It is conveniently located for sight seeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Parking is provided on site right in front of our room of which is really great. We have issue in finding lots of ants in the kitchen when we checked in. Staff gave us ant killer and that helped a little bite. We were able to find them came and gone during our two days stay. That happened to us in another location in New Zealand during our 2 weeks trip. It may be ant is very common here. Overall our experience of staying in this property is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of eateries nearby and we also got groceries from the local supermarkets.

Staff very helpful. Rooms are dated but clean. Bed comfortable. Towels clean but had bleach and other stains on them. Adequate supplies

The Capri was a beautiful,clean & friendly place to stay. I would not hesitate to use Capri again. However I would book it on my own not through EXPEDIA WHO IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH.

Great location for staying in Rotorua

Very quiet motel. Definitely need a car if staying here as not close to restraunts etc. Beds not so comfortable.

Great place forgot to ask gor a accessible room but was changed to one as soon as they saw me

Morgen was good to deal with. Facilities were good; especially, the laundry was useful. It was very convenient to get to the places that we wanted to visit.

Relaxing Stay

The unit is spacious, clean, quiet with easy parking right outside. It has everything we need. Can't really fault it. Just wish we could stay longer. Will definitely come back.

What a great stay just outside the hussle and bustle of Rotorua ... but easily walkable. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The bath (jacuzzi style) was huge and if we were less able 'may' have been an issue to get in and out of. Great room, great location and great staff - a definite 'would return here' from us both.

We enjoyed our stay there, very clean and conveniently situated. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Rotorua. 😊

Great spot and close to everything we wanted. Morgan who met us at check-in was fabulous. He had lots of information and very attentive to any needs. So personable. We would definitely recommend this place.

A great place to stay. The spar bath was easy to get in and out of for old farts like us.

Quiet and warm, manager was very polite, showed us our room and how to work the spa. Most just give you the keys and say your rooms over there. Left my read glasses in the room and manager sent them to me free of charge.

Morgen the manager has the reputation of being the ‘guest whisperer’ and surely lives up to this. I had some dramas the day I arrived to Auckland and Morgen went out of his way to help where he could. His local knowledge and advice was also very helpful with finding things to do. If I ever return to Rotorua, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A heartfelt thanks to you Morgen for your hospitality.

Loved the friendly and approachable staff very accomodating

Excellent stay, great service and beautifully clean.

We enjoyed the spa bath and the very spacious room. Heating was great in the room. We really needed more in our kitchen, I didn't realise that there was no stove so I probably wouldn't have booked if I realised that sooner as we were travelling with small child and needed to cook food. Reception was warm and welcoming.

It was very clean and tidy and lovely and quiet. Loved the spa bath we had in our room as an extra treat

Great stay in Rotorua!!

We had a great stay at Capri on Fenton, it was very clean, the Manager was great, always happy to assist whether it was something you needed for your room or advice on what to do or see and where to eat. Would definately stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very Good

Very nice spacious motel. It has a large lounge with a good size bedroom and good cooking facilites. `We were upgraded so we had an out side hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants with in driving distance which the friendly receptionist will point out to you.

fine hotel...nothing special, but clean and if you want a pleasant and central place to stay near town, this will fit the bill

Comfortable sleep

The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The outdoor spa was quite stained, which deterred us from wanting to use it.

No aircon in room, had to leave pedestal fan on all night and was loud when trying to get to sleep. Otherwise very big room, exceptionally clean, and host was very friendly. Would recommend.

The room was clean, modern and fresh,it was nice and warm for us when we arrived, everyday it was cleaned and left in a condition that was as if we just arrived, everything was replenished.

Great old fashioned service. Reception warm and friendly and shown to room and the little details that are not always that obvious about a room, switches, heating etc were explained.

Fantastic location, amenities were top and the owner goes above and beyond. Never had someone so accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Quiet area, lovely warm unit for cold nights.

Good location, short drive to town, on the main road close to the racecourse. Very clean and tidy appartments. Good parking. Nice spa baths at the back of each unit, Sky tv, kitchen, plates etc. no problem getting our family of 5 in the one apartment- so worked out good value too.

Easy vehicle parking right outside the unit itself

Property is slightly dated and shows some signs of wear and tear; yet it was very convenient and comfortable, especially having basic kirtchenette facilities. Would return.

This was a great stay. The bed was comfortable, we had a mini fridge to keep our perishables in, and it was a short drive into the center of Rotorua.

Excellent location in Rotorua. Clean rooms with everything you need for a self catering stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. Overall good value for money. We were there for two nights only, but we would happily have stayed longer.

Conveniently located.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was so close to the downtown area with the market on Thursday night. Also, 3 minutes by car to the Whakarewarewa thermal village. We were able to use the “grill” which turned out to be a griddle rather than grates as we were used to on a bbq. However, it was very easy to use. We drove to Rainbow Springs but as it was later in the day, we decided not to spend the $50.00 to see the kiwis. Instead, we returned to the motel, picked up rain gear and returned to the thermal village, all in 15 minutes. Perfect location and a comfortable hotel.

Motel had everything we needed, and Morgen was a great host. Perfect location - short drive to city centre and supermarkets, etc.

We booked pretty last minute but the staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was big and comfortable and enjoyed a spa at the end of the day!

Lovely large spacious room. Large spa bath. Dedicated parking space just outside of room. Receptionist Faye was excellent. She greeted us with a smile and was very helpful in recommending and booking the activities we wanted to do. Overall we had a great three days here during a month long trip around New Zealand.
