We had a beautiful room with many amenities and enjoyed walking around the hotel, looking at the historical furniture and the historical walls and everything just beautifully placed. I had access to things from the Inca Empire through the Spanish through today.
Great staff and rooms
The experience was amazing!!
We loved our time at Casa Andina! The staff was super helpful, the hotel even provides food baskets for early adventures in the morning and, more interestingly, they also have a service for offering several minutes of free oxygen to help accommodate with the altitude! We even had the unfortunate opportunity to having to call a doctor at the hotel room and the Casa Andina staff were super helpful with the process. Room was super clean and spacious too. Overall we loved our time there!
In the city heart. Breakfast is very good and open at 5am which is early enough for our tour.
Perfect hotel
What can I say, it’s the perfect place to stay! Super clean, beautiful hotel with an amazing service, comfortable bed, walking distance to all museums, restaurants and shopping!
Excellent service and location. The hotel installations are super nice with several patios to enjoy the weather and relax. Professional service and acomodating
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect other than the fact that the reception staff asked for additional payment for free breakfast for our twin kids(age=11 years) . They were already added to the reservation so it felt a bit weird. However they later agreed to waive the payment as a courtesy so at the end it was all good. Nice ambience and overall very friendly staff with clean premises.
Excellent hospitality and location is amazing and close to all shopping and food.
Great place. Perfect for when you are coming out the rainforest and need a little luxury. The staff are lovely and the room is very comfortable.
Fue muy tranquilo
Lovely stay at Casa Andina! Very kind staff and nice rooms. Walkable to all of central Cusco
The property is located in Central Cusco, a few blocks from the main square and very close to awesome restaurant, museums and shops. It is located in a lovely colonial house with 5 patios and classic furniture. We stayed in a lovely suite in front of a patio. Quiet, fresh and comfortable. Although we did not dine at the hotel, the breakfast buffet is varied and everyone can find what he or she likes, from healthy, to vegan, to Peruvian and international stuff. The bar has awesome Pisco Sours nd the service is impeccable.
So great. Great breakfast, great beds, great shower, great staff.
Amazing breakfast
Really nice and spacious rooms, great location and wonderful staff. We didn't see that we couldn't take large items to macchu Picchu on the train and despite us not staying with them.. they kept our luggage in their hold for the time we were visiting. Really nice place
Plaza was very convenient and was able to achieve of getting our goals to meet the alpacas based on what we saw on YouTube
Loved, loved, loved everything! Room, property, breakfast, staff - amazing! We were sad to only stay there one night!!
We had a great room except the bathroom had a constant sewer gas smell. It was late and we had to get up early, otherwise we would have asked for another room. We just wanted to go to bed, so we closed the bathroom door. We took showers which should make sewer gas go away but it didn’t so I assume the plumbing does not have a trap. Very disappointed for spending $219. Would not recommend.
Casa Andina Premium Cusco was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Almost everybody there spoke English which was great for me and my family. I speak a little Spanish but not good enough for every scenario so it was a delight for the staff to speak a more familiar language. The property was beautiful and the room was incredibly clean. I would stay again!
Cozy, well kept and managed hotel. Friendly staff and ambience. Modern and updated rooms with the right comfort in and old meets new look.Enjoyed its location and nearby surroundings. Definitely plan to stay at Casa Andina Premium for our next Cusco visit. Thank You.
Beautiful property with the nicest staff.
No window , you cannot breath , cucso high altitude , you cannot see outside from this hotel
The place was superb!! We had a King Suite that was gorgeous! Location was close to everything, main square many restaurants and shopping! Entire staff was amazing! If ever back in Cusco will be staying here!
The service the setting the scintillating Scene!
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great location to walk to the Plaza de Armas. The restaurant offers a great breakfast that westerners will enjoy and lunch and dinner have a good variety of local dishes. Highly recommended.
Love, love, love
Good place just a little noisy
Great stay in Cusco
Amazing!
Amazing place to stay! Centrally located. And the staff was very helpful too.
Atención 24/7, servicio muy atento, botellas de agua gratis todos los días.
Beautiful property and loved the included breakfast. Easy to walk around town from this location.
Great accommodation
Excellent hotel. Staff was amazing and super helpful.
We stayed here for one night after completing our Four Day Inka Trail and that's all it took to fall in love with this beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds were wonderful and helped with getting the rest we needed. Breakfast is included, a delicious, buffet style that should please most. After breakfast, we had the opportunity to pose and take pictures with an adorable baby llama!!!! What a treat. The shops in the hotel offered great Peruvian art as did the woman who weaved her own textiles, I'm loving my purchases. Just outside there is a small market that that also offers laundry services at a great price. We took advantage to get our hiking clothing clean and ready to take home. There are many stores and souvenirs shops nearby and you can walk to the Plaza de Armas in no time. Definitely will recommending to family and friends.
