It was extremely hot during sleeping hours, ventilation was not good. But location is very close to public transportation. Very convenient.

The facilities were super clean, the process was smooth, and there was enough to do around the place at night if you wanted to get something to eat or shop around.

We never stayed here. When i got to the front desk they said there was no accomidation for me and my child even though the reservation stated 1 woman and 1 child. Still no refund and no response from Orbitz.

Its a bed and an onsen.

I have stayed at this capsule + twice and capsual + in Shinjuku both were great love the onsen so nice after a long day walking arounf Toyko. The capsuls are modetn and pretty big. The breakfast is at a restaraunt right down the road it is a choice of 4 sandwich and a drink.

I’d rather just stay up all night.

This place is simply not good. Be aware, there are no private showers for men. You might think, well this is just the Japanese style when there is a public bath and sauna, and that is true, but in this case these few showers are your only option. This is a hotel, it doesn’t matter if it’s capsule hotel, the showering situation is beyond horrific. The bed had little to no padding and it felt like I was sleeping directly on the wood. It creaked every time I made a micro adjustment and caused body pain all over the next day. The pillow was about as thick as someone putting a breath of air into a bag. The bedsheets were a mess and there was spots of red stains over mine… yep… the lockers are absolutely tiny, I couldn’t even fit a backpack into them. They have a luggage room but during my stay it was never locked so be aware. The only reason for 2 stars was the communal spaces were well kept and tidy.

It is what it says it is. Basic and cheap. It is well run.

I did not like that the advertisement for sauna is for men only, no women allowed. That is the only readon i booked there, and was disappointed

This hotel is good for young people who like to shop or hangout late. It is walkable distance from all attraction. But mattress so thin. Noise from neighbor snore.

Good for a night or a couple of nights

It seemed like they have renovated everywhere but the beds. Maybe I am wrong, but everything looked updated except beds area. That is OK, but just heads-up not to judge by looking at these photos. Everyone has to check out by 10AM each time and get the same key again to re-check in there. I wanted the locker wider like some others mentioned in the reviews. I would prefer them give us a fresh set of towels, etc. ONLY upon request to be more eco-friendly. I would want ear plugs. Other than above, the shower was very good, very clean and well located. I found it was a good system in a way that the lockers are outside the bed rooms because some people are careless making noises with their luggage.

Pretty standard for a capsule hotel. Sauna area is good. Signs are clear for foreigners. Only downside is that the locker area is very narrow and no seat is present. Not easy to organize my belongings before shower and bed.

Great experience

Was my fist time staying at capsule hotel and was amazing. This has all you need and more. They provide sleepers , pijamas, lockers, anything. The capsule is just the right size so you don't feel trapped. Also, TV!

It’s okay

The service is very good. Everyday the provide new pyjamas, towels and dental kit. In all bathrooms, there are shampoo, conditioner, gel, hydrating face lotion… If you go with a small luggage is really good, but with big luggage is a bit uncomfortable because the luggage room is tiny. I recommend to the hotel to put doors in the capsules because you can hear everything, the first and the second night was okay because the other people was quiet, but the last night was difficult to sleep because of the noise. Regarding the breakfast, I think it is not worth it and it is better to buy just whatever you want that day.

Pro: Clean & stylish capsule hotel. Cons: the pillow is too small. Wish they have more confortable futon.

Awesome capsule hotel

This was my first capsule hotel, and I loved it! It’s such a cool experience and a great deal. The hotel was clean and safe, and the capsule felt more spacious than it looks. It even has a TV and was very comfortable! The bathrooms and lockers were also clean. The only watchout is I didn’t see a sauna or onsen for women, only men (which I thought was weird)?

Nice place to stay

This was my first time in a capsule hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The capsule was bigger than I thought it would be.

Exactly as advertised. Cozy and quiet. The locker room, capsule rooms, storage room, and wash rooms were all clean and tidy and I was not disturbed by the other guests walking by my pod. The amenities were great as well, just would have been nice if there was a women option for sauna and onsen. They only had for men.

