Great experience, great people, easy to get everyw
I would describe this as a bed and breakfast experience with a great group of people (including the owner). Nice little community
Anna is great, snd the hotel is smzing.
Ann was there at the front to greet me and my daughter and she had a driver ready and available in the morning for me, everything was as it said it would be, very nice quick stay
This issue has not been resolved yet. Based on this conversation I am not likely to recommend Expedia… However; I am a big fan of Expedia and I am certain the issue will be resolved. Once again… I booked a hotel that had no one there, not a single car parked in the designated client parking list, not a single door open, not a single customer service representative. The hotel was not available for use in any possible way.
Owner was extremely polite and helpful. But the room was quite dirty. The outside patio looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Dust was caked on all the outdoor furniture. Many electrical lighting issues. We had to unscrew the light bulb to turn off the light. Tv but no tv service. Refrigerator did not work. Had about 6 different keys for many different locks and doors (not exaggerating).
Amazing find in the heart of Ajijic
Anne, the owner is an amazing host. She provided over-the-top assistance throughout our visit. Anne's knowledge of the area and her contacts within the community are unsurpassed. Anne made us feel at home during our entire stay.
Ann Dyer was always very helpful when needed. When requesting something, it was immediately attended to. Thank you
Friendly and helpful staff and owner. Hotel located on very noisy street.
Nice hotel right on the main road. A little noisy - but that's Mexico. The apartment was very big with nice decorations. It was very clean and comfortable. Access by private elevator made getting bags upstairs easy. The host is delightful
In the heart of Ajijic
We stayed at this older hotel in the ground suite that has a gated private patio, a large living/dining/full kitchen, a separate bedroom with queen bed, large closet, armoire, and vanity w/stool, and separate bathroom with walking shower. Everything except bathroom can be air conditioned. Breakfast was delivered each morning and entire suite cleaned daily. Laundry was done as we stayed 10 days at no charge. Ann Dyer, the owner, is an excellent host. If needed, bus stops at front of hotel. Street noisy, but ok with ac on. Plaza 2 blks downhill. Two excellent restaurants, Bobby's rated #1 by us, & Roberto's #2 are close by. Ann has owned this Hotel for 33 years and has many events on her rooftop patio. It's nice to see the sun set up there too! Enjoy, but remember this is Mexico not the USA
Tres bien comme endroit et Anna est super!
Excelente todo, cálida atención
Anne the owner was very nice and attentive to our needs.
