Short walk to disneyland

relativity close to Disney. you can walk across the street and take the shuttle to the park. parking is NOT included in the price. The Hotel rooms seem pretty outdated and the lighting system is all funky. Nice Staff but if you need anything you must seek it they will not offer any sort of help or suggestions out there own free will

I love this hotel! it’s a 20 minute walk to disneyland and it’s so clean and the staff is always friendly!! will be staying here for many more disney trips! It’s also affordable compared to others around it!

This is the family’s second time traveling to the Clarion Hotel! Convenience of being able to ride the Toy Story line bus to the Disney parks for our vacation!

Right in front of Toy Story parking that was awesome

I’ve stayed here many, many times. The best thing about this property is location, location, location. Directly across the street from the Disney shuttle parking (saves you $30/day to walk over), and in the cul-de-sac with the convention center and other convention properties (if you’re attending an event). The staff is always been ultra friendly and accommodating. The rooms and sheets are pretty clean. The bathroom was a little dingy and neither the shower or the toilet had good water pressure. The parking rate on property is ABSURD, in my opinion. I’ve been staying her long enough to remember when it was $15/ a day. Thay being said, I will most likely continue to stay here when I need to be in Anaheim.

Overall the place was really well with the condition that the beds were full size and not queen as expected, there were papers underneath the bed and a little bit dusty and a couple of areas. Honestly I would’ve preferred queen size beds instead of the full size.

A decent place to stay close to Disneyland. Room is clean. It's across from the Toy Story parking lot so you can take the shuttle to Disneyland or it's about a 20 minute walk.

Hotel was decent nothing special

The hotel room was average, has a bar open at 4 pm with dinner, also breakfast but you have to pay, was woken up by a dog in the morning but it was dealt with quickly overall a nice stay about 15 minutes from Disneyland.

Clean sweet nice and close to parks 5/6$ uber rides to the park.

Super convenient for a conference we attended at Anaheim Convention Center. Booked through Orbitz well in advance at a good rate. Bathroom could use an update, but for the location and the rate, we can't complain. Would definitely stay again.

Older hotel but for the price, its clean and convenient.

We booked this hotel for our Disneyland trip and cannot recommend it enough. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The building seems old but it was clean and the view from the balcony was nice.

I only stayed one night but the staff were all wonderful & so helpful!

Sheers on windows were literally shredded. Cats? No washcloths provided. Shampoo dispenser had some shampoo, conditioner dispenser was empty. Other than window sheers, issues were corrected.

Walkable to Disneyland! Clean and super hot water. Location was easy and parking was cheap.

We will return! Also we learned to use the ART Shuttle to get around and go to Disney for a great price. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off in front of the hotel.

There were dark stains on the door and was afraid to touch it, there was a smell of humidity or old furniture, only went to sleep and shower and that was fine.

Easy walk to park. A little further than some other options. We enjoyed the balcony, and the staff was all wonderful. The gym could use a little attention: some of the equipment was broken, there were no mats. But that concern is pretty specific, everything else was in excellent order.

The hotel is old

The room was smelly, I found pizza stuff in the safe, and hair in the tub. The bathroom was way too small, and the bed made noise every time I moved. The only good thing is the proximity to Disneyland and shops. Wish it had a shuttle to the park though, we were beat at night. No continental breakfast, and vending machines were “sold out”, didn’t have access to drinks in the hotel.

Over All stay was great, Reason why I have 4 star is because having to pay for everything was just to much. Parking and breakfast plus whatever else was a little too much. I understand parking but for each night is ridiculous and no complimentary quest Breakfeast was wild that we have to pay for.

Look its a budget hotel walking distance from Disneyland with a free bus that also goes to the park what more do you want? Hangers were broken, bathroom was in disrepair, black out curtsins were tattered, the fridge hummed too loud and it was cleanish. Disneyland fireworks sound like they are detonating in your room despite being a mile a way because the windows dont deflect sound. We had towel the door because it sat almost an inch from the foor and light from the hallway poured in The staff was super kind let us check in early for free, they were kind to the kids and while the breakfast buffett was decent enough. Bus takes you to the park from there or its an easy short walk. Dont expect the bus to be on time. We waited an hour gave up and walked to the park. Then waited 90 minutes leaving the park. The parking is expensive but ultimately the place gets the job done.

