very close to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice pool area although it was too cold to appreciate it. A streetlight flickered on and off every night and shone directly into my room which was annoying WiFi is not good in any part of the hotel 2 flights of stairs up to my room not good with a heavy case Breakfast was ok one day they had forgotten to switch the food heater on which meant everything was cold

Great price with a great location. I would recommend it for the price. However, the hotel is pretty old and run down. The Expedia listing also has several pieces of incorrect information: The address is wrong (you want to go to the "Luz Bay Hotel" and the address Expedia provides is a couple streets over), the check in time was wrong (actually 3pm, not 2pm like Expedia said) and the check out time was wrong (Actually 11am, not 12pm).

Too many questions!

Very difficult to find the hotel. The name and address of the hotel in Expedia is not correct. We spent more than an hour to locate the property. We walked all over the area in rain looking for the hotel. A local resident helped us in locating the hotel. The name of the hotel is Luz not the Club House CVl and it is on a different street.

Excellent stay. Really nice rooms and great breakfast. Service was wonderful and very helpful. Close walk to main area and public transit. Would definitely recommend.

We were a little leery having read other reviews of this property prior to arrival. We are very happy to say that it was a nice place to spend a few nights. Included breakfast buffet was fine. It is a five minute walk to the beach and shopping. The only complaint we had is the Wi-Fi was very sketchy at times. We would come back here to stay again.

Wonderful staff, room, location and breakfast!

Reste of Hotel.cvom directions for check in. They are incorrect and confusing. A two star Hotel It’s cliose to the beach. People are nice but it is a 2 star hotel The price is relatively good.

Comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The sauna was not operational.

They have to do some refurbishment at the rooms building. The lift need some care. At night when you go to your room is poor lighting in the access

It was a nice stay.

Note that it is at Hotel Luz Bay. Close to beach, restaurants and hiking trails

Cheap and Cheerful

We stayed during the winter so almost everything was not in use, including the bars. Accommodation is basic, dated and simple but clean. The breakfast is sufficient with both hot and cold options.

No frills, good price

Excellent for the price. The hotel offers decent breakfast. Rooms are large, clean but dated. No frills.

Firstly, the property name on website is "Club House CVL" but on site there was no such place to be found. Only after cruising around for some time, we found it, under a completely different name. We had to look for the receptionist around the hotel, since there was no one at the desk. Took awhile. The breakfast is absolutely disgusting and slim. The rooms are old and smell weird. And the parking lot is basically a tiny space, if you arrive at night - there is no space to park.

Over sold online! Beyond under delivered. Two nights of our trip we feel we wasted in a poor location, horrible hotel, with horrible staff.

Spacious room, an excellent breakfast buffet, well-maintained gardens and helpful staff.

Give us the right address...

Very difficult to find the front desk. The address was not at all where we were supposed to be going...The mobile phone number was useless as the phone was off... Once found though, the room was fantastic. We even stayed an extra two days.

The trash can

The appartments are not within the hotel.... They are at 750 meters away from the check in place. The wi-fi is thus at 750 m from the room! The room is old and we ear everything! The shower is dangereous since there is nothing to stop the water from splashing everywhere on the bathroom floor. The floor thus becomes really slippery and dangereous. The staff is rude and dont want to be disturb..... Certainly not if you want advice for restaurants and for nice place to visit! We went away from there angry and out of sleep! Do not go there! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It is scary and dirty too.

Good Family hotel

Good location. Front desk staff excellent. pool bar staff ok but price for beer outragious, Food ok if you like buffets. also additional facilities such as sauna,whirlpool etc all at additiional cost which i had never seen before

Una estadía que realmente disfrutamos

El lugar es muy hermoso, ubicado súper cerca de una playa muy hermosa. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El desayuno es muy bueno, una gran variedad de opciones y sabroso. Ofrece un área para dejar el vehículo a la vuelta del hotel pero es un lugar muy seguro. Una estadía que realmente disfrutamos.

Pas top, déçu

Le nom de l'hôtel est en fait Luz Bay et non Club hôtel, l'adresse ne correspond pas à ce qu'est indiqué, accueil médiocre. Beaucoup de vis à vis dans la chambre, propreté de la salle de bain médiocre. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Très bon établissement bien situé près des plages et accès faciles aux transports. Complexe bien entretenu avec de beaux jardins. Chambres très spacieuses et personnel charmant et de bon conseil.

Nous avons mis un long moment( malgré l’aide des locaux)à trouver l’hôtel car il ne portait pas le même nom, et que l’adresse n’était pas bonne. Impossible d’ouvrir notre baie vitrée et problème de clef /carte pour faire fonctionner la lumière

Hotellet, værelserne og omgivelserne er gammelt og trænger til en kærlig hånd. Skimmelsvamp på værelserne, indelukket og generelt nusset. Poolen trænger til en opgradering, men så ren ud. Generelt er det ok for pengene - lige udover skimmelsvampen som er overdøvende på værelser og efter min mening er uacceptabelt. Morgenmaden var god!

El lugar es muy bonito el alojamiento esta bien aunque un poco viejo, los colchones regular mas bien malo, tendrian q renovarlo, por lo demas muy bien.
