We stay 2 nights...they didnt make the clean services ....the lady on the front desk was rude...and incompete

Don't count on breakfast. I left for the airport at 8 am, breakfast still wasn't ready.

Hotel was clean, rooms were good. Just wished they had buffet breakfast and not someone serving us. Our first morning the lady was rude, but other than that the hotel was nice, the swimming pool was too.

Trip to Tampico

It was excellent, I'll look for City Express when make a trip to Mexico

Good hotel to stay and rest

Super clean and good smell resting bedrooms and the entire hotel. Good security, great location several shopping places to shop and eat. I stayed 4 days and beds are super comfortable. 1 thing the hotel could improve is hire or train friendly staff for better customer service.

Everything was great. The rooms were really nice and the service was excellent. I had no issues other than the AC not working well. The room got cool and all no issues but we had to set it at the lowest temp. and in the other room there were no issues. We didnt report it since as I mentioned if we set it to the lowest the room got cool. Other than that we ordered food and wanted to leave the trash outside so it wouln't stink up the room but was told to wait until the next day for cleaning service to pick it up. Apart from this everything was great. The pool was clean and it we were given schedules to choose from so as to not have evryone there at the same time and also the receptionist were very attentive and provided fabulous service. Would definitely stay there again. Hopefuly the grill is available next time when the pandemic is over.

City Express Tampico Altamira

City Express Altamira is an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room. Lobby floor had a sticky spot. Good coffee.

Not enough parking space

When I arrived it was no parking space,it’s a big hotel for only a few parking lot,people waiting for checking like 30 minutes, cause system it was down.

Great location. Walking distance to a grocery store, and some great places to eat. Hotel breakfast was more than I expected. Staff was very helpful. Gym could use an upgrade, it is somewhat adequate though. Will definitely stay there again.

Family Visit in Tampico

Nice and relatively new hotel with polite staff, good pool, plentiful breakfast selection and ample secure parking. Need to pick up on housekeeping in the common areas.

Clean & quiet.

Very new motel, friendly staff & rooms very quiet considering that it is on a main road. Very close to airport but not on the ‘nice side of town. Air con also very quiet. Nice room & bathroom (shower only). Good hot breakfast with lots to choose from. Supermarket next door & a few shops & restaurant close by. Would stay again as my work is to the north.

Un detalle con la habitación la reservación fue habitación con cama queen size y el hotel nos entrego habitación con cama matrimonial. El personal del hotel comento que así le aparecía la reserva a ellos en el sistema que revisáramos el error fue con expedia.

Bien como siempre. Es una cadena donde siempre obtengo lo que espero y está muy bien. No cambia nada y por eso me agrada. Es para lo que es y está perfecto.

Buen lugar. Le falta mantenimiento al hotel

No tiene ninguna opción para alimentos, bebidas y otros servicios. Solo cuentan con una máquina dispensadora de monedas, si necesita algo, tiene que ir a pedírselo al encargado del counter.

Mucho espacio

Nunca salió agua caliente o tibia si quiera. No pude facturar mi estancia, el portal ya no funciona y en el frintdesk, no me quisieron apoyar. Solo dijeron que era en línea porque la reservación fue por aquí. No con ellos.

Los muebles de la alberca estaban muy sucios, el frigobar de la habitación no servía, no hay teléfono para comunicarse con recepción, solo me pusieron 2 toallas para 4 personas, el shampoo es súper corriente

Es un hotel muy bueno, solo que la ubicación no resultó muy conveniente para nosotros.

Excelente servicio

Tuve que esperar casi 30 min a mi llegada para que personal de recepcion me pudiera asignar mi habitacion, Llegue en la noche , directo del aeropuerto con deseos de descansar, y esta situacion me resulto muy molesta. La razon de que no me atendio rapido era porque estaba socializando de mas con otros clientes que entendi tenian toda la semana hospedados y querian saber su "saldo" o status de su cuenta....bromeaban y les dedico mucho tiempo, era solo una persona atendiendo ya que la otra estaba dejando su turno, pienso que quien iba dejando su turno me podia recibir rapido, solo se tardo 5 min en darme mi llave y sacar copia de mi INE, y el cobro. El costo se me hizo excesivo vs calidad de alimentos y de habitacion, honestamente no volveria a hospedarme ahi.

Buenas instalaciones, tranquilo y acceso rápido

Al momento de ir a recepción había fila y se tardaban muchísimo en atender a la gente. No respetaron la reservación que hice por la aplicación y me tuvieron que mandar a un hotel más lejos de lo que yo deseaba hospedarme.
