I loved the fast and easy access to the metro station. The hotel was in good shape and breakfast was good.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean facility. Two floors are being used as student housing but that was no problem. Metro station was a short walk and we were downtown in less than 20 minutes. Area of the hotel was dingy and there was a lot of trash.

The facility is good, the neighborhood its in is not.

The room was not as clean as we hoped. The staff was awesome and helped us getting around town. Rome is a huge city with a lot of traffic, but the hotel was quiet and safe. The breakfast was healthy and plentiful.

We had a nice stay here whilst in Rome. The nearby train made it very easy to get in and out of the city. The daily breaksfast was great for my wife and I and our two boys.

We really had good time at this hotel, very near to the Metro station made our life easy to roam around in Rome. Staff are really good and friendly. Very clean hotel with good Air conditioning, nice breakfast. Very happy with the hotel. Thank you

Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were really nice and approachable. The room was spacious, and my request for additional pillows was granted! The receptionists always had smiles on their faces. However, the breakfast/cafeteria staff could have been friendlier and more cheerful. There was no shampoo provided, and the hand gel doubled as body wash, which was a first for me in a hotel. Additionally, even though we placed a note on our door on the first day indicating that we were out and the room was ready for cleaning, it wasn't cleaned. When I asked the receptionist if daily cleaning should occur, he confirmed it should and I reported the issue. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, the lobby staff were exceptional and deserve commendation.

Good value hotel in North East suburb of Rome

This Camplus is within a couple of minutes walk of Pietralata metro station. It is convenient for Roma Tiburtina Railway station. It is a combination of hotel and student accommodation. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room on the top (6th) floor was fine. It had a comfortable double bed a sofa and small table. However there was virtually no room for storge of clothes etc. Just a rail with four hangers . We were given more clothes hangers by reception. Bathroom was good with wetroom shower, toilet, bidet, band basin. Everything was clean and modern. Our room had a small balcony with two chairs and table. However view looked over multistory housing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both hot and cold food options, a variety of coffee varieties and a good selection of juices. I consider that the Camplus gave us good value for our money

Check in staff is nice though, however, overall experience is horrible. Air-conditioning auto stop at midnight, room temperature at 27 degree . drainage is poor in the shower. housekeeping enter our room without knocking on the door. Even we have told him to clean after we check out, he enter again when we are back from breakfast.

Convenient location. However no air condition during the hot weather brings the whole experience down. The accommodation had no fan as the alternative.

Only 200 meter to metro, easy to anywhere. Good breakfast!

The property was convenient enough as it is near a metro station and a couple of grocery stores, however, the walk from the metro station to the property goes through dirty areas. The dining service varied. On Sunday, 4/7, breakfast servers were pleasant. On Monday, 4/8, not so pleasant. Servers should also take guests' allergies seriously. When asked if there were nuts in the croissants, was informed no. When asked what's in one of them, replied Nutella. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at Camp1us, very good breakfast and vey close to metro station.

The "breakfast" was limited and the little bit that was there was not tempting. This is basically a College dorm.

Wonderful staff

We spent 4 nights at Camplus Guest with my fiancée. The condition of the building and rooms are amazing. Staff was absolutely helpful and kind! Breakfast was standard, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and fresh pastry. Check-in and check-out went as smoothly as it can. I would absolutely recommend it!

I like the hotel itself but places to eat is very scarse. It's nice that breakfast was included but the choices are the same everyday. The staff are wonderful, professional and accommodating. The rooms are clean and big.

4 night stop for the Ryder Cup

I had a 4 night stay here as part of a trip to watch the Ryder Cup, and chose the location purely on its proximity to the nearest Metro station. The hotel was clean and comfortable, although a little basic, and was also a base for students studying. The restaurant facility was more like a student canteen, but the breakfast that was served was perfectly adequate. Overall the hotel location was good for my needs, but the general area around it was a little rundown and very few other points of interest other than a supermarket.

Everything was great. The floor in the room was dirty and not vacuumed.

A good, economical stay.