The property was very clean – the lobby area, locker room, shower room, capsules, etc. all felt thoroughly cleaned and prepared, which is very appreciated, especially when it comes to shared spaces. It is definitely somewhere you can show up to with minimal luggage, as they provide towels, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner/soap, slippers, lounge clothes/pyjamas, etc. On the other hand, it may be slightly less convenient if you have a lot of luggage, as the lockers are quite narrow and a small luggage would not fit in there. A backpack likely would. However, there is a separately luggage room for you to store any luggage or oversized bags – this is not locked/monitored, but everyone who goes past the front desk needs to be a paying guest, and Japan itself is quite safe overall in terms of property, and I was never concerned. The locker room itself also does has some larger space in the back for you to open up your luggage and grab stuff temporarily before putting it away. If you are a light sleeper though, or easily affected by other people's noise, this may not be the place for you. Personally, the person in the capsule next to me was talking on the phone well into the night, and they may have thought they were being quiet, the "walls" of the capsules are very thin, and you can very easily hear every noise from people coming through and definitely from the people next to you.

Clean, safe, has late check-in

A few blocks from Yokohama station and they have late check-in. I arrived around midnight, got checked in very quickly, was given a key/QR code, which opened the women's shower area, women's locker area and women's sleeping area. Very secure. There was a TV and headphones in the capsule. You do have to check out between 10 and 2 if you're there multiple days, but it's a great stop if you're arriving late.

No Shower

The hotel did not have showers. For people who do not want to take shower the shared space is hard. Therefore, I would ask it would be good if you put a couple of showers.

Not a bad place to stay. Very affordable, and the facility was kept clean. My only two complaints are: 1) your capsule doesn't have a door, only a pull-down fabric screen (thus, noises are very audible); 2) your capsule doesn't have a mattress - it's more of a hard futon.

For 1st time users, this is a capsule hotel, not a hotel room. You are sleeping in a 1mx1mx2m cubicle with a pillow & blankets. The facility is super clean. The changing area/bath area is stocked with lots of things - toothbrushes, razors, combs, mouthwash etc. The bath is pretty big and clean. There is a big selection of Japanese manga and you are provided PJs that everyone walks around in freely any time of the day. I stayed for 2 nights and my sleeping area was only 1/3 full, I got a corner area so I had a nice sound sleep. With laundry facilities also available, it was a good stay. That being said, some words of advice. The standard capsule size is pretty small in Japan. If you are over 5'10'' or relatively large in size, I would say that the capsule is going to be too small for you. This hotel caters mainly to men so the bathing hours are separate with men allowed from 6pm to 9am. I think women only have a 2hour window in the afternoon. There are individual lockers that are linked to your capsule number but they're tiny; only fit a change of clothes. If you have a suitcase, you'll have to check it in at the front counter. They'll lock it up in a separate room for free. My carry on bag couldn't fit in the locker. Food/drink isn't allowed in the capsules so you'll need to eat/drink on the first floor. There is a 7/11 next door if you want a snack or instant noodles/bento. I enjoyed my stay. It's really clean & quiet. The staff doesn't speak much English but they're polite

It’s good to stay china town area. Hotel condition is so good such as air condition, WiFi and cleanliness. Only one thing that between 10-15 we need to go out because of clean the hotel.

Great location as it’s near to Yokohama station, nice Spa facilities, comfy beds with lots of room and good mood lighting in the sleeping area. Staff are also polite and helpful and stored my luggage Before and after check out.

Great first experience at a capsule hotel

This was my first experience at a capsule hotel, and I loved this place. Apart from being a capsule hotel, the place is great. Good location, close to Yokohama station. Lots of options around for eating and shopping. The place is super clean, the staff is very friendly, only one person could speak English, but that wasn't a problem at all, communication worked ok. The pods are very spacious and modern, and very comfortable too. The public bath was very good, they provide everything, towels, toiletries, even shaving cream and razor. One note is that there is a time limit, the batch is only open from 6pm to 9am for men. Considering I was out most of the day and only back at night, that wasn't a problem. But in the morning, you have to be sure to be up early. The wifi was super fast, the rest area is very cozy. Breakfast is a good price, but is mostly Japanese food, I paid for it one day, and the next day I went somewhere else.

