The property was clean and quiet. The included breakfast could have include and alternative protein option other than eggs, the potatoes were slightly cold. For the last minute booking on a Saturday the price was good for what I got.

A great no-nonsense place to stay, the suite was quiet spacious and amenities were great. Plenty of parking. Lobby bar (Uptown Lounge) was a nice smaller spot for late night activity. Great location to be just outside of Charlottetown.

Better than expected, but keep in mind, this is an economy hotel. Huge rooms, clean bathroom, mini kitchenette, clean and comfortable beds. We had a great stay!

Great for the cost. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Beds were hard, and pillows were very lumpy. Carpet in the room was full of salt stains (we stayed in february when salt is heavily used). Our room only had 1 washcloth for a 2 day stay with 2 people. When I asked the desk about getting more, they told me they had none left and they could offer a small towel instead. Housekeeping did not come freshen up the room during our stay, no new towels or empty garbage. I came very close to leaving to find a better hotel to stay at for the weekend. Breakfast was horrible. Options are very limited, and food was discusting. Eggs were rubbery. Sausages and potato wedges looked like they had been sitting there all day, even though it was only 9am. Only other options for food were yogurt, oranges and bread/bagels, and pouches of instant oatmeal. Table I sat at to eat was sticky. This place was definitely not worth the price I paid

Room was very large with small sink, coffee maker, toaster etc. so good for a longer term stay. room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. the sidewalk was icy and only way to get from room to reception was to go outside. Still, area was well plowed after a major snow event.The hot breakfast choices were cold, but can opt for also cereal, breads. Overall, nothing fancy but good value and well located. .

Male counter attendant seemed a little short tempered and unwilling to approach my situation with initial willingness to help. Manager was easy to talk to. Hotel had alot of falling snow and had entrances blocked off.

Breakfast was good with two choices of meat.

GREAT FOR THE PRICE

Excellent service at the front desk. Clean and quiet atmosphere.

When I booked, I asked for an additional 2 hr late check-out, and was told that wouldn't be a problem. Only to arrive and be told that was not possible and the person wasn't authorized to say I could stay. I had to get the front desk person to contact the manager to get approval (again). Once the manager Ok'd it, the stay was fine, but it was touch and go there.

This property is a value for anyone traveling to PEI. We live on the north shore and had the first flight out at 5:20am, so we decided to stay the night before. Unfortunately, our room was freezing cold when we checked in, so turned the the heating unit on and let it run for about an hour. Still didn’t get enough heat in the room to be comfortable. I let the front desk know and they checked things out and decided to switch us to another room, which we immediately could tell a difference in temps for warmer!😊 I appreciate it!

Affordable, nice and clean

We have stayed here before and for the price, will stay again. Rooms are clean, older but have had a ‘facelift’. One of the 2 beds was broken this time, very lopsided, felt as though I was going to roll onto the floor but arrived too late at night to bother going to the desk.

Staff were all awesome, helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room. Nice birthday getaway.

With hot breakfast included the value is truly wonderful!

Good little spot for a few nights. Lots of parking, close to the mall and multiple restaurants. The room was clean and staff were friendly.

Nice stay, great breakfast!

I booked the king room with jetted tub and it was very cold. My guest and I waited a bit to see if it would warm up, but it did not. The service desk rep was very understanding amd checked the room herself and agreed it was cold, and changed us to another room, the temperature was not turned on in this room but we waited to see if it would warm up after another hour or so and still very cold. We end up having to leave because of how cold it was.

The only issue I had was with the tv remotes. Otherwise all good.

Found this place was very handy to everything. The only problem we had was our first night our cable was not working. We stopped at the office and one of the lovely staff came right over and fixed it for us. After that everything was great for the rest of the weekend. Will definitely be back next time.

Great location for our stay Room was very spacious and met all our expectations

This room was so clean and spacious, it even had a back patio door with grass space. We loved all the added items (dish soap, sponge, glasses) that made travel with small children easier. The location was great, right near stores and main roads. Breakfast was decent.

When we arrived at the property they informed us that locals weren't actually allowed to stay at their hotel and tried to turn us away, even though we stay there all the time and we had already payed for our room. The front desk clerk made us wait 15 minutes while she "waited for management" to approve. Housekeeping approved. We feel very discriminated against and it isn't right. We actually stay here often and it's pretty rediculous.

Great clean place to stay

It’s an okay hotel. Did get food poisoning from breakfast food. Had to ask 3 times for the maids to come in and they still gave me a hard time. Will never stay here again

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was filthy and in serious need of repair. Water damage throughout the room. The toilet was separated from the floor, the shower didn’t drain properly, stained towels and the floor was uneven and damaged. The heater was also very loud. I will never stay there again!

My room was in the second block of rooms, a little away form the main building, but easy walking distance. The room was basic, but clean. I would have liked a kettle as I'm a tea drinker, but made do with the coffee machine. The easy chair was not very comfortable for sitting for any length of time, but most people don't spend a lot of time in their rooms. It was quiet so easy to sleep. The on site restaurant and bar was convenient, and they gave a discount for hotel guests. Breakfast was ok, but could have been warmer, and an option other than sausages would have been appreciated. But all in all, a reasonable priced and pleasant stay.

Staff unfriendly, not much parking in front of room like the pictures show. We have a half ton truck with a bike rack and no room for parking unless you wanted to park a ways away from your room which made us have to bring our bikes in the room and the room was small. Will not be back.

Stayed here before and always enjoyed our stay. Not a 5 star resort but has a lot to offer like a free breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, sausages and potato wedges. Really good location to shopping and eating, would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub and it was quite nice! King bed was in decent shape. Jetted tub was nice to have after a long day but malfunctioned a couple times (turned on by itself with no water inside). Bathroom was a bit run down but functional. Shower curtain was ripped in a few places and the rod was poorly mounted. TV was nice and large but the arm needs to be adjusted (TV seemed like it was going to fall off). Chairs provided in the room were flimsy and worn out and in serious need of repair. Location was excellent. Free breakfast was meh. Cold eggs, really old tasting sausages, really watered down juices. Everything else was as expected for continental breakfasts.

Nice Deluxe Room

We had a deluxe room with a jetted tub and king bed. I had not requested this so clearly it was an upgrade that I wasn't expecting. Very nice, thank you. The room was enormous. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and had a very good meal. We were with friends and we had a great one night stay.
