Great location in the heart of the prime part of Doha. Excellent service.

Amazing sea views

My family (2 adult and 2 grown up/teenage kids) had a great stay for 2 night to celebrate New year's. We've got very big apartment style apartments with 2 separate bedrooms 2 and a half bathrooms and full kitchen and a spacious living room. Very nice and comfortable beds and lovely modern interiors. Stuff was very helpful and friendly, especially Raabia at the front desk. Looking forward to come back in the future.

Great central option

Nice hotel connected to the city centre mall, very convenient especially if you have kids. The room was clean and very spacious. Staff were amazing. The price was good too.

Amazing friendly staff. Very convenient access to the mall. Rooms are spacious and nice but the lighting in them is very little and its dark at night. Room drawers can use some maintenance.

Really good stay decent pool area and hotel was very nice and clean. You had access to the city centre Doha mall from the second floor of the hotel. On a Friday and Saturday is does get very busy as it is the weekend. Very good breakfast as well

Great place, clean place, and convenient

I stayed here for 11 nights in May to June 2024 for a Summer Family vacation. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew we were at a 5 Star property. The hotel location is amazing, close to the Doha Mall & DECC Metro station. The hotel pool and breakfast were our highlights, which we used alot. Special mention to the breakfast catering staff who were so friendly and efficient. Best I've ever witnessed in my 40 years travelling. Anyone considering staying at this property won't regret their decision.

I have stayed there for three days and everything was excellent. I will recommend my family and friends to stay there.

I was expecting a better stay with my family

The stay was satisfactory, although the reception took a very long time to provide a non-smoking room. They placed us in a small room despite booking a room for three children, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I had already paid the full amount, so I was surprised when the reception claimed that I had not paid for both rooms. Instead of an upgrade, I encountered a false complaint that upset me and my children. This situation has greatly annoyed me.

Wonderful hotel and staff.

Comfortable & relaxing

Due to our very long 15 hr transit layover we decided to book a room for the night unfortunately we did not spend the night as our flight out was in the early hrs of the morning . The few hours we spent at the hotel was very comfortable & we had a beautiful view out to see from our window .

Everything is good

This hotel was perfect choice connected to the City Centre Shopping Mall and staff were absolutely friendly making our stay one to remember. Thanks to Rayyan.

Great place!

This property was in a great location. Great staff attention and excellent breakfast buffet option. Good if you need to be at the convention center which is a 5 minute walk to this location.

In the best location, convenient to most attractions. Incredible views of the water and amenities are clean and luxurious.

This was just great In everything I needed for my 3 nights stay and will definitely go back Clean Quiet Fresh Inside the City Center Mall and close to all activities

There’s no privacy in my room because the house keeper enter to my room while am inside without permission and when I talk to the manager she was rude also and they didn’t do anything to me 👎

Lovely room, breakfast was great with amazing choice. Excellent service from the staff. My only issue was that one of the selling points for me was the outdoor pool and it was closed for renovation. I really feel this should have been made clear. I wasn’t happy when I realised. We were able to use pool of neighbouring hotel but it was a little odd coming out of pool and having to cross a car park and two lobbies to get back to my room.

Great location. Hotel and mall are together so very convenient for shopping of all kinds including grocery from carrefour and also dining in the food court. Souk waqif and Museum of Islamic arts are at around a 10 mins drive. National museum of Qatar is around 10-15 mins away. Mina district corniche is around 15-20 mins drive away. Other places are not too far either as Doha is quite a small city. Hotel room is comfortable. View of sea and hotels is lovely. Only negative for me is that the douche shower was on the left side instead of the right so was not user friendly.

Great hotel at a great location.

Excellent property with large rooms and nice views. Breakfast was amazing with many options available. Staff were always helpful and courteous. Location was also great as it was well connected to the mall.

Great location in the city center

Excellent location downtown, super-helpful staff and really nice room. Connected to great mall, right next to convention center and walkable to lots of restaurants, metro stop, the beach and corniche.

Amazing Rotana Hotel experience

It was a wonderful stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They took extra mile to provide best hotel experience to me and my wife. Hats off to Mr. Hassan in the front Desk who helped me surprise my wife with an amazing artistic room set up and with fresh fruits on the side table.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

Excellent Location in the right in the city. Awesome view from the room on 22nd floor facing the Corniche. Link to City Center Mall on 2nd floor. Walking distance to the DECC METRO station. Very good Jacuzzi, pool and Sauna among other facilities. Staff speak good English and go all the way to make you feel at home away from home. Nassil at the pool and Nabil at the check in desk are exceptional. They know their job and they do it.

