The dining staff were excellent. There is a boutique mall adjacent to the hotel.

Everything was lovely. The carpet in the room did desperately need a cleaning. The room was thoroughly vacuumed but the carpet needed a steam clean.

Highly recomended place to stay it was very conveniete walking distance to MOA , ayala mall.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff are courteous and efficient. It’s right beside the W Mall which is very convenient. Restaurant staff gave us excellent service and their breakfast buffet spread was wonderful.

This hotel is very close to Mall of Asia and the baywalk and thus is excellent for travelers, loved the property, excellent staff, the restaurant is awesome.

Everything was a disaster which tells me management doesn't really care about paying customers. A lot of ship crew and air crew. I guess it would be ok if it was free. Housekeeping sucked. Bedbugs. Room service was terrible. Front desk was totally unhelpful. Restaurant is always empty..... except for free breakfast. Security guys were excellent and the gym and gym staff were great.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was great both times. The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The rooms are great! Spacious, clean and very comfortable. About a 15min walk to Mall of Asia and 20 drive to the Airport.

Keep Citadines on your option list. Close to MOA & standards rival other key hotels.

Great hotel in Manila

Hotel was a pleasant surprise. I chose this hotel for the location, price and reviews. Everything was perfect until my cousin got trapped in the bathroom. The door lock got stuck. And had to call maintenance to open it. Also the wifi wasn’t working with the username and password the front desk gave us, had to call the front desk and they gave us a differnt password. Overall, the staff was very nice and pleasant.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Staff was very accomodating and welcoming. They had a laundry service which was very convenient. Our room was also very clean a d well kept. Will book this hotel again in the future!

It was a really good hotel,convenient to international lay over flights 12-15mins ride to NAIA airport. Plus its a pet friendly hotel my cat love our room.

Customer service was amazing, the staff were super hospitable and lovely. The hotel and rooms looked great. The only detractor is that the air quality in the rooms was a bit musty. The A/Cs seem like they need servicing for mold. The staff provided us with air purifiers on request

There was a strong sewage/drainage smell throughout the room on the 10th floor. The bedroom AC also leaked on the bed

The staff was friendly and helpful; check-in and out was efficient. If you need assistance with getting a cab they will gladly schedule one for you. The room was very clean and well maintained, and you actually can take a hot, not barely warm shower! We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Spacious room. Clean and comfortable beddings. I love the idea of water dispenser in the room. The access to global tv channels is a plus. Hotel staff are friendly, corteous and attentive esp.the housekeeping. I had issues during the front check in, but were able to resolved it. I have not heard this hotel but Im glad I tried, Its 20min. walk to SM Mall of Asia.

Mar 14, 2024 our room had a rancid smell through the vent. Our used glasses in the bathroom were not replaced until I called housekeeping to replace it. Buffet breakfast was excellent although I’m not used to our server handing out bill check before we even took our first bite at breakfast. Housekeeping services need improvement. I will definitely come back because of its luxury rating. But I hope our room won’t have that rancid smell of vinegar next time. All in all it’s accessible to everything, got a good discount.

Checkin counter too slow. Not knowledgeable with the hotels.com gold member perks. The very slow checkin process is really a big headache for this hotel, as i was checkin in my clients, another customer was already complaining due to the Nth time this happend to her.

Clean hotel, stayed here as it was close to the airport and also only a few mins away from Mall of Asia. Staff friendly. Lots of fast food, however sit in dining limited within walking distance.

It is close to the airport. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The food at the restaurant is very good. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated and it was too cold to swim in it. Reception desk staff were very helpful.

I didnt check in, and this score is given on past experiences, its the only hotel I will stay in when in Manila.

It has been my second time with this hotel and they never disappoint.

One thing I dislike was to noise from other rooms which can be heard from the inside.

Oddly smell in the room The online chat was very unresponsive. We try to book the airport pick-up, which is one of the services specifically listed on the hotel website. The client service went ghosted after we provided flight no and all details. Nothing book despite continuously follow up for days. No one showed up, of course. No explanation, just nothing. Even we bring this up to the front desk. Nothing. This is the VIP access we got. Unreliable.

Although our stay was short lived it was one of the best by far. Apart from the amazing modern rooms, plentiful amenities and great breakfast buffet the staff is what really sets this hotel off from the others. The guards and front of house staff were always attentive and very welcoming whenever we had left or came back from our excursions. I’ll always recommend this hotel to all friends and family visiting manila and anyone who is thinking about booking this hotel. I’d also like to give a very special shoutout to Rich who was not only amazing but was caring and very attentive to my family, he went above and beyond to always make sure we were well taken care of and that we were comfortable throughout our stay he even went further by extending our check out time to 2PM free of charge when we had told him our flight was not until 7PM and even offered to hold our luggages if we wanted to roam around before leaving for the airport. I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough if you are ever looking for a hotel in Pasay City please give Citadines a chance you won’t regret it!!!!

Citadines covers all the hospitality aspects a guest would want & only falls short on their breakfast. If they want to improve on their breakfast.. simply review Conrad, Hilton Manila, Okada & Solaire as all get top marks for their breakfast buffet.

Big shout-out to Whilmer Zhang who went extra mile that exceeds quality service on this 2nd Citadines location I’ve stayed during my homeland vacation. Highly recommended, had a relaxing bay view, and close to NAIA.

Upscale hotel with great gym and Olympic sized outdoor pool. Had a couple of problems with rooms but they were resolved quickly.

Good location, rooms are equipped with microwave, washing machine and dryer, and water dispenser - perfect for long term stay. Room smelled a little weird upon arrival - we believe it was coming from the AC/vent. Double check the charges on the card on file before checking out.