Staff didn’t know hours and operation of dining room, we were told it was open and the door would be locked then to be told the restaurant must’ve closed early or not be open. Breakfast staff was kind and helpful only if you gave them a tip. Vending machines did not have anything and were all sold out and the hotel charged over $100 in extra fees not listed on Expedia

Not a good place to stay as a single woman

Girls trip

Very comfortable stay, large room. Pull out sleeper was more comfortable than expected. Staff is friendly. Building is quiet for rest. Only complaint was the surprise $10 holding fee for items delivered to the hotel. I have stayed multiple times and call the front desk to give them a heads up that a delivery was coming. Never had been charged before.

Loved the location and convenience of how close it was to Disneyland. 15 min walk or across the street from the Toy Story parking lot. The rooms are a little outdated but the room we got was big and spacious.

Central location

It was awful! You have to pay to park your car the bathroom looked like it was from 1970 with mold in the white caulking and yellow tiles. The refrigerator did not work! The beds were awful and squeaked when you sat on them. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was good, need updates to rooms

Met our needs for the price

Clean room. Low water pressure, toilet did not flush well. Took 3-4 flushes each time. It was not very quiet, could hear neighboring rooms activity.

My reservation was for two beds and one of them was delivered to me dirty without having changed the mattress cover, it was wet with pee when we checked it.

I like almost everything from here except for the people that was serving the breakfast ,the Asia lady was treating me very rude,I couldn’t standing and look around the cereal and waffle area she was behaved me all the time and tell me to seat down.we didn’t take more breakfast over there because of the costumer service .just need to train people to do better costumer service.

Typical Disney-Area Hotel

It's your typical Disney-area hotel: Newly remodeled lobby, but the rooms have not been updated in some time. Everything in the room is just a little bit broken or a little bit dirty and in definite need of some maintenance. However, if you're anything like us, we're there to be in the parks and NOT in the hotel. The hotel is a bit too far to walk, in our opinion. Takes about 20-25 minutes, and at the end of the night that can feel like forever. However! You are right across from the Toy Story Lot and the its bus service. Shorter security lines is the best thing about it...but show up early or the busses fill up...and fill up fast.

Location is very good.

Card machine are outdated. Don’t accept tap. Have to pay for the breakfast at the hotel. At check in wasn’t mentioned just that they had complimentary breakfast. Parking is expensive and it’s far from the park To be paid. Rooms r outdated and old. Decent size room and bathroom. Would never stay again

No jacuzzi. No microwave. Bathroom is small. Room wasn’t cleaned on arrival. There was a fork on the floor. No housekeeping until day 3. Room wasn’t cleaned on day 3. Two times staff came into the room without permission and for no reason, while I was inside with my baby. Once while we were sleeping. Made us feel violated. Only good thing is it’s right across from the Toy Story parking lot. Highly don’t recommend

They didn’t provide laundry service and remake the beds after i requested.

Definitely old with a bit of a musty smell. Condition wasn’t great. Pluses were the room was huge including the bathroom which is super nice with five people trying to get ready. Room would be great if you had a double stroller to get inside I love when hotels have an option to fit 5-6 people but the room was big enough for a third bed instead of a hide-a-bed. That would be a huge plus. My only issue with the room which is enough to probably keep me from staying again was that the room had double beds not queens. We aren’t big but the double beds where and issue for us and the kids. I also thought the breakfast was very overpriced for what there was and it isn’t clear what’s happening when you sit down. Overall a very doable stay but not on my top choices.

Lovely staff, fun pool, clean room, great breakfast buffet and super helpful when we lost our ring and lovely to us when we found it. Thank you for great stet.

The hotel is old, we had two rooms and both rooms the wallpaper was peeling off. The bathroom in one of the rooms was dirty, and the tub had hair in it upon arrival. The hotel had coffee for the guests which was nice but only starting at 6:30 am until 10:30am. No water station for the guests and no place to buy coffee if you wanted some at night. One good thing was the location to the Toy Story lot was convenient. We definitely will not be back to the Clarion!

Hotel was outdated and dirty. It’s fine if you just plan on sleeping. Would not recommend with small children.