If you’re looking for economical, this is a good option. Breakfast is included with good and simple options. In the room, I appreciate the wood floors but they need to be dusted under the beds. The sofa could be re-upholstered (but not with cloth which easily gets dirty). We didn’t have soap in the room, but the front desk quickly provided them. The hotel is also an accommodation for college students so you’ll see them working in group study rooms as you approach the main entrance. The neighborhood is more residential- about 7 stops from the city center. Metro is a 2-min walk straight to the hotel.

Poor service

Room cleanup was very dismal, no sweeping of the floors and just a quick, wipe down and fixing up the beds. Only brought us two towels per night when we were a family of three. Our mini fridge did not work after repeatedly asking a few times to replace. Requested extra pillows multiple times.

The Staff was great. very helpful and kind. The Breakfast in the hotel is very good, even they give you omelets or eggs if you ask. plenty of every thing from specialty coffees to Fruits and all kind of bake good. I always stay at this place. 7 stops for the main train station and it is very much worthy.

Very impressive building but decoration was not appealing, had a small restaurant, an induction hob but no kettle to Ake tea or a coffee. Near the amenities, very friendly location, happy to stay and mix with local people.

The room inside was dirty especially the walls. They never came to clean my room or even give me new towels. I had to go downstairs to ask them. The temperature of the room was extremely hot. I had to ask why the airconditioning was not working. I have no clue how their system works and they don’t bother to inform the guest. It also says there is a 24 hour business center. When I decide to use it the guy at the front desk says they don’t have one. Hmmmm werid so that means someone is lying.

Excellent Hotel

Location: 20 Min metro ride from Termini. 5 minutes from Pietralata Metro Station. Excellent Location Check In Process: Very efficient & Reception staff are fluent in English Room: The family room were two rooms & very spacious. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room. An iron & ironing board is available in the laundry in level -1. The television had very few english channels. Breakfast: There was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, cornflakes, wheatflakes etc. There were a few differnt varieties of tarts, croissants etc. You can order freshly made capuccino's, latte etc with no additional cost. The quality of the Juices could be improved. Dinner: There is a pizzeria approx. 400 mtrs away & the hotel has a restaurant as well. Check Out Process: Very efficient. We left our luggage on the last day and collected it later. We loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great comfort hotel

Mattresses were a little hard for me but I like my beds soft. Otherwise room was great!

When arriving the receptionist told us to take a seat whilst she checks to see if the room was ready and then we were forgotten about. All of the staff are incredibly unhelpful. It is obvious that they cater for the students over the guests. The breakfast was awful - very little selection and cold. Although the hotel advertise air conditioning there isn’t any! I booked and paid for a superior room however was given a standard room which wasn’t complete. The maid didn’t clean the room one of the days (and when I say clean I say this very lightly as only the bed sheet was put on again and new towels put on the bed). When the reception informed me that they had made a mistake with the room they offered lunch and said if not we can take a salad away... Hmm. Considering the price difference this was clearly unacceptable and why would I choose to eat in a restaurant that was a very basic buffet with rowdy students everywhere. Following this - when trying to check out nobody came to the desk so I had to leave my card due to needing to get the tram and the bus to the airport in time. Lastly, the location of the restaurant is not convenient if you wanted to explore the city. It is very secluded. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay.

Hotel is a mix between college dorms and a hotel; which in the US would be horrible but here it was surprisingly quiet! It is located about a 5 minute walk from the Petralata metro station which is about a 15 min ride into Rome city center. The neighborhood is a suburb and looks a little run down but we walked at all times of day and night and never felt unsafe. Good street food restaurant right on the corner next to the hotel open late. Hot water, fridge in room, large space for a European hotel. Front desk was helpful and breakfast was typical European breakfast (meat, cheese, pastries, toast). All in all a clean, quiet, reasonable place to stay on the outskirts of Roma.

Excellent hotel, big rooms, clean, quiet and very near to the metro. The breakfast can be better (add vegetables, warm the scrambled eggs) , but in total, we enjoyed the hotel a lot!

hotel is very modern. great wifi. rooms are very big and have simple furniture. TV has many channels but no sport. we were very disappointed that we couldn't see live games. bathroom is good but small. should have better. location is good near metro if you do it once a day. go to the hotel twice a day is very annoying and time consuming

Lunch and dinner (not free) were delicious and even more than we could eat.

It was great! All the employees were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. Some may want to stay closer to the city (there's not too much to do in the area other than the grocery store) but it's an easy subway ride in from the nearby station.

