We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. We could never get the curtain to keep from rubbing against us. The gym was good and the restaurant was good and everybody was really friendly and nice and I would stay there again, but it does need some updating.

Warm, receptive and helpful staffs

This is the second time I have stayed at Chinggis Khaan Hotel, Ulaanbaatar. I find the hotel staffs are warm and helpful. The hotel is pretty central with good restaurants withing walking disrtances.

The people there are Amazing well located clean safe breakfast was delicious

not happy with my stay at all .Noisy from workman working on the hotel till early hrs of morning. 32 Degrees and no air conditioning after returning from hiking

It’s a one of the best hotel in the city!! Amazing location, very friendly staff and kind. I spoke with the manager he is super nice and very professional! I recommend this hotel to ALL!!

Very nice and convenient

Great on Most Counts, except Breakfast

Great service, spacious rooms, and good locations. I would have given 5 stars if the breakfast buffet was improved — need some more variety. Our group stayed over a week, and it was the same thing every day. Coffee could be better quality, too. Other than that, we really loved our stay.

Yhe hotel is great. Quiet. Staff is very helpful and polite. Wifi was not stable and slow, but OK. Breakfast was impressive.

Clean and comfortable hotel

Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel for family of 4 and located right next to eMart.it was a convenient base to rest and stock on supplies in between trips to the grasslands.

ok hotel but a bit remote, great staff

This hotel is ok, the facilities feel on the verge of being outdated but are still allright. Location is a bit remote from Chinggis square and the attractions around it as well as the busy spot of Seoul street, so you will need to walk a bit as you explore UB (or catch a bus) but there is a shopping centre right next to the hotel as well as a few restaurants. I couldn't get breakfast in the morning, it opened at 7am, by 7.30am there was nothing left (lots of tour groups go there) which was a bit annoying. Staff was really nice and helpful, big thank you to them Overall an ok hotel in that range in UB

Hard Rock cafe visit

On the outside the hotel looks great, room was ok, A/C in the 3 rooms we had didn't work. Stains all over the hallway carpet, holes in bathroom wall with sharp metal rings around a pipe sticking out of the wall. Next door to a shopping wall and a few restaurants. Easy walk to HRC, tour group pick up was at our hotel

It was okay to stay in there. pretty old style hotel, close to downtown.

Great room and good heating

Nice and helpful staff. Big Hotel, but it felt as if only a few floors were operational - could be the season of course. I might stay here again if the price is right. For business, the place delivered all that is needed. At winter UB gets really cold. The heating in the room was as good as the Wifi: excellent!

Chingis Khan Hotel two thumbs up!!

No one really spoke much English let alone fluent English I would say. But their attitude was warm & caring this was always in evidence. Gave the feeling of a family run B&B. I will come back to stay for sure because it is good value and the staff are friendly and cute!!

This hotel need to be refreshed there is no real bar. They are many other hotels in UB newer and more up to date.

Accommodating

Getting to the hotel from the airport is a challenge as the taxis have no meters. The fare should be around 30,000 Tingrik. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance to the main city square (10 minutes) Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room and the fridge is well stocked. The rooms are serviced each day and are kept very clean. A buffet breakfast is available with a wide range of foods to select from. The staff are friendly although I did experience some communication problems. Tourist trips can be arranged at the hotel which also has a shopping complex attached to it. There are many places in the city from which you can purchase cashmere products at fantastic prices. However, the hotel seems to be a black spot fro wifi and mobile phones. I could not access either whilst there.

This hotel was...Meh

You can tell that this was once a very nice hotel, but it is starting to get run down. It could use a remodeling. Although it appears the hotel has a pool, it is actually part of a fitness center that hotel guests only have access to if it is not being used for fitness classes. This meant the pool was not available to us until 8pm, which was a bit late. The breakfast was very good. Overall this hotel is probably not worth what they are charging.

One day stayed and enjoyed, less expensive; friendly staff... like minibar, variety of drinks and snacks; good tea and coffee as well.