A Spa Hotel primarily not for women

I booked this hotel solely to use it's public baths (spa) facilities. When I checked in I found out that, being female, I was unable to use these facilities because I had missed the women's window of use time- 15.00-17.30. Had this information been made available when booking I would not have booked to stay at this hotel. (I don't mean for this to come across as a sexist review, I would have been happy to have been able to use the facilities with men too, but the majority of the access time was for men only. There was a mixed gendered window of 9.00-12.00 (check out: 10.00)). Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable, and had polite and friendly staff. It is also very conveniently located to Yokohama train station (South West exit).

Not so non-smoker friendly

At least for the women’s section, the smoking area is not sealed at all while connected with the open area. I had to wake up coughing from the smell of cigarette.

Stayed in several different capsule hotels, this one is on higher end price-wise but definitely not so experience-wise. Lockers are tiny, don’t even fit carry-on luggage. Men’s shower/bath only exists on 1st floor at designated time but men’s sleeping units/capsules are on 2nd and 3rd floor. Toilets and wash rooms are not all that clean, capsules alike. Capsules way too small for 6’ or taller guys. Given this price tag, some typical hostels may just offer better quality-price ratio and perhaps comfort as well.

A delightful first stay at a capsule hotel

Facilities were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The capsule bed was cosy, and a great experience for a first time. Yukata-wear was provided as well. Rather unfortunate that women-access to the public bath is from 3pm-5.30pm only. Bed was a little hard, but it seems common in Japan. Good location, a quick walk away from Yokohama Station and a few other big malls.

Everything is awesome

Excellent location, 7 mins walk from Yokohama station. Ample amenities and access to an お風呂(ofuro) - Japanese style public bath. The capsules are equipped with TVs and towels are provided free of charge. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent location nearby to Yokohama Station, convenience stores, malls and other attractions. Should mentioned men bath hours in advanced to foreign guests who stays for a few nights as to avoid confusion. Bathroom cleaning hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM so male guests can't use any bathing facilities. If you overslept then you can't take a bath as no shower rooms either. Breakfast was decent but the coffee was good. No information cards to tell whats on the menu offered. Wifi signal is strong.

施設はきれいだった。大浴場もあってゆっくりできた。ただ、ベッドが硬く、背中が痛かった。値段なりですね。駅近物件だから満足ではあります。

意外にも良く眠れた。シンプルで無駄がない。 駅近くで移動にも便利だった。連泊でも掃除のために10時〜14時まで出なくてはいけないのは、ちょっと面倒くさく思ったけど荷物は置いて行けるので値段相応でそれなら別に問題なかった。また次回も横浜に滞在予定の時は利用したいと思います。

立地も良くて施設も充実していた

駅から近くて、14時ちょうどにならないとチェックインできないですが、外出する際はカードを渡してくれて、すぐに出かけられるし、戻ってきてもスムーズにはいることができました。駅からは確かに近いです。初めて行く際はちょっと迷いましたが、一度行くと覚えます。自分のベッドが上だったので、上がりにくくて大変でした。シャワールームは綺麗ですが、脱衣場が入浴後に湿気がすごくて、ちょっとカビ系が心配になりましたが、綺麗でした。スタッフの対応はスムーズで、基本チェックインとチェックアウト以外は関わりませんが、良かったです。

駅から近く、わからないことがあってもスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれました。ただ女性のスタッフをみることが少なかったので女性の場合自分のカプセルに問題があった時の対応が大変かもしれません。施設は綺麗で清潔でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

西口からすぐ

もう少し奥行きがあると良いんだけど寝るだけなら良いかな。ちょっと床硬めで体痛くなったけど価格帯からすれば許容範囲。サウナには入ってないけどお風呂も広くてゆっくりできます。脱衣場がもう少し広いとなおありがたい。近くにローソンあるし出張の度に使ってます。

横浜駅から近く、コンビニもあります。ただ、Googleマップでお隣がセブンイレブンだったのが閉店していて、残念でした。
