Great place to stay!

From the time we walked in the door we were greeted and treated like royalty. Larry greeted us and checked us in. He explained where everything was. Times that their in house resteraunt and bar closed at just in case we wanted to grab a bite. There was a problem with the lights in the first room we got but I called and Larry immediately got me another room and 2 breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. The rooms are spacious and even have a bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. We got two queen size beds and they do have a huge couch that someone could sleep on if needed. Beds and pillows were great. Rooms were both clean too. We went down for breakfast and the server there was awesome. I'm sorry I didnt catch his name! Food was delicious and great service. The decor is awesome and has a music theme which my daughter loved as she plays several instruments herself. Everything was perfect!

Great property! Hip, conveniently located and excellent staff! The noise was a bit loud on the first floor room but other than that, great!

This is a great venue. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The entire place is clean and convenient to get to. Close proximity to the airport.

This was our first time in Austin. We decided to stay here for a night. Walking in atmosphere was friendly and clean. Receptionist man was super friendly. The only complaints I have is that we had booked for a 1 King Bed room. When we got into room 212, we saw 2 beds.. We were tired from the long drive, didn't want to go back down and arguing just for one night. Getting ready for bed we realized the remote didn't work for the room. Got up to turn the TV on, but still buttons didn't work. We just turned it off and used our phones. After the long drive we just went to sleep. The room itself was super clean and nice, restroom was spotless. In the morning we tried to work the coffee machine. We plugged it in and we waited.. never worked. Upon checking out I did bring it up to the lady receptionist. After hearing about our stay she did say, she'd let the manager know about the defects of the room. Other than those issues, the stay overall was great. We would absolutely stay here again. The area around wasn't sketchy at all. Parking was easy. QR code and pay online. Make sure to check the room before settling!

Family trip

Cambria Hotel in Austin never fails to please. We stay here anytime flying out of Austin.

Very well kept. Rooma are very nice and clean.

For the family and I, this hotel was a perfect hidden gem. The staff were very welcoming and quite easy to talk to. The hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained. The room my family and I purchased for the night was a 2 queen bedroom with a very long sofa that was big enough to sleep a third adult. The rooms were also very clean, smelled great and to top it off the bathrooms have a Bluetooth mirror to connect your phone to while you are in the bathroom taking care of business. We had an early flight out of Austin the next day and had to be at the airport no later than 350am. We left the hotel at 330am and by 340am we were already in line for check in. The bartender was also very easy to talk with and works with you should you want to order something not on the menu. Overall great hidden gem and the perfect place for anyone traveling by plane. Also there’s a Waffle House across the street.

From the time I checked in to when I checked out, the staff was friendly and professional. Felicia and Gabe were awesome at the Bar/Restaurant. I would definitely come back and refer Cambria

Gentleman at the reception desk was very good. He was polite, professional, and pleasant to talk to. He even helped us out with our luggage when we departed. Also, the gentleman working the restaurant and bar was exceptional. He was doing EVERYTHING by himself and did an excellent job. We will definitely return.

Staff was nice and very great. Food at the restaurant was well priced. Room was excellent for the price. Would’ve been five stars if not for the overpriced snacks, drinks and medicine in the lobby. Definitely would recommend this hotel!!!

Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in. The property is well maintained and it has plenty of amenities. The beds were super comfortable and very quiet overall.

The only negative is don’t order the 3 cheese pasta or add a protein. It’s awful. But everything else is amazing.

Made a claim to Expedia to see if i can the change dates of my stay due to my uncle passing away, apparently i wasn’t able to due to property manager not making an exception. Still got messages during my “stay” when i wasn’t even there. Just wish i could’ve gotten a change cause money just went down the drain.

I thought the whole decor was nice and modern. It was perfect for us to hang out before the concert we were attending at Germania amphitheatre.

Bayou Visitors

It was a really nice stay. I saw other complain about the hot water, but that wasn’t a problem at all for us… it was scorching. LOL The ladies at the front desk were really nice. Our room was comfortable and easy to access. I loved daily the text messages checking to see if we needed anything. The music-theme wall mural was tres magnifique!!

This property is very nice. The bed and room were updated and the hotel restaurant was great! Good service and they were very friendly to my dog. As a single gal, I felt safe and would definitely stay again!

The sundries area for snacks and essentials is grossly over priced. I am a diabetic and my sugar was falling and needed sugar. I went and got 2 normal sized candy to bring my blood sugar up. $12 for 2 candy bars is insanity. Room was nice and enjoyed the stay but will never buy anything onsite at a Cambria property.

Beware of customer service & allegedshuttle policy

Pros: clean, nice amenities (kcups and free water). Modern decor. Friendly shuttle drivers. Con: the worst customer service I experienced in my life. Booked the hotel for the 24-hour airport shuttle coz arriving at 1 am and have an early flight with kids (and didn’t have a car seat to use Uber/Lyft). Before booking & prepaying, someone over the phone confirmed that the shuttle is 24-7. But, when we checked in, the night deskman said that it is “hotel policy” that shuttles running before 630 am are only for airline crew and that we’re on our own returning to the airport for our early flight. When I asked for an explanation as to why this policy wasn’t mentioned when I called or why it isn’t in the public websites, he said that I need to “calm down” or he’ll refuse service, cancel my prepaid reservation and leave me and my kids out on the street at 1 am with no room to stay. If this is the hotel policy that only airline crew can use a shuttle before 630 am then that needs to be clearly stated in the public websites and in the emails. But to threaten to have me and my kids out in the street at 1 am in an unfamiliar city because I questioned such policy (that I’ve never ever heard of) was the rudest, heartless, most condescending gaslighting I ever encountered from any customer service. Next day, I was going to beg the shuttle driver (or airline crew) to take us despite this “hotel policy” There were empty seats, no airline crew & a friendly driver who didn’t question us.

We stayed for one night and we were pleasantly surprised with our first stay at a Cambria. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

The Cambria is a beautiful modern hotel with an Austin music vibe. The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows after a long day of abroad travel. I liked the open layout of the room and the shower had great water pressure. The only thing that could use some work would be the food. They have a good selection of different plates but the quality could be better. That aside, I would absolutely stay again.

Parking isn’t free

Parking is no longer free. It’s $12 a night now. They have not updated with hotels.com yet

Nice airport hotel fair priced

Front desk staff extremely polite and engaging. Hotel is nice, we were not charged for parking. Only thing we did not like was the food at the bar.

The best hotel in Austin. Will be definitely coming back.