Mongolia

This is my first time in Mongolia so was slightly apprehensive. I was very appreciative that a hotel staff was waiting for me at the airport to tranfer me to the hotel and the flight was so delayed (Korean airline will not be in my future airline of choice, the return flight was also delayed!!!) The room was comforatable and clean, the temperature in the room was very warm so I turned on the air-con and went to bed, it was an uncomfortable restless sleep due the room being too hot. Unfortunately this was not rectified, I was given a stand up electric which alleviate the problem slighly but definitely the room was too hot for me to sleep. Buffet breakfast was okay nothing to write home about. The staffs at Chinggis Khaan were friendly, accommodating and did their best for their clients.

It is a very run down place; I don't think it was worth the money.

매우 친절하고 바로 옆에 이마트가 있는 호텔

직원이 매우친절 했습니다. 호텔 프런트에 택시를 요청하였는데 택시기사와 의사소통을 해주어서 목적지까지 쉽게 도착하였습니다 엿날의 영광을 되찾기에는 너무 오래된 건물이 안타깝습니다만 가까운 곳에 이마트가 있고 방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.

Convenient and clean!

Personal at hotel are all very friendly. Because of winter (low season), I got a free upgrade so I added 2 more nights there. The hotel must be 5 star before the other new international 5 stars were built. No need to pay more and stay even more center of Ulanbataar, walking distance from this hotel and bus is just outside, easy and very cheap. Emart is a big and great shopping center with everything you need, which is just outside of the hotel. Many restaurants nearby, really convenient!

2人部屋なのに、アメニティーが一組しかなく、おまけにバスタオルが濡れていた。クレームには迅速にたいおうしてくれたが、シャワーは、1分ごとに水がとまり、次に水が出るのは1分後という具合で、ホテルの格式の割には、しせつのレベルは低かった。ただし、客室の居心地、使い勝手は良かった。

울란바타르에서 오래된 친구같은 호텔 어두운 1층 식당의 아침 식사를 제외하고는 편안한 서비스를 제공하는 호텔 오래된 호텔이고 보수가 아주 잘 이루어지지 않았지만 나름 리노베이션이 되어 있고 옛 그대로의 운치있는 가구 등 장점을 가지고 있다.

老舗なんだろうがイマイチ

単純に古い。タオル清潔だがボロボロ。部屋が間接照明のみで照度が足りない。フロントの対応も洗練されていない

隣がショッピングセンターで買い物に便利で、ホテルの周りは下町的な感じで色々な店があり便利でした。 カードキーがエラーになった時、フロントがすぐににこやかに対応してくれて助かりました。

口コミで建物や設備が古いというようなことも見ていたのですが、実際はずっと快適で何も問題なく過ごせました。滞在中に不安に思っていたことも、英語や日本語でのサポートが丁寧でしたので何も問題なく過ごしました。ありがとうございました。

전체적으로 잘 쉴 수 있는 환경이었습니다. 단하나 단점은 샤워할 때 물이 잘나왔다 잘안나왔다 한 것이었습니다. 수도시설을 고치면 다른 부분은 만족할 수 있었습니다.

이 호텔은 정말 장단점이 극명하네요. 직원분 매우 친절하셨습니다. 아침에 4시에 택시타고 공항가야 되는데, 어떻게 안전하게 가야되나 걱정되는 상황에서 예약해주시고 챙겨줘서 너무 감사했어요. 품격있고 조용했습니다. 높은 분들도 주무신 숙소라는데 우리 평민들이야 몽골 상황에 비하면 호텔 나무랄건 하나도 없습니다. 오래된 에이스를 보는 느낌입니다. 깨끗하고 모던한 숙소 찾으시는 분 비추. 주변에 아파트를 짓는지 완전 공사판. 편의시설은 바로 옆에 이마트 GS25

시설도 좋고 난방도 잘 들어와 잘 잤습니다
