No hand shower in the toilets, you can only use the toilet paper. You will find lots of cockroaches. The maid of the day is good, on the other hand those of the night are very bad in case you need them (they don't come unless you insist several times). Servers are good The food is average The children's pool is good, the adult pool is average (not very deep and small). Some receptionists have to learn to smile, it's free.

Matunine Re: Itinerary 72163870471498 Calimera Resort refund Date: December 3, 2021 To whom May I concern; I purchased 3 nights stay in Calimera Delfino Resort Spa in Hammamet, Tunisia for November 2-5, 2021 through Expedia.com. They require me to pay in full $ 266.64 using my Master Card ending 8379. I showed up on November 2 afternoon hours and wasn't able to check-in. Hotel was not operative for this time. Security man claimed that hotel is closed for a season. On same day I tried to rebook other nearby hotel via Mobil Expedia Apps. I stayed 3 nights at other hotel located nearby. Upon returning back to the U.S. I contacted Expedia to explain my experience and demanded refund. Expedia claimed it can't refund money since it was already paid / collected by hotel. Expedia tried to contact hotel but learned that hotel is closed for a season. Expedia claimed that it has no responsibility to collect and I will have to contact hotel directly to collect money. It surprised me a lot. I have been very loyal customer for Expedia for almost 20 years, and never saw this situation like this. Also I was very surprised how terrible Expedia phone customer service is. A lot of sudden phone disconnections, and all operators don’t know situation that I have to explain all over again and again. They tried all same routine to contact hotel, then said wait for response. Honestly, I am very disappointed at Expedia service.

The relaxing pool area however it needs to be monitored as some don’t respect the quite maybe have don relaxing spa music there aswell.

I had very high expectations

Positive: Good gym for a hotel. The use of the safe is included (a big plus). High speed broadband everywhere (not given in hotels in the area). Gardens are well maintained and gardeners are very polite and welcoming. You can a coffee, water or a drink and a bite 24/7. My house keeper (Souha) was great and kept the room very clean, she along with the rest of house keeping staff were very courteous and welcoming. She never missed a day. Haylel the waiter was very good, welcoming, he went the extra mile with a smile. I wouldn't say the same about the rest of the waiters. Most of them did the bare minimum, clients get ignored unless you really put the effort to catch their attention. Negative: The whole place is infested with flies , on the food, in your drink, on the beach, in your room everywhere. Facilities and rooms are rundown . especially the rooms , they feel like a youth hostel not a 4 star hotel. Consequently, a similar hotel in a similar state with a similar level of service say in Greece or Spain will be ranked 3 star at best. Reception staff do find it really hard to smile and say good morning or high (with few exceptions). Waiting crew and bar crew sometimes seem like they just can't be bothered and some of them actually look annoyed that you are there . I was annoyed from day one with my room, I told reception about it, they promised to change it but never came back to me

Der Club hat zwischenzeitlich fast schon wieder das Niveau vom ehemaligen Betreiber ALDIANA erreicht. Ich hatte ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit Meerblick, hervorragende Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Essen mindestens Note GUT. Personal wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko war, dass während meines Aufenthalts (1.10. bis 8.10.) keinerlei Bank-Services (Abhebungen, Geldwechsel) möglich waren wg. "Technischer Gründe" (1 ganze Woche?).

Terza volta al Delfino Beach. Prima post COVID. Temevo un calo di livello. Invece continua a meritarsi tutte le 4 stelle. Unica pecca, questo giro, la piscina coperta della SPA non era riscaldata. Era un plus importante per me.

Zu wenig Liegen am Strand,Zimmer Einrichtung veraltet,Service am Pool schlecht. Strand sauber,Essen gut, Getränkeservuce zu Mahlzeiten,Erwachsenpool vorhanden, Internet im Zimmer

Leider ist die ehemals sehr schöne Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Strandtücher, Geschirr und Zimmer sind verbraucht und müssen dringend erneuert werden.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Von Putzdamen bis Barkeeper. Von Resortchef bis Rezeption. Alle sehr bemüht es uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Zimmer zwar ein wenig älter; allerdings super sauber gehalten. Das Essen war qualitativ sehr zu empfehlen, die räumlichkeiten hätten vielleicht ein wenig grösser sein können. Animationsangebot ist mäßig bis gut. Sport ist ok; Abendunterhaltung sehr eintönig. Die Animateur sind zwar sehr nett; allerdings nicht ganz so professionell. Beschäftigen sich mehr mit einander als mit den Gästen. Ein sehr zu empfehlen Resort, wo das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis absolut stimmt.

Nothing bad to say

Good overall. Great for families with nice accomodation and in general good food. Friendly staff was a plus.

Veritable paradis avec de magnifiques jardins verts et fleuris. Plusieurs tres belles piscine dont une entourée de palmiers et reservée aux adultes et donc propice à la détente. La plage privee accessible en 2 minutes depuis la piscine est aussi très belle et bien équipée.

Resort muy limpio, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Personal muy amable y atento Comida correcta, quizá falta opciones veganas. Todo incluido correctísimo y a todas horas Acceso directo a la playa privada Wifi con buena cobertura, incluso en el playa En setiembre hay humedad y bastantes moscas Solo faltó el sol

Struttura nel complesso piacevole

Piacevole soggiorno, sconsiglio un soggiorno prolungato per la solita routine del cibo che a lungo andare inizia a stancare, ottimi i servizi offerti dalla Spa, pulizia in generale non eccellente, anzi....regole di igiene non ai livelli di un cinque stelle sicuramente, cibo e varietà cucina accettabili. Spiaggia bella ma molto sporca. Comunque nel complesso discreta.

Resort confortevole sul mare

Resort sul mare, con possibilità di praticare varie attività sportive (acquagym, pallavolo, bocce, palestra) e serate di animazione di vario tipo, anche per bambini. Possibilità di usufruire di una nutrita biblioteca, peccato non ci fosse alcun libro in lingua italiana. I teli mare , compresi nel servizio all-incluse, sono di misura un po' scarsa perchè non coprono tutta la misura del lettino. Cibo buono e in abbondanza; l'unica nota dolente erano le verdure preparate sempre con qualche salsa o maionese o yogurt che magari noi italiani non gradiamo.

L'hotel non è particolarmente disponibile nei confronti della clientela italiana: le camere ricevono tutti i canali satellitari europei e altri mondiali, tranne quelli italiani e non sono disposti a installarli: così ci hanno risposto...