El hotel muy bonito y la atención espectacular me encantó lo recomiendo
Great staff, clean, restaurant and services…
Convenient location . No elevator , no AC
The rooms were luxurious. The Continental breakfast was amazing. It was a lovely stay.
Great all in all
Everything was great staff, location and room
This is an historic colonial property built in the 16th century after the Spanish conquest. Beautiful courtyards. The rooms are modern and spacious. The staff is very professional and helpful. Breakfast was incredible!! Highly recommend.
Excellent service, friendly & helpful staff. Good location, clean, food is fantastic.
A very nice hotel with a unique colonial history. It has multiple patios ( courtyards ) to enjoy the outdoors. Great quality breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. It is also conveniently located very close to the main plaza and Cathedral (Plaza de Armas).
This hotel is really beautiful and extremely well located. I stayed with my husband and three kids and got two connecting rooms with plenty of space for everyone. Breakfast was very good and they gave us a box breakfast the day we left on a tour before breakfast started. Highly recommend!
Great location for a base in Cusco. Plaza del Armas only a five minute walk away to the center of Cusco. Service impeccable. The staff very helpful and friendly, There are no elevators, so if you have troubles with stairs request a room on the first floor. We made great friends with Marcos at the front desk, and Roger in the bat area. Always helpful giving suggestions on what to do in the area.
They upgraded us to the Presidential Suite . Very nice. Provided boxed breakfast for a 4 am tour. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near Historic Town center.
Upscale hotel in Cusco. good location, walkable to historic city centre. Good buffet breakfast that opens at 5am. They even provided a boxed breakfast at 4 am . Well appointed and comfortable rooms . Helpful staff. Note that you will have to climb stairs if room located on second floor. Wish there was a fan in the room for air circulation.
Beautiful hotel in the historic center. Friendly and professional staff. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Convenient, quiet, wonderful breakfast. They even offered oxygen if needed on your first day at altitude. Our only shortcoming was the 5 minutes it took for the shower to get hot. We would definitely stay there again.
The architecture of the Casa, the size of my suite and all the amenities. Friendly and attentive staff.
Fantastic place to stay in the heart of it all. It is walkable to everything and the food offered at the hotel is excellent.
Amazing professional and welcoming staff. Always offering to go above and beyond. A truly seamless experience and would love to come back again. Only note is the the bathroom drain maybe we clogged which created some minor flooding in the bathroom outside the shower.
Great property
Overall service was very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Three blocks away from main square, convenient Location.
Really great place to stay. Staff is so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, bathroom was nice. Would absolutely stay here again, it was very close to so many things
This is a great place to stay in Cusco! The staff is very helpful and responsive. The provided breakfast is great. The hotel is really in wonderful location for dining options, very walkable, safe and quiet, plus easy shopping. We loved the charming quality of this place and the comfortable rooms.
High price but not worth it
Beautiful hotel with inside plaza’s. The foundation is Inca built which makes it even more interesting. Staff are courteous, polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast, which is included, is incredible! They offer both traditional and Peruvian dishes. The options are numerous and everything taste extraordinary! The hotel sits in the middle of town and therefore assessable to many tourist attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Note that we went in October which was cool. The rooms do not offer AC, only a fan which was all we needed. Something to take note of if your traveling in their hot months.
Excellent service and clean
The most perfect hotel you can stay while in Cusco, if you ask me! The staff went above and beyond, always; the rooms were pristine, very clean bathrooms, and a beautiful court yard with a wonderful restaurant and bar. Two notes, however, that are not really anything bad about the hotel itself, but just things to consider. 1. There is a lovely courtyard in the front (outside) of the hotel. During the nights we spent there, our room had direct view/access to the outside. Considering there are many bars around, sometimes drunk people may be walking by, and they can be Very loud at times. Since the hotel (or at least, our room) did not have AC, we had to keep the windows open, so the noise would come through. 2. Beware of Eggs! I noticed pretty much everywhere in Peru, they don't always cook the eggs all the way through in omelettes or other egg dishes. This may cause some upset stomachs, so just be aware.
Prefect stay
We enjoy the stay very much . Location is easy to walk around and it nice walk to central. The interior of the hotel is nice . Breakfast is good. We have the room with 3 beds, it roomy and very comfortable.
Excellent hotel, happy to choose here, definitely will come back again. High recommended.
Excelente service at lobby , everyone was so helpful. The rooms, Amazing!! Breakfast buffet, AMAZING and DELICIOUS, really enjoyed the omelet station . Would definitely stay again, a great experience PS: the lobby smelled great.
