This is a great property. Rooms are clean, grounds are well kept, breakfast is good. However I get the feeling there may be mold. Every time we stay we get allergies like we do to mold. Rain water leaked under the door quite a ways. We called to have it looked at several times but no one ever came. We also noticed some water coming up through the bathroom floor cracks. Beds are comfortable and it’s within walking distance of parks.

This is our second time staying here for a Disney trip. It's about a 15 min walk to Disneyland. Breakfast included is a great plus. Kids love the kids area with books, Disney channel playing and a large chalk wall. They have a heated pool but we did not use during our trip.

Very close to disneyland and the garden walk that has lots of dining options etc... pool and hot tub... Breakfast was good and a little different everyday we stayed which was nice we didn't have to eat the same stuff everyday...

Perfect Disney stay

We love staying at the Clemantine. We found this property a few years ago when we visited for a RunDisney event and have never been disappointed. The bi-level suite is perfect size for our bigger family. Short distance walk to Disney and wonderful breakfast service! Definitely recommended to anyone!

Nice 2 day stay

Nice and quaint spot. 10mins walk to Disneyland. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included but the food offered could be improved but it is what it is. We were on a bottom floor room which we requested and the room adequate but just be mindful the floors are thin if someone is staying in the above units. Kids were jumping around all night and it was quite loud

It was a wonderful place to stat. It jad a heated pool for the kids. Not far of a walk from Disneyland. Its right next to Anaheim Gardenwalk.. It quiet and we loved it. The shuttle stop for Disneyland is on the property which is perfect. Highly recommend!!!!-

The room was like a little apartment. A home away from home. You get a lot for what you pay for. It made our Disneyland trip very special.

Second time staying at this property. Nice clean rooms. About a 15 minute walk to the parks each way, but it’s safe. Older renovated rooms but newer hotels don’t have the floor space like this! Kitchen and room to spread out is wonderful! Will be back!

Great rooms, location and staff. Breakfast and parking included in the resort fees are great bonuses. We will definatley stay again!

Great rooms, warm pool, hot breakfast

Yet another brilliant stay at the Clementine, the property is clean and the staff are friendly day or night. Check-in & Check-out were quick and hassle free. I stayed in a studio suite, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom shower ran perfectly hot and the AC ran perfectly cold. The fridge/freezer with a built in ice-maker is always a nice touch. The room TV has a decent package of channels and I was able to get local news as well as some good entertainment channels. The inclusive breakfast is served from 6:30am (7:00am on weekends) and has a great variety of food & drinks to choose from. The hotel itself is only 15 minutes walk from Disneyland, only 5 minutes walk from the Anaheim Garden Walk shopping district and has its own stop on the ART Route 7 bus. Ideal for families and single travelers alike, the Clementine has a friendly and safe atmosphere. I hope to stay once again soon.

This hotel was an absolute dream to stay at. Without writing a novel, I cannot compliment this establishment enough. From the friendly staff, the clean room, fabulous food, quiet area, and short walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Parks, this is a location to revisit in the upcoming month of March for me and my family.

Great value and size for the cost. The bathroom a d shower are a bit dated, but not a deal breaker. The walknto DL was a bit more than I thought. Kind of that distance that after 2 days ar DL that on the 3rdz you decide that the 35 bucks for parking outweighs the 1mile walk to DL. Overall great location and bang for the buck.4.5 stars

Nice Stay!

It was nice to have a little apartment, but also felt small. I would liked a door between the bathroom sink and bedroom. Overall, still a great place.

Front staff was helpful and rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome and exceeded expectations there. They have a shuttle that goes to disney as well that comes through. Would stay again!

It’s a bit outdated and wasn’t the absolute cleanest hotel I’ve been to. It was nice how close it was to Disneyland and shops. Great price for what you get.

Impressive Family Stay

Great 5 night stay with a family of five. Stayed in the loft and was just enough room. Called the office every day for towels and to empty the garbage, and they came out fairly quickly. Very clean, beds were comfy! Quick walk to Disneyland and restaurants. Bus to Disneyland stops on the property. My only complaint is that the kitchen garbage can should have been larger for the space, and the phones in the rooms didn’t work. It would’ve been nice to see recycling options on the property. Impressed by the daily breakfast buffet compared to other properties we’ve stayed at in the past. It included fresh waffles with different toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. My kids are big on going out to breakfast, but enjoyed the selection so much that they didn’t ask to go out to a restaurant.