Good location for Disney

Excellent location for Disney - walk to the Toy Story car park 5 mins away which gets you to Disney for free in about 10 mins and you bypass the security line at Disney as it’s done at the car park which saves a lot of time as the security que at the park was huge. Hotel itself is dated but clean and adequate and the staff are very friendly.

The bed we had was worn out 15 years ago the center was so worn out 2 people couldn’t sleep in a king bed. It’s a very dated hotel. The “suites” are just a little larger they closed in the patio. It was definitely no where near the quality of the hotels adjacent

We stayed here for the first time for 3 nights because our usual hotel was sold out but it will probably be the last time. If you only want a cheaper hotel to sleep like we did this should be an ok option. Room: We stayed in the 2 Queens, 1 sofa bed Suite but it was very snug, the beds are more of a Twin XL size. Sofa bed mattress was VERY thin. Pros (kind of): Walkable distance to Disney (approx 15-20mins) Across the street from an IHOP, close to a Starbucks Cons: Very outdated, not very clean (we found things from other guests) bathrooms aren’t cleaned very well) We had room service on our second day but I think they only did our beds because the bathrooms were not wiped down or rooms vacuumed $23? Plus tax and other fees for parking per night

We loved our stay here. The staff was amazing!!!! So friendly, helpful, and happy. The rooms are dated, but clean, comfy beds. The outdoor pool was lovely. If you want a comfy, friendly, family friendly place this is it. We could walk to Disneyland, for food, Lyft to near by shopping. Thanks so much Clarion Staff for the wonderful visit♡

Bucket List Trip

Our stay was fantastic. You front desk was kind and accomodating. I do love that SoCal Scooters can deliver. As it made my life so much easier. We do wish there was a cheaper option for breakfast. But all in all. A wonderful stay.

The hotel is older but the rooms have been renovated. The bed was very comfy, loved the pillows! Staff was friendly and available. Transportation to Disneyland was right in front of the hotel. We rented 3 rooms and would stay there again.

Return visitor

Hotel is always clean, the suite is a decent size and fit my family comfortably with no issues. Cons: bathroom is very small and the pull out couch mattress was very worn out.

Great location, close to all the stores and fast food. Great restaurants close by. Great time on our journey up the West Coast of California. Thanks for the wonderful staff and amenities.

Check in and out was quick and efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit outdated and could use a deep cleaning. Location is great if you’re visiting Disneyland. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Quiet and felt safe.

Property was dirty outdated just nasty

Curtains were slashed and linens were dirty upon arrival we were switched to a different room and it was the same ! Manager on property couldn’t offer discount or any other accommodation!

It was easily accessible to the convention center.

Just needs bathrooms updated, but I like to stay here, price is good and walking distance to everything . Wish parking was included in rates . Usually just need a place to sleep , this is perfect for the price .

Nice hotel. Rooms were a little small. Full size beds instead of queens. Bathroom was small but tub was a decent size.

We had a leak in our bathroom. The staff had us in and out into a new room with a maintenance person to help in less than five minutes. The staff is always lovely there. Our only caveat with the hotel is that the rooms are very outdated. I really hope the Hotel pays their staff well. They really are the jewel of this place.

Lovely stay

Staff was friendly and helpful. I made frequent use of the pool and the restaurant was so helpful to have and reasonably priced.

I often travel alone for work. And, I try to find places where I feel safe. While the areas around the hotel are very modern and safe, this hotel felt a bit different. I had to switch rooms because the sliding door did not latch shut. So, the first night I unknowingly slept with the door open.

Shower head either sprayed into the wall or out of the shower curtain. Heavy cleaning chemical smell in the hallways. Otherwise clean, comfy beds, and friendly, helpful staff.

Good location good price

Outdated, bathroom is really outdated. Cleaning services did clean our room after requested twice, and stayed 4 nights.

I was extremely happy with the service at the hotel. They were able to accommodate my family a bit earlier than check out because the room was ready. This really helped me prepare for my stay and events that evening. Place was clean and met all my needs for the stay. Room was great. Thank You

Escellent location

Close to all of Anaheims attractions. We were going to the convention center so we were well within walking distances. A little out of date but clean and freindly staff. We picked a 2 bed room. Only bad thing is that the beds were supper small not even full size no where were we able to sleep 2 per bed. Good thing we brought inflatable mattresses.