Great hotel
Loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. Clean, safe, friendly staff, beautiful spaces, comfy beds, great location, yummy and complimentary breakfast. I stayed at another high end hotel in Cusco on the front end of my trip and Casa Andina Premium was better by far. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good, above average. But I got food poisoning after the dinner in the hotel and last night, it ruined my trip. The fire alarms on the ceiling in the room blinked very bright all night
Excellent
Bad check-in but after that everything is OK
Check-in wasn't a pleasant experience. We arrived at midnight and the front desk staff didn't hesitate to greet/welcome us. He didn't spear a smile during the checking-in process. We booked a triple-bed room for a family of 4, including 2 teenage girls, they can defiantly share a bed. But he insisted to charge us $50 per night so $100 for a 2-night stay. We paid and still no smile on his face. During our stay, we found EVERY staff is great and their service is totally worth the money. But not that front deck dude. The hotel is located in the center of the historical area, convenient but yet feel safe to walk around even late at night. Great deco in the hotel and the room, but the bathroom is really small. Awesome breakfast and great service staff. Recommend this hotel!
This is my second time staying at this particular location and it was still wonderful. It is close to the plaza and very safe. It felt like a boutique hotel and the decorations stayed true to the local area. The courtyard was very pretty and a nice place to unwind. The room was on the small side but clean and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast especially the fresh juices. We traveled with our toddler twins and one of them love Snoopy. On the last day they presented our sons with 2 canvases of Snoopy including paint brushes and paint to finish the portraits. It was a very sweet gesture. If you’re going to Cusco this should be on your list to consider.
Very friendly & helpful staff.. loved my stay there.. Thank you🙏
Nice and cozy hotel
we loved this place. Its very close to the center. Nice breakfast with options
Wow! Super impressed. Amazing and kind staff. Delicious food. Clean hotel. I legit can’t say enough amazing things about this place 10/10 one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and this is my 27th country I visited.
Staff is great, location is good, overall it is a very pleasing experience
Great location and service! We were in awe of the kind accommodating staff! If we came back we would stay here.
Peru traditional. No exercise facilities
We were in and out of thos hotel a few times around different tours (Inka Trail 4d trek, etc) and the front desk staff was always accommodating and helpful no matter the hour. They kept our luggage safe while we did the Inka Trail hike. Location to the historic center is easy walking distance and always felt safe. Would recommend
Excellent hotel
Beautiful hotel ,very cozy and very clean.
The staff all made us feel welcomed. They were attentive to all our needs. The hotel is beautiful.
Amazing quiet relaxing hotel. Excellent food. Very beautiful
Great hotel, centrally located with amazing rooms and great service.
Wish I were still there.
Amazing. Great staff, beautiful room, location was perfect. We stayed here 4 night and loved every minute of it.
Very good
Recommend
Great location and rooms!
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff went out of there way to make us happy. I would definitely stay there again.
Location is great and very safe. Walking distance to the square and shopping. You do not hear any traffic once inside the hotel.
The staff was really nice, and we loved the availability of recycling and emphasis on the environment. The bar staff was excellent and the free breakfast each morning was very good as well. There were tons of choices from eggs, fruits, dozens of different breads and pastries, as well as some alpaca!
I loved this place! Room was super clean, recently remodeled and really pretty. Staff was great, breakfast was great, loved all the little courtyards and places to hang out. Great location. Only minus is that the shower took forever to heat up, and never got that hot. But otherwise excellent hotel.
Great hotel.
Located on a plaza. Walking distance to many sites. Fabulous breakfast brunch. Our room overlooked main patio, and outside dining area.
Peaceful. Lovely courtyards
Large hotel with small intimate feel. Lovely courtyards. Immaculate rooms. White. Really white. Excellent lighting, very good shower, comfortable bed but with pillows a bit too hard and resistant to forming. Easy to control heating. Great breakfast in courtyard. And toilets that accept toilet paper. Unfortunately we’re told not to drink the faucet water, which occasionally has an unpleasant odor, but is not off color. Surprisingly the policy is to provide only two small (18 oz) bottles of water per visit, not per day. That said, when we requested two per day they willingly provided them. Hotel is also within walking distance of most major sites. There is also an excellent (!!) restaurant lacking one significant menu item: an IPA beer. They do have a n absolutely horrible Pale Ale. Wine is ok. Overall Casa Andina Premium is an excellent hotel where we’d definitely stay again and which we’d recommend highly, the IPA issue notwithstanding.
Everything was wonderful and there was the most helpful staff!
The entire property and our rooms were terrific and we couldn't have asked for better. Was also a great value. The breakfast was also incredible and the staff was top notch and couldn't have been more helpful.
Stay here!
The best hotel in Cuzco!!!!
This hotel was amazing, friendly staff and willing to asset any guest from Dinning location, site seeing tours and calling tour operators in the early morning when they are late or don’t show up.
