I wish there was an option for zero star!! The property was a total scam! No information to check in was provided, there was no one at the property, and the contact number does not work. Worst booking experience ever!!! Spoiled my entire trip and wasted my time.

We had a three night stay here and it was magnificent! We had a quiet night just drinking a couple of beers on the master balcony. Damian was an attentive, host Excellent place to stay in Kingston!

The upfront communication was above average. The host helped us to arrange airport transfer. The apartment was clean, and the view it lovely especially at night.

It worked well for us because my family just needed a clean, quiet, and safe apartment to stay in overnight to check out early and go to the airport the next morning. The view of the city lights was a nice surprise, my little one enjoyed it. Mr Anserson is also a very good host. I would try this apartment for a longer stay.

Not the cheapest but is was a bargain

A decent place away from the center, but in a very safe and secure area. No staff on site watching over things, only face to face was at check in and check out which gave us a sense of home. The room size are good, actually the rooms are huge! Overall decent experience, probably the cheaper places in Kingston would not have a Jacuzzi or such a great view so glad we stayed at this one.

Guest centric management.

We got there a bit early and the manager was in traffic (holiday season). We waited 13 minutes and they offered a bottle of complimentary wine (35 USD value) which really impressed us. My wife enjoyed the two nights.

THREE DAYS WAS NOT ENOUGH

It is not a 5 star luxury apartment, we knew that based on the amount we paid, but it is a very nice apartment and the young lady who manages it was very kind to me and my wife. These apartments around Kingston, some are good and others are so so, this is one of the good ones because of the amenities, everything being super clean and the beds remind me of my military days. When we walked in, I could tell they put real effort in preparing the place for us and we appreciate that.

Unusual space. An apt that feels like a mansion

Jah know, I really did not want to leave. The stay was not long enough. There is something very special about the space. I would buy a space like this one. I would recommend trying it out.

Very good view of the city lights at nights.

The apartment had every thing we needed to feel at home. It was not ordinary apartment, it seems everything was supersize. In the evenings we poured 🍷 🍷 🍷 and an drink and watched at the city lights comes on slowly. Nice vibes...

Safe apartment that made us fell at home

Ms Thompson was very responsive throughout and ensured that I had the amenities to make my stay comfortable. This space is located just far enough out of Kingston epicenter for you to feel safe at the end og the day. It is your best bet if visiting Kingston for the first time.

The property is very good. But, the list itself did not say you need call the property manager before you arrive and extra cleaning charges upon arrival. It is only list in the itinerary. If you did not pay attention, the door was looked and took long time before any nice local people can help you can the manager. During our stay, there at least 2 group people had the same issue. If you did not bring enough cash, the extra clean charge will catch you. In my opinion, if they add the note and the extra charge in the list page, more people will give better review. The property is far from attraction, so have rental call will be handy

We like everything except the road to the apartment. Great and quite community.

Very Spacious Apartment and Great View

It is a modern and warm design. We loved its location. Very quiet rooms with super spacious bathroom! Located in one of the better neighborhood in Kingston and very quiet!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment

Very comfortable beds. I put the pillows at the foot of the bed and just fall asleep watching the city lights. It is actually cool in November, I sleep with the windows and balcony door open.

Hands down one of the best apartment we have rented in Kingston after seven visits. Don't get me wrong this is not a ground floor apartment so you have to go upstairs but even that has its reward - nice view of the city. The manager was very helpful in getting us settled, she even helped us out with a lat check-out. I find this apartment to be budget friendly and not bad for an extended stay.

Lovely stay, the manager was warm and welcoming and they were easy to do business with. The battery in the gate remote died and they sent maintenance with a replacement remote in 20 minutes. It is not often that smaller accommodations are so professional. The apartment was super clean and look just like the photos. The space was comfortable for 6 people which was the size of our party. I will bring my kids there for Easter next year.

This was my second time renting this location. Each time was a good experience. The manager accommodated my request for a 9am check in and offered use insight on setting up a day trip to Ocho Rios. Will definitely be back.

The apartment is about 2-3 minutes removed for the city noised. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. The manager arranged our airport pick up and drop off and we used the same driver Ricardo to take us around. Kingston is a very interesting place with an abundance in culture and nightlife. We are planning a second trip and definitely booking here again.

It was better than just OK. It rained for the three days we were in Kingston so we spend most of the time indoor. Some board games would have been appreciated but the cable service and Netflix made up for that. All amenities including the AC, WiFi and hot water worked so there is nothing to really complain about. Very nice view at night especially. Good impression on us.

Good stay, glad I selected this apartment. It is a very big and well furnished apartment. Nice pots too.