Clean tidy efficient out of town ,suburban postion

Clean tidy efficient staff ,rooms good size with excellent bathroom. Air con quite and essential in Rome in late July. Food in restaurant basic but just enough as the rest of Rome provides the culinary factor. Out of town in the suburbs quite and near the metro. The only down side was that hotel didn’t have a bar area to relax in after a hard day pounding the cobbles in the forum.

Nice hotel at a convenient location

The hotel is pretty new and modern. It is close to the metro station and it's only few stops away from the Termini station. The nearest metro can also take you directly to the main tourist attractions. Room is clean, quiet and bed is comfy. Staff is also friendly. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Camplus Guest Roma

We stayed here one night for our travels to Rome. The hotel is in an amazing area...it's so close to the train station! The room was simple, but perfect for what we needed it for-just a place to sleep after exploring Rome. It was a great place to stay for a great price. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice clean hotel for a great price

I have just returned from a trip in Rome and I stayed in this hotel with my partner and mum and dad. The hotel was lovely, 2 minute walk from the metro station, supermarket, one small pub and a pizza shop which is very nice. The hotel doesn’t have a bar which was a bit disappointing however we went to the small bar around the corner which is the cheapest place I’ve had a drink since in Rome. The breakfast isn’t great but it’s pleasing enough. Staff were friendly and room was cleaned daily. I highly recommend this place.

excellent location near to metro station and all Rome's attractions ( just be aware metro can be horrendously busy at certain times, usually ok in the morning ) Hotel is quiet, clean and breakfast is good ( including bacon egg sausage and the usual pastries, meats and cheese ) my only negative ----- coffee from the machine was horrible so first 4 days i was served coffee by a very nice gentleman at the counter excellent fresh coffee, the on the 5th day ( our last ) a miserable surly woman was on duty and refused to serve me coffee and said i had to use the machine, that left a bad taste in my mouth literally. overall i would recommend this hotel .

Brand new hotel with excellent facilities

A brand new hotel with excellent facilities and really good breakfast included. We were 3 people with 2 adjoining rooms, private bathroom and a balcony. Hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to Pietralata Metro Station. Overall was really good, but last night there seemed to be some student induction party which went on quite late and was quite noisy.

Excellent hotel for on budget travellers

My husband and i stayed at camplus guest roma for 3 nights at the beginning of October 2017. We were pleasantly surprised as the quality and cleanliness of the place was outstanding. Breakfast was great, different pastries, cereal, yogurt, cold meats and scrambled eggs. Also a woman who makes coffee or tea for you fresh. The room was serviced daily and kept very clean. The metro station is about a 3 minute walk away, and you can get to termini station within around 15mins. Metro tickets are pretty cheap costing 1.5 euros for 100mins, or a daily unlimited ticket for 7 euros. Also staff at reception were very helpful and spoke excellent English, something we discovered was not the case in all hotels in Italy. Overall would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good quality hotel at a low price, and away from the busy main tourist areas.

Was a good place, clean, good service, breakfood, but area around and walk to metro bus, to much garbage everywhere, street so dirty, I'm not feel safe, but once I get into the building, everything changed for good.

Nice and Clean / Average Comfort.

Hotel is new and clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the standard rooms are very small and the beds are not comfortable, all in all the rooms are very minimalist. TV channels are 99% In Italian, not much in English. The bathroom was good enough and served us well for our 5 night stay. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the Metro line. On average it took us around 20 minutes from the hotel to Termini / Central Rome. (5 minutes between hotel and metro, and 15 minutes on metro). All in all an clean average stay at an affordable rate.

