Only few minutes away from Toyota station and Toyota Municipal Museum. Staff at the front desk was very polite, kind and helpful. The room was small but this is normal for a "Japanese business hotel". Very clean and I had a pleasant stay! Thank you!

Traveller予約済みにも関わらず、予約が入っていないと言われ追い返されそうになった。二重払いになっても良いので部屋を用意してほしいと申し出て、ようやく部屋に入れた。 エクスペディアから連絡してもらい一時間後には解決したが、あまりにも恐ろしい。旅程表を見せても「でもこちらには予約がありません」「本当に予約したか確認してください」「どうしようもないです」と言われた時には野宿を覚悟した。 部屋も埃が残り、風呂の床は黒ずみ、また他の部屋の音がよく通り、あまり良くなかった。朝食は簡易的なもの。パンと飲み物のみで、ホットミールはない。満足度は極めて低かった。

設備は、少し古いですがごく普通です。 掃除が少し甘く、初日から浴室に自分ものではない髪の毛が気になりました。 ロケーションは豊田市駅から歩いて5分程度、賑やかさが途切れる辺りですが、不便ではありません。 朝食が付いていました。 パンだけなのは、ご飯党には少し残念でしたが、問題なく頂きました。 スタッフは親切で、日中仕事で使いたいとの希望を聞いて、ルームメークの都合をつけていただきました。