Windy summers days slightly after it rained, it was so cool we didn't even bothered with the air condition for the three nights we stayed, it was especially very cool at nights. Every thing look like the photos online and the manager was very professional. We tried to extend our stay but the hotel in Ocho Rios would not allow us to cancel so we had to keep our prior plans. We would recommend this apartment to other international travelers heading to Kingston.

Third time and you deliver all the time. Thank you for making the maid arrangements for us. It was lovely getting up to the smell of a big Jamaican beakfast every morning. I am not such a fan of fried dumplings in the morning but my husband love it. I wish the apartment was on the groud floor but the view is worth the while. We enjoy your space and will be back next year.

This is our third time staying here since 2013. Every time we come back there is visible sign of improvements, kudos to the management and maintenance people for doing a good job. If you want to be in the middle of the party zone this apartment is not it. If you are looking for a safe, quite apartment not too far from the city center consider this one. The view is great and they have a Jacuzzi. Yeah, and the master bedroom have a large king bed. Just when the sun is about to go down I sit out on the patio with a couple red strip and the radio in the background playing Mello FM. There is something about drinking a beer and watching the city lights come on one at a time while the sun goes down that is so soothing.

This is a scam they take your money and don’t follow through with the proper steps. Communication is very poor and the Customer service was horrible. The manager Mark is an incompetent individual and was very arrogant and rude. When I initially Sent him a message regarding my refund process he overlooked my message and did not respond. When I contacted him he over talked me and then blocked me without awsering any questions. He also tried to keep my refund stating I did not follow the instructions (that was NEVER GIVEN) this property should be off the website. The handling of the situation was VERY POOR. I wouldn’t advise any one that is traveling from the states to book at the place. My family and I sat outside this property for 2 hours waiting on a answer response and person any kind of help with 2 minors under the age of 10. After getting off a very exhausting trip. Keep in mind we were purpose for the cost was a funeral. We did not expect to run into such a major issue upon arrival. Then to actually speak with the owner only to receive that kind of back lash. This is very Unexpectable especially because of the circumstances. I have NEVER dealt with ANY kind of service with this kind of behavior. When he refused to release my refund I then spoke with two very helpful representative one agent and a supervisor they got the job done. I would strongly recommend taking this posting off your website.

Overall a very nice property and a good experience. Very spacious apartment. I really felt like I was to home. Nice view of the city as well especially the city lights at nights. It is a ten minute drive from city center (New Kingston). If you need to be in city center, FYI this one is outside city center. If you need peace, quiet and safety in a affluent side of town, then you will find that there. We will rent it again next year.

Red and team are my two lease of my favorite colors but boy did these people get it right. It is an amazing villa and we had some good family time on the trip. I think the teal started to grew on me a little bit.

Thought it was a photographers trick, but the apartment is a palace. It is as huge as it appeared. Very homely experience, even the manager related to us in a way which made us felt like a family member. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Kingston, is not so much different from Panama City, but staying in such a nice accommodation really made the difference.

Casa Tianna was like a home away from home. Mrs. Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful. We look forward to staying again in the future.

I could not take a vacation so I settled for a workcation. I was able to do both and the atmosphere was quiet so I got work out of the way with ease and no distraction. I was then able to enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding and the cozy ambiance of the apartment. The view from the master bedroom balcony had me drinking Red Stripe Beers at night. They have a couple of pretty comfortable patio chairs on the balcony. I sat there for hours in the evening watching the city street lights come on as the sky fade from light to dark. They was the most calming thing of all. It was the perfect break from the Miami lifestyle.

This place was fantastic! It was much better than we expected. Very safe and secure. Great and spacious rooms and what a fantastic layout, very comfortable and great use of space. The view of the city was calming at nights and we did not have to go far from city center to get such an awesome view. Count me in for the next trip, I will be travelling to Kingston again solo shortly. I will definitely stay there again. Jenny, the manager was fantastic with his communication and I had no disappointments. Great internet service and very comfortable beds.

Staff waited patiently thru 3 delays and a missed connection in Miami. Comfortable, clean and massive apartment, management was friendly and pretty professional. That place is well kept! Nothing negative to say. No other place I will stay on my next trip to Kingston.

First time user Expedia to get airline tickets and hotel. First time to Kingston. There were a lot of first happening and I was pretty nervous. I must say Casa Tianna and the staff made my experience wonderful. Jenny (the manager) greeted me with warm island smile and showed me the apartment amenities. Beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean. Would recommend. Nice views of the city, very close to public transport (I did not drive), large comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom. The Apartment is good for a couple or their family. But for a single man it's not a good fit.

Kept looking out the windows at the night lights

If you like views/scenery the apartment had a good view of the city lights. The apartment itself was very nicely put together and I really like the big clock. In fact I just bought one of the clock off ebay. These folks have high quality furniture and all the amenities was in working order. Liked the shower in the second bedroom as well. In short the stay we very peaceful and enjoyably.

