Noisy, poorly equipped, and situated in one of the worst blocks of Haifa, full of beggers and prostitutes. What else is there to say?
Helpful place with all we needed.
The room had everything we needed and expected, and was clean and convenient. The gentlemen who helped us at checkin and checkout were really good value, which is important in a foreign country with many differences to what we are used to. It was difficult to locate the property with the gps because we found at least four ways of spelling the street name! There are shops around in the area and we were able to find whatever food etc we needed. The parking in the back street is free 24/7, where the gutter is unpainted. All in all, thanks guys for a very enjoyable stay.
Good for price

Very good service and location
Fine living!
The hotel room was great, very clean, full of all sorts of luxuries like an overhead shower, an electric kettle, a mini-fridge and microwave. Was a great getaway weekend! It's close enough to walk to everything in the city center, but bring your walking shoes.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely staff and a nice outdoor patio area away from the street with a secured entrance. Daily housekeeping and fairly close to many attractions. Free parking is on the street behind, and even being out at night we felt safe. All in all good value for the price.

Great Haifa Accomodation
Rooms are small and dated, comfortable and the friendliness of the staff more than compensated.
Think hostel, Not hotel
The section of the city it is in is such people who live there who I visited would not roll down the car windows when they dropped me off. There is only street parking, if available. The front desk closes for the night and does not open again until 9am or so. The rating reflects what I got against what I expected. If you expect a hostel, then my comment would be it is overpriced. And I would still be cautious about the section of the city it is in. The quality of the hotel service rating reflects the shutdown of the front desk in the evening. Otherwise it was fine. At least a 3.
it was ok for the price but i got charged twice
good place to stay in haifa
Good clean little triple room. Looks like the building was being renovated at one point. Good hot showers, and good central location. Clean. Surrounding neighborhood at night seemed a little sketchy to leave car overnight, but it was fine.
Dreadful
On our arrival at City Center Apartments we were advised by the gentleman on the desk that we were being given an upgrade at no extra charge. Great we thought. We were then shown our pokey grotty room. The beds were relatively comfortable but despite my having asked for a quiet room, the noise was unbearable. The bathroom was also pokey, with the shower being right beside the wash basin and door. As the water didn't easily flow away the whole floor became very wet and slippery. We therefore had to wait for the floor to dry before we could use the loo etc. The shower bracket was also broken so you had to hold the shower head in your hand and then place it over the tap whilst you washed. Fortunately, we only stayed here for one night. I appreciate City Center Apartments is a low budget accommodation, but I would suggest you only stay here if you are really desperate
Great location to visit Tel Aviv!
We were so fortunate to have Gali as the apartment manager. Our Expedia booking never reached her. (This happened again in Haifa). She offered us lunch across the street at Streets restaurant while she tried to figure out what had happened. (The Streets breakfast lasted us until early dinnertime and it's delicious.) Not to leave our family of 4 stranded, she worked on finding us a place and shuffled around her bookings to make it work.
A night in Haifa.
Very helpful people, good value apartment.
Building has old beautiful bones.
the room was large with many amenities. The reception staff were wonderful, giving informative advice and always pleasant and helpful. E.g., a SHAROOT ride to the beach was across the street from the reception area was only 7 NIS hence very convenient.
Clean room--bad location
The hotel room was clean and inexpensive, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located far away from the main tourist area in a less tourist-friendly location. If that doesn't bother you, and you need a cheap place to stay, then go for it! Also, kosher food is hard to find in this neighborhood, so if you are planning on only eating kosher, it would be better to stay in the more touristy-area on top of the mountain. Super easy to get to from the Baha'i Gardens via public transit and also very close to the Madatech Science Museum.
Nice hotel, good for families
I was traveling by myself so it was not an ideal location as I am a woman and its in an Arabic neighborhood. The staff was great with directions & once I goty bearins I pretty much walked everywhere. I would suggest this place for families and people traveling in a group.

Don’t come here!
Our stay was very disappointing there was no Likeness between the pictures on the site and and the actual room which was Terrible!!!! The pictures are misleading. The owner and the guy who checked us in were very nice and tried to help but the basic facilities were horrible