We had great night stay on our one night getaway to Disneyland for my 50th bday. I would stay at this hotel again.

Perfect for family!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our unit had a couple missing things in the kitchen, dishwasher didn't have a silverware holder or a coffee carafe. Also, there were no baking sheets or anything that could be used for cooking in the oven, and no oven mitts. I also thought having measuring cups and spoons would have been nice. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely book again!

I stayed here with my wife for a visit to Disney. The Room: The room (1 king suite) was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had enough cups, plates and cooking stuff for two people. The bathroom does not have any sort of exhaust fan, so humidity from the shower came in your bedroom area, but seemed to dissipate within an hour. The air conditioning didn't work at all, and actually increased the temperatue of the room when enabled. Our key card stopped working twice, which was frustrating with sore feet needing to visit the desk. Overall we were pleased with the room. The Facility: There is a small pool and two hot tubs that always had kids and parents in, as you would expect. The basketball court had a lot of use too. Breakfast was a very welcome benefit since so many Anaheim hotels didn't offer it. The staff were amazing and worked tirelessly trying to keep all the food stocked, but it just didn't seem like there was enough seating. Every morning regardless of time, every table was full and people were hovering over you waiting for you to leave. There were more tables outdoors but it was raining every day we were there, so your experience may vary. The Area: The Anaheim Garden Walk was a one and done. The Cheesecake Factory was the best place to eat. Research the Anaheim Resort Transportation system. There's a bus stop in the Clementine parking lot! Otherwise it's a 12-15 minute walk to the Disney gates.

Nice hotel and clean

AMAZING! The staff was super helpful and friendly at all times. We were running the Half Marathon in Disneyland and this is the best location as you are just a few steps from the start line. The rooms are clean, Modern and spacious. It’s a great option for a walking distance to the parks. It’s definitely worth the price and I’ll book it again when looking for the best option in that area. Loved it!

15 minute walk to Disney and with helpful appliance such as a stove, dishwasher, etc. The bed was a bit firm but overall a good stay.

The location to House of Blues was perfect. Drove down for a concert. I think this would be a great place to stay for an extended visit. The rooms are similar to apartments. The bathroom was a bit small. We had a ground floor room and I think the people above us were stomping across the floor til midnight. If I stayed again I’d ask for a second floor room. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Dining area was clean.

Loved our stay. Very easy walk to the park. Self park, full kitchen, comfy beds. We will be staying again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Clementine Inn. Easy walking distance to Disney, great breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. The staff at this hotel is all about customer service, and they were the most pleasant and helpful staff I have dealt with! Definitely will stay again. Loved this place!!!!!

Such a cute, clean, and comfortable space. So close to Disneyland that we actually walked there the first morning. The city shuttle has a stop right on the property not far from reception, so we used the shuttle app and took the shuttle the other days. It was nice having kitchen amenities, plenty of towels, and plenty of parking. Oh and the free breakfast was a nice perk. The chilaquiles was so yummy. I wish they would serve that every morning. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great place to stay for Run Disney Event. Security entrance right on Clementine Street. Start and Finish line easy access. Short walk to Disneyland. Loved the Bi-level loft for family stay. 2 Bathrooms and full kitchen was Great. Easy Walmart Delivery. Would stay again. Friendly Staff.

Amazing stay at the Clementine for our Disney trip and we will definitely be back. Staff was so friendly, the breakfast was great, and the accusations were spacious and we loved that we had a kitchen.

After arriving they could not find our reservation even after we showed them a confirmation. They moved us to a diff hotel at 11:30pm.

Perfect for race day

This hotel was perfect for our stay before the Disneyland Half Marathon. The entrance is literally right next to the security entrance for the race. The studio suite was perfect for our family of four. The kitchenette was especially useful. We really enjoyed the breakfast options too.