Roman Holiday without Hepburn and Grant

We booked two rooms for us (Mum and Dad) and our two grown adult kids. Each room was spacious and had a double bed but almost unbelievably each room had an adjoining single room which everyone though was fantastic. Mum had a spare room to keep everything tidy and neat in our room and the kids had a room each albeit one of them had a single and the other a double. Each double room had a ensuite shower, WC, Bday and sink. Surprisingly (for someone from the UK) their was a cord for the electric shower extractor fan inside the shower which seemed a bit scary but it was the same for every room on a six level hotel so clearly the danger wasn't as great as you might think if you are UK based.......not sure I believe this myself but we did all survive ok. The staff were fantastic. I was trying to learn the basics, good morning, how are you etc and they all took on the role of helping me out and trying to teach me a few words. When we ordered tickets online for events I emailed them to the reception and they printed them out for us, you had to have your own phone or tablet though. When we wanted info on a place or travel arrangements they looked them up using their computer for me. Clean towels every day and a good selection of breakfast options - mostly continental but there was also bacon and scrambled eggs everyday. Coffee was really good too. They have a breakfast room that doubles as the dining room, a lunch or coffee room on first floor, table tennis, fooseball table

El hotel es muy comodo, limpio, la estacion de metro es a 5 minutos o menos del hotel, tomabamos un tren y a los 10 minutos ya estabamos en la estacion Termini, muy conveniente. Desayuno simple pero lo ofrecen complementario. Recomendable hotel de bajo budget. Volveria a elegirlo definitivamente!

Limpieza deficiente

Es un hotel lejos del centro en una zona muy sola de noche. El personal del front desk es amable, la habitación amplia, los colchones regulares, al baño cómodo. Sin embargo, en las 4 noches que nos alojamos el personal de limpieza nunca cambió las toallas ni limpió el piso, había polvo por todos lados y un día se notó claramente qué tomaron la escoba y lanzaron el sucio del piso hacia abajo de la cama así como mis pantuflas. El desayuno es muy regular y el personal es antipático, el primer día pedimos productos sin gluten para 3 personas y nos dieron 3 rodajas de pan y un cupcake, el segundo día preferimos salir a desayunar, todo cambió el fin de semana cuando nos atendió una señora de lentes amable y nos trajo pan suficiente (hasta nos dio a escoger) y varios cupcakes presentados impecables y servidos con cariño, nos alegró la mañana. De seguro no vuelvo.

Le camere non pulitissime, ma abbiamo apprezzato colazione e personale.Molto disponibili, abbiamo fatto notare che non si accendevano delle luci e che la doccia non funzionava bene ed hanno subito risolto.Direi da consigliare se non si hanno grosse pretese, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo x essere a Roma e vicinissimi alla metro. L'ambiente giovanile ci sono tanti studenti considerando che si tratta di una residenza universitaria per una serie di piani dell'edificio. Se migliorano la pulizia sarebbero TOP

Una sorpresa inaspettata. Nuovissima struttura periferica con oarcheggio interno. Camee ampie e confortevoli, ristorazione di livello medio ma comunque piu che valida. Ci tornerò sicuramente

El hotel está muy bien situado y las instalaciones están en muy buen estado. A 20 minutos en la línea B de metro del centro de Roma y a 3 minutos de la salida de la estación. Y el desayuno muy bueno y abundante.

Super Personal. Zimmer soweit okay.Frühstück ist überschaubar. Sehr nahe an der Metro, was super ist und die private Tiefgarage war perfekt. Ich würde wieder übernachten.

A experiência foi satisfatória. O hotel é próxima a estação do metrô, de um supermercado, e o entorno, apesar de tranquilo, não tem muitas opções. O café da manhã e as acomodações são satisfatórias.

Hotel razoável/bom

O hotel é bom e limpo, mas os corredores são barulhentos e ficamos em um quarto que era do lado do elevador e de frente para a rua, acho que não tem vedação acústica nos quartos, pois ouvíamos tudo que estava acontecendo do lado de fora e isso incomoda um pouco. A cama também não achei das mais confortáveis do mundo, apesar de não ser ruim. O hotel era bem perto da estação de metrô, o que facilitava bastante.

Estadia agradável. O hotel hospeda na sua maioria estudantes universitários. Bom custo x benefício. Conforto e praticidade. Propriedade moderna e bem conservada.Bom café da manhã. Apesar da distância às principais atrações de Roma, o hotel fica próximo à estação de metrô Pietralata (linha B). Bairro residencial sen grandes opções de restaurante. Supermercados nas proximidades.

Weitläufiges Gelände

Menos de 200m da estação Pietralata do Metrô, em área tranquila e mais afastada, atendimento simpático e prestativo. Única ressalva é que no quarto que ficamos só funcionava a função aquecedor (ar condicionado não).
