Best two nights in a hotel since ever.

Everything was perfect

Terrible experience. We thought its super nice at the beginning as we got upgraded from duplex one room to a duplex of two rooms however the heating in all rooms wasn't working (Dec 4th winter) up until we called the maintenance guy, also the water in the small room was disgusting it was mixed with white maybe sand and in the master room the bathroom was super smelly where the ventilation wasn't working and the sewage in the shower you can never use it because of the smell, the bathtub wasn't able to hold any amount of water so we couldn't relax if we wanted, anyhow we got the AC working on both Heat and cold yet the water was never fixed so we had to keep the water running for sometime so that the white foggy water is almost gone and the Terrace was not clean as the cleaner claimed (maybe they said that to kinda get a tip) and whenever I tried to communicate with the front desk (Friday morning shift) they were anything beside a front desk I would say a back office accountants not smiling not hospitable and just wanted to get rid of us on the other hand I would just really tip the concierge, the security guy and the valet those were the nicest and for the restaurant 7attouteh where we had our breakfast the hospitality was nice but the owner didn't like when we paid in a credit card and on the second day we kept calling them for a delivery but no response.. the bathroom beside apartment main door needed to be unclogged because it flooded water. **Won't recommend it to anyone**

My stay at Cloud 7 Aqaba was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was clean and safe, the physical condition of the property left something to be desired. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and local amenities. The staff were always on hand to assist with any queries or requests, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. However, a few issues with the property itself detracted from the experience. The shower box door had a persistent leak, which was inconvenient and messy. Additionally, the dishwasher was not working, requiring manual cleaning of dishes. A couple of cabinets were also broken, which could have been easily fixed. Despite these minor drawbacks, Cloud 7 Aqaba remains a promising destination with great potential. With a few improvements to the property's maintenance, it could easily elevate its overall rating.

Modern Elegance

Wow! Modern, clean, luxury. Access to a gorgeous pool and beach. Ayla is a new and beautiful shopping plaza with great restaurants (highly recommend Mirchi). I want to stay longer!

Spacious rooms

Best place ever

Cloud 7 is the perfect place to have a short and wonderful vacation. Ayla is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited, it exceeded my expectations.

In fact, it is a beautiful and wonderful place, but the toilet needs maintenance, and the air conditioning also has water leakage.

My room was in a building near to DJ party! It was very annoying. Other than that every thing is good, not perfect

It is clean, convenient, you have everything you might need in a walking distance.

Very bad stay and personnel non helpful. No shuttle service to go to beach or city centre. Not recommended for older couples. No property layout guide for visitors. Poor services and property

Property is not extremely new and needs maintenance in hallways and stairs and bathrooms..also they had a special ( free water games that we did not get) I am unhappy and request a partial refund

we like very much your rooms with balconi, staff was very helpful and also private beach. we do not like that water in our room was cold, unconfortable to have shower. thanks a lot, it was wonderfool to stey in Cloud 7.

Poor overall design in terms of the swimming pools. I believe swimming pool is a crucial part of any hotel or residence. We have almost 10 kids in our group and they were told that we cannot use the pools of the Hyatt because it was overbooked that day, so they were coming excited to swim and they could not. And one of them did by mistake use the pool there they expelled him quick out of the pool and told him he only could use the beach but not the pools of the Hyatt. Besides this problem everything was OK.

Very trendy and clean hotel,the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr.Khalili from the front office. Highly recommend.

Private, sterile marina gated community

Cloud7 is essentially a marina residential complex within a gated community which offers restaurants and shops around the residential area. Its character is more upscale and distinct from the wider Aqaba urban atmosphere. Overall, the apartment offered at Cloud7 was clean, neatly laid out and efficient. However, getting service takes a little while as it is centralised at Reception and communication about housekeeping and related services is not clear. I would recommend this type of accommodation for those seeking a private, sterile gated community type of stay rather than one that offers a taste of Aqaba's local culture or is closer to the city centre

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay.

This place is amazing. If you stay at cloud 7 they also give you access to resort at the hyatt. The beach was amazing. The cloud 7 residence is also on the mariana giving you access to boat rides, jet ski rentals and parasailing

Heads up, private beach access does not include beach club, that is an extra charge, but does include a smaller beach strip. Excellent amenities otherwise for longer stays. Beautiful location, great service, everyone is super nice. But service can be slow given property distances. Amazing views!

Great place to be. If you do not like night noise, avoid Jury. Also no elevator there.

Beautiful decor and landscape, restaurants close by, beautiful marina views. We had couple of issues during our stay, there was a bad sewage smell in the suite and we had couple of maintenance problems that weren’t addressed even though we complained few times. However manager did apologize and promised to make up for it on our next stay All and all it was a pleasant stay

It wasn't our first time to stay in Cloud7... But everytime we feel amazed more than before... Our stay was amazing full if joy and relaxation... We felt like home... Cloud7 is beautiful and Ayla is amazing Of course it will not be our last time and cloud7 will be our coice every time we go to Aqaba... Special thanks to Mr. Ra'ef who made our trip more than beutiful... Not to forget Shareef who is always there and also we want to thank the housekeeping people who were very good and polite... Ayla - Yasmin residence

The accommodation was excellent, the 2 bed apartment was really spacious with a very large balcony overlooking the marina - the perfect place to have breakfast 👌

Colorful stay

The apartments are amazingly decorated. The colors bring life and positivity to the place. From the minute we checked in until the last minute of our stay, we felt at home, welcomed, safe and very well served. I highly recommend it for those who wish to stay two nights or more to benefit from the place and it’s surrounding. The pubs are also vibrant and full of life.

loved the uniquely designed apartments

The hotel is in the Ayla area which is a new development by the water. The rooms are new and all the amenities are at a short distance. I went there for diving and the boat was right in front of the hotel . The room was actually a 1 bd apartment brand new which a very large balcony, living room and walk in closet. Nice modern design

One of the most beautiful rooms I have seen in my life very luxurious and spacious. Very mice views and the staff was amazing especially sharif in the reception area they made sure you got a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend Cloud 7 if your visiting Jordan.