The place is a great convenience for the Disneyland race weekend because it’s right next to the 10K and half marathon start lines. The hotel is comfortable due to the full kitchen and the room is very spacious. The only thing is it has a moth ball smell when I walked in but not bothersome. We will be staying here again for the next Disneyland race weekend. The full breakfast buffet every morning have good choices.

For the price point, I think it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious, it was a reasonable walk to Disneyland. The staff were super helpful in arranging an electric scooter for my partner. I would stay there again without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay.

It a home away from home

I love this hotel. The Bi Level is a nice way to go. So much room and just nice to have the fireplace going when it is cold and rainy. Two thumbs up to the Clementine Hotel.

The room is clean. The staff are super nice. Parking is easy. about 12-15 min walk distance to Disneyland entrance. Only thing we don't like is the noise insulation is very poor. We can hear the upper stair every single step squeak the floor :). For both night, it seems our upper stair guest sleep late and wake up earlier, they walk normal but we can hear loudly.

Great location.

The location was super easy for our Disney trip! We used Uber/Lyft and walked once. Space was great for our multi-generational trip in the bi-level loft room but be aware that every noise made in the loft is completely heard down below. Breakfast was great!

Family trip went great

My family stayed for a week. Husband, 2 adult children & 1. Breakfast was great everyday. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Walk to Disneyland was really easy 15 min.

We make the Clementine our go-to whenever we’re in the area or planning a Disney trip. The rooms are perfect when travelling with a group or the whole family, it’s a 15 minute walk to the park gates, the included breakfast is great, the rooms are awesome, all the staff are always phenomenal. We’ve never had a bad experience here.

Stayed 12/24-1/2 as a family of 6 and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was nice, I wish there would have been more variety day to day but there were options available. We swam many of the days we were there. The pool was quite warm but the baby pool was freezing! Laundry room was easy navigate and conveniently located by the pool. Easy walk to and from Disney Land. There were many of the ART transportation buses that passed us on our walk and I think the shuttle would have been convenient if we didn't have a stroller to fold (which is why we didn't use it!) There was a cute kids room, small shop with items you may need and friendly staff always available. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing breakfast, rooms were quiet. We really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Loved staying there with my extended family, plenty of room for all of us.

Loft room was amazing dor the kids

Great location for walking to Disneyland and restaurants! We stayed in a Bi-Level Loft which was perfect for our family of 4. If you want to check in early be sure to pay the fee. We didn't get to check in until 4pm in January. Breakfast area was pretty crowded but nice breakfasts. Kitchen in the unit was lacking a little if you were to cook a lot. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back!

It is the employees that make the difference. A smile and a goid attitude go a long way for a weary traveler

While our overall stay at this property had its positives, there was one major downside that significantly impacted our experience. Unfortunately, we were given a room facing the basketball court, where kids began playing as early as 7 a.m. The noise was disruptive and made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. After long days filled with walking and exploring, restful sleep was crucial for us, but the lack of adequate soundproofing in these rooms made it challenging. We wish the hotel had considered allocating such rooms more thoughtfully or had implemented better soundproofing to ensure a peaceful environment for guests. While the property may have other positive aspects, this issue made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. For future visitors seeking a restful experience, we recommend requesting a room away from noise-prone areas.

Hard to find for a family of 7

Overall good experience. Exactly what our large family needed in biLoft. Hotel was pretty close to Disneyland , included parking , included breakfast would easily stay again

The room (bi-loft) was perfect for our family! The location is great--close to Disneyland. We didn't walk--but you could. The pool and hot tub were fun. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! Especially Mario---he was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast included hot foods, a different variety each day, waffles, oatmeal and more. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel overall was great for what we paid. Free parking and breakfast was a HUGE perk being so close to Disney. We walked to the entrance of the park everyday and it took us about 15mins. Always felt safe even when walking back late at night after the park closed. We had a suite and the kitchen was nice. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. We could hear people talking outside if walking by our room. We were on the bottom I would suggest getting a top room if you can. The overall cleanliness of the room was just ok. A bit frustrating that housekeeping only came every 3 days. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff working it were so helpful and kind. Overall our stay was great and I would recommend the hotel.

It was average. We are not staying at this hotel again, not because it was terrible, but because there are other hotels for the same price with better and nicer amenities, like smart TV and better WiFi, nicer pool.