My only complaint was that my bathroom sink was slightly blocked

Hotel was lovely and the pool was excellent The only issue I had was sorting out the breakfast. I understood I had booked breakfast for all 3 of us but the hotel tried to make me pay for the children again We did sort this out but I had to get my husband to call from the UK to do so

unlikely to stay here again.

This is an hotel that charges 5 star prices but fails to give that level.I accept that we were there when the IAAF games were on so I guess price was hiked for that reason- plus it was full. We arrived late in the evening and on check-in they had my address as in the USA .I told them I live in Wales and they said probably the person who booked your room was from USA (i.e Hotels.com?). Strangely there were a lot of American guests at that time. We got into the room to find it was adapted for a disabled person. Not a problem except being wheelchair friendly there were loads of set-backs including an open and wide access to the shower which meant when you used it the water went everywhere across the bathroom.To add to the problems it was obvious it had been set as a single occupancy room - 1 cup, 1 bathrobe, 1 teabag, 2 milk etc. I was starting to think this is a room that may have been booked for a single disabled person and because the hotel is full they have palmed us off with this. Next day I asked of reception if my booking was for single occupancy and they said ''no it is definitely booked as a double''. It took 2 days to finally get the items we wanted for 2 people and every time the room was made up it was never re-stocked fully (e.g three requests to people to give us bottled water).I am sure this is a great hotel in a great location in a great City but we did not get value for money. It did spoil the visit. The staff are very nice but do not seem to pay attention.

I had a somewhat complicated trip as I was booked on a corporate group booking for the first night and had booked a second night separately. Expected a battle with check in to explain this but was pleasantly surprised, they'd already worked it out and arranged for me to keep the same room, completely seamless. The breakfast is very good although the evening restaurant is very expensive, even for Doha. Room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Hotel was comfortable and the staff very helpful. Would recommend to friends and colleagues

It's your hotel choice in Doha

Friendly and helpful staff make my stay one of the best in many business trips I have had. Not only they are warm, but also they understand my needs and more importantly willing to help. The lounge on 24/F offers a stunning panorama of West Bay. I can only sit there either with a cup of coffee or a glass of champagne , reading a book or even doing some work to enjoy my day. Location is excellent with connection to the mall and Carrefour. But you have to wait patiently with more new shops as the mall is now under face lift.

Very comfortable with great staff

Good location with amazingly lovely, friendly and helpful staff. My club room was very comfortable, bed great. Bathroom had lovely amenities (L'Occitane). Attached to shopping mall which is undergoing some work but a good supermarket, high street brand shops, eateries, fastfood and coffee shops including starbucks. Beauty salon on premises. Breakfast had a good selection. I had it included in room rate but, while I'd pay a certain amount for it, I don't know if I'd pay the advertised separate rate for it. Convenient and tasty, but you could go as far as the mall. Good selection of eateries for everything from coffee and dessert to meals of different cuisines on various floors. Menus looks good and not bad value. Had access to lounge which was nice to sit in from time to time. It was always quiet, staff again great. Light bites and drinks available at different times of day. Pool area pleasant. Cafe and bar there also. Hotel is near corniche and parks if weather not too hot for walking. Short cab ride from souk. For info purposes, got a Karwa cab from airport to hotel., convenient, handy and affordable. Not the most busy traffic time and cost about 60QAR. Karwa to souk about 15QAR. Uber and Kareem also widely used. The hotel smells fabulous! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent city hotel.

Excellent as always. Only issue was too many children in adults pool so difficult to swim

Could have been better.

Staff could not adjust the a/c. Room was too cold. Had to change room, but still temprature was un bearable. Receptionists were a bit conservative. Access to the hotel is difficult to find. Breakfast was o.k.

We had a wonderfull time. Staff was always smiling and everyone was extremely polite and helpful.

Nice hotel with some comments

Nice decoration, comfortable, breakfast was not so good with limited selections, expensive wifi ( not free and they charge a lot), big column in the middle of my room was blocking good view, they gave me twin bed and wanted 26 $ / night extra for King bed!

Great place to stay in Doha, love Boston bar.

Luxury hotel, got a free king bed upgrade. Spacious, clean and modern. Nice pool, no alcoholic drinks served at pool area.

Average hotel

The room design is very inefficient with a big empty space in the middle. Though the hotel is relatively new meaning everything is in good condition, though it isn't the best designed rooms to start with.