Second trip is even better

Second time here, I did not write a review on my first stay. I am not the one to write reviews but I am very much move to do so. These guys too an apartment that was very good 6 months ago and made is PERFECT! This place is completely redecorated and looks like paradise! This is a very good apartment and a wonderful place to find peace and quiet.

Relaxing and Peaceful Atmosphere!!!

I definitely enjoyed my stay at this lovely place, a great vacation spot! Although,the apartment is away from the beaches we spent one day at an All Inclusive resort in Ocho Rios! And came back to the apartment as if it was our apartment! It was really like a home away from home! I Definitely will go back there again!

DON'T HESITATE JUST BOOK IT!!!

Absolutely lovely! I would say that I'm well traveled, grew up in Jamaica myself and have never seen such a fantastic view. The climb to the third floor was completely worth it. Not to mention the air conditioned rooms, full kitchen, two and a half Bath (with fabulous jacuzzi and shower), and two full bedrooms . 10/10, highly recommended.

Very attractive

We only stayed for 2 nights. This is a beautiful guest house we are very thankful that we chose this location. The place was very clean and well-kept. This was much better than staying in any of the hotels in the area. We strongly recommend this guesthouse. If we need to go back any time in the future we are sure to stay here if it is available. One thing you must know Is that the Room is on the 3rd Floor and there is no elevator. That is just an FYI but once you get to the Room it is well-worth walking up the stairs.

Comforting experience

I went to Jamaica to bury one of my sons and my stay at Casa Tianna made a very big difference. I was very comfortable because of the peace and quiet. I had the opportunity to mourn him in a dignified manner, before and after the funeral.

Mansion estate with spectacular views!

Searching the web for a villa with views I came across Casa Tianna and was immediately intrigued. I reached out to the estate manager Kevin before booking and he was very accommodating and informative. Upon arrival I was blown away by the gated, mansion-like estate; the pictures truly don't do it enough justice. There were stairs to acces the home, but that is something you must expect if you are to experience such a breathtaking view of the city. The rooms were huge with high ceilings, classic furniture and equipped with everything you could ever need in a home. The space was very clean with additional towels and bedding, cooking appliances, self-controlled AC units, cable, wifi, jacuzzi tub and glass standing showers, parking, a BBQ grill, literaly every amenity imaginable! The location was perfect for me; a rural area right on the edge of the busy city and just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and nightlife. I will always remember our perfect stay at the Casa (my Casa lol) during my families dream vacation. At such an affordable price we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Kevin and Jennifer for your hospitality, you're the best!

Nice place.

Very nice cozy complex. Sometimes pictures can make accommodations appear bigger than they are, but this one is really spacious. It really is like staying in a mansion. Everything you need is in the apartment. It is definitely in the better part of Kingston (residential) and we enjoyed the closeness to everything. There are steps involved but nothing like the previous review made it out to be. I expected steps based on the previous review, but when I walked into the apartment it was worth all the while. It is exactly like the photos or even better. It definitely had more than one air conditioner. Not like the previous review stated. The first night I woke up at 4am, the room was so cold i had to adjust the air. We had a great stay and can't think of anything to complain about. Great and informative communication prior to my trip. It helps to know where you are going and what to expect. Thanks Kevin and Jen. I highly recommend staying here! Last but not least, whoever gave this place or these folks a bad rap must just be in general a very unhappy individual...lol 

One a.c in the house

It was one of the worst experience that I have ever had the steps to get to the apartment you have to work at least 40 steps to actually get to the apartment which actually only have one AC in the master bedroom and to be in Jamaica Kingston Jamaica to be pacific that is terrible

Amazing views, peaceful and relaxing environment.

My stay at the Casa Tianna guest apartment was great, spacious rooms with Amazing views, clean and equipped with all necessities. My little girl loved it , it felt like home. 5 Star Accommodation

We stayed at Casa Tianna for 3 nights while we attended a wedding and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was relaxing the very modern apartment was impeccably clean and maintained. The view from the windows are beautiful and breathtaking. Upon booking the reservation I received a call from the property owner who enlightened me on what to expect as this was a last minute booking, he made sure the apartment would be ready for us the next day. On arrival we met with the property manager who was very attentive, she gave us a tour of the apartment which is located on the third floor and sheared with us all the pertinent information we needed to know for our stay. I'm so glad we chose Casa Tianna because this property is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood what a better way to truly experience Jamaica. We felt at home as we enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen we bought groceries, cooked and enjoyed some island flavors. This home is perfect for enjoying the island and having a beautiful home to come back to. Great communication before and upon our arrival we recommend this home and owner to make some great memories!
