Excellent all the way around. The store was low on drinks but that's to be expected since it was Sunday evening.

It was a great experience. Peaceful. Clean. Comfortable. Customer Service was awesome too. Very prompt shuttle to the airport.

Someone was screaming for about 30 min at the top of their lungs. Top of fridge was dirty. Had to leave early for a family emergency and couldn’t get a refund for the nights i stay.

My watch was return to me safe. Much appreciated.

Our flight arrived after midnight, and it was so nice to find a hotel that offered a 24 hour shuttle. The only thing I missed, there was no breakfast offered.

Great place to stay

Easy check in. Clean comfortable room with a great kitchenette, has all the necessities. Comfy bed and nice blackout curtains. Conveniently located near the Germania venue. Perfect spot for a quick overnight getaway to Austin

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s also very safe. You have to use your keycard to enter every room (gym, elevator etc). I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, Comfortable, Affordable

Noise level was a bit high until around 11pm. Wish there was a bit more of a congregation area for groups traveling together. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Amenities are as expected. Staff was pleasant.

It was a really nice place to stay. The room was very spacious and clean. It felt like being in a nice little apartment. I loved that it had a cook top, full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher.

Was in town for a music festival. The room was nice to recover in before checking out and returning home

The only negative thing was how slippery the shower/tub was due to no mat in the tub Could be a safety concern

We had a room on the freeway side of the hotel and the road noise was pretty loud. We also had a refrigerator that made an obnoxious noise the first couple of nights of our stay. They did send a repair man that was able to fix it. The staff was great and we enjoyed utilizing the gym.

Clean, comfortable hotel that was very understanding of our desire to see the total eclipse. They allowed us to stay on the property after we checked out so we could see the eclipse.

Pool is next door

The pool is actually next door. I wouldn’t stay here if a pool is important. Also be aware that even though the shuttle says 24/7 you may be in competition with other people. Also the shuttle can only drop at a designated area, not your gate. Just be aware, time wise. Service was great, Kelly at the front desk is a solution oriented person.

Large clean suite with modern bath. Slow shuttle pickup at AUS - 45 mins, too long. also clock alarm went off at 6AM, didnt need that, when I mentioned it to front desk person, no response.....

Very nice rooms. Friendly helpful desk. Security key elevator. They need to keep batteries for the tv remotes available. There were none to be had. But great stay

Road noise but clean.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice size room. Front desk, efficient but not friendly. Right next to airport freeway, constant road noise. Very convenient to breweries and safe environment.

I loved the room. It had a small stove and even a dish washer and pots, pans and some dishes. I didn’t use them but I thought that was really nice. Definitely is something that makes me consider staying here again. It was cozy. The shower handle did break and I wasn’t able to shut the water off but I was given another room and I didn’t have to pay extra. I really enjoyed staying here and would have like to stay longer. It was a good price and the room was very nice.

Very noisy from the highway. No breakfast available on premise.

Girl at reception was not helpful. Didn’t know enough information about airport shuttle. It would be helpful if the staff actually walked through the airport to the exact location for pickup of the shuttle bus. Vague directions and having to wait for over forty minutes for a shuttle bus that we had order isn’t good enough. Toilet holder broken, missing light in kitchen.

Airport shuttle van had only small paper sign in window and driver made no effort to call passengers

The staff was nice and attentive to. The issue of having to go to the other building to eat was not clear to me when booking so it was disappointing. Also it was too noisy. We changed rooms but the Highway noise was too much. Will not stay here again.

Super quiet and family friendly

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Check-in took no time at all, and the reception clerk was very helpful with our questions and preparation for airport travel the next morning. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

This hotel was convenient to the area we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean and quiet.

Close to the airport and very clean!

Very nice hotel, close to the airport, restaurants and in a safe area. The room was extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable. You have a lot of space, it was equipped with a fridge, microwave and a little stove, so it's like a mini studio. The hotel has a mini market and a pool.

Shower was not working

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was rude and charged us for a night even though we paid it thru Expedia and now we have to contest the charge.

Parking lot is horrible. There is no room for a truck and small trailer. This should be stated on the website when booking a room there is no additional parking for anything other than vehicles.

The overall stay was great! Check in was very slow. We where a hour late and our rooms still wasn't ready. The lady at front desk was very friendly and apologetic. She told us they are short hand and the hotel was full. After we get into your room everything was great, rooms clean, bed comfortable and right off hwy. We will be staying again.

It was simply too expensive for what it was. We appreciated the staff and the facilities were clean—but—no breakfast and they had two car break-ins in their parking lot. This is an increasing problem in Austin and cannot be blamed on the hotel staff. We were traveling with a dog and so the complete price for one night was over $280–just way too much for a property like this one. We realized that the high price was probably due to the convenience to the airport and the shuttle, but we simply cannot afford to travel like this if the prices continue to rise. Also—the restaurant across the parking lot had the most bland food we have ever eaten.

They were not ready when we checked in after 3:30pm. Also failed to get me on the airport shuttle, the reason I picked the hotel ! I registered the day before and they never put me on the list . Has to Uber to airport

We arrived after 4pm and our room was not ready and there is no restaurant on site. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

Absolutely Awesome!

What an amazing experience! Me and my best friend chose this hotel for a bday weekend trip to Austin. The staff was so friendly and fun! The room was awesome and the location was also perfect! We stayed in and chilled some, enjoying the room. We went out to eat amazing sushi nearby and even ordered doordash another night at like 1am. The staff was there the whole way, making sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you, Candlewood!
