No communication possible. They seem to even lie

This is not a hotel overall. All its operations are for resudence guests, not at all hotel guests. They should stop taking hotels guests.

Feels like a home with two rooms & bath's , living room and kitchen!

Rooms are spacious and it us quite Access to so many facilities within easy reach

This is a serviced apartment property with access to a comprehensive fitness center and a range of eating options in the building. Loved having a small kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Western options at breakfast are limited and there is no room service.

It was okay overall

We paid for an extra person in the twin studio apartment. For the first several days, we did not get an extra bed because we didn't know that it was available. However, when we extended our stay for extra 2 days, another receptionist asked me if I wanted an extra bed. Had I known that an extra bed was available, my parents would have slept much more comfortably. There's some discrepancy in the service. Also, house keeping did not clean my room. So we did not have new towels to wipe ourselves with. I called the front desk to ask for new towels. The receptionist apologized, and I thought I would get new towels. But no one came by our room and we had to dry our old towels to use in the morning. The fridge was dented. There were no bugs and the location of the residence is easily accessible, no doubt. But I wasn't so happy with the service of the reception overall.

i had meetings with couple of companies just next door of calidas or a km away. very convenient location and helpful staff clean and hygenic... good breakfast

역대 최악의 호텔

당일예약했으나 바로 체크인이 되지않고 데스크 직원들 태도도 불량했으며, 40분이상 세워두었음. 또한 룸컨디션 또한 시설이 노후에 냄새도 좋지 않아 가격 대비 여러모로 최악

최악의 호텔

체크인한 방이 오랬동안 게스트를 안받았는지 지하실과 같은 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났고, 심지어 제공된 G7 커피믹스의 유효기간이 2020년으로 2년이나 지난 커피가 그대로 제공되었습니다. 5일 숙박하는 동안 삼푸, 샤워젤 리필은 한번도 없었고, 다른 에머니티도 가끔 채워주고, 조식 식당에서 자리 안내도 없이 사람들이 마스크 벗고 돌아다녀도 제재히는 사람이 없습니다. 수십번 출장으로 해외에 다녀봤지만 최악의 서비스였습니다.

Simple, cozy, a little bit old. Got a top floored suites with affordable price cause there is no studio.

랜드마크72에 위치해 있어 주변에 모든 시설이 다 있고, 객실도 크고, 헬스장도 훌륭하며, 조식도 좋았습니다.

高層階にあるため、上まで行くのが時間かかりますが、宿泊しやすいホテルでした。

아침식사가 맛이 있고 매우 다양하며, 직원들이 친절하다. 다만 이번에는 메일 엘리베이터가 고장이 나고 한개만 운영을 해서 오가는 부분에 불편함이 있었음

가족과함께한여행

친절한 데스크 친절한 하우스키핑 가족과함께가기에는 더없이좋은 곳임 정말느린 엘리베이터가 인상적이었고 레지던스특성으로 실거주자가많아 (대부분 한국인) 조식좌석잡기가 힘들었음.

다신 안감

저희 생각보다 너무 지저분했어요. 호텔안에 딱히 뭐 할것도 없구여. 직원들 서비스도 별루고여 와인을 사서 실수로 오프너를 못사서 카운터 가져갔더니 안된다고 하고 3명 예약했는데 수건, 물 등이 2명만 세팅되어있어서 1명꺼 더 달라했는데 끝내 안가져다주시네요...

많이 좋았는데 에어콘 성능이 떨어졌어요. 그것만 좋았으면 최고였을텐데요...

주위환경이나 내부 조건이 만족스럽습니다. 조용하고 깨끗하며 조식의 질도 좋았습니다. 주위 이동하기에도 중간에 위치해 어느 곳에 가기나 매우 편리했습니다.

전체적으로 만족. 한국 Tv도 끊기기는 하지만 여러 채널이 나옴. 욕조는 없고 샤워부스형태.

Esport MSI2019 event of 10 days in walking distance to venue and beautefull parcs & museum. All services needed to find at one spot and with very exclusiv touch. Food quality great, like Breakfast variety fantastic and several restaurant to lunch/ diner or snack in the building floors. SUPERB Hanoi city & old quarter distance close by taxi, bus, motorbike etc Will like to come back Again :-)

A good choice for a short or long stay in Hanoi

This hotel was a good choice - well equipped serviced appartments, friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast. The location might be too far from the centre for tourists, although taxi and public bus connections perfect and convenient. Excellent Korean restaurants in the neighbourhood.

숙소가 환기가 안되며 곰팡이 냄새가 아주 지독하고 방이 습했습니다. 가격대비 룸 상태가 엉망이었습니다.

조식이 너무 좋았습니다

日本語は通じませんが英語でのコミュニケーションが出来る方には問題ないと思います。 もう少しアメニティを充実させて欲しいかなと思いました。

호텔식레지던스이기는하지만 가족단위의 장기 투숙객이 많은것이 인상적이었습니다. 또한 대부분이 한국사람에 한국식당과 마트가 있어서 편리하였습니다.

서비스는 좋았지만 레지던스라서 그런지 컨디션은 별로였음. 주변환경은 좋았음

シャワーの水圧が低い。 排水もいまひとつ。 アメニティ入れ替え、補充に漏れがある。 ウォシュレットがない。

酒店清洁度很好，但楼层过高，不太方便。早餐种类在同级别酒店中算一般。性价比不高。

전반적으로 좋았지만 청결에 조금 더 신경 써 주시길 바래요.

편안하고 나쁘지 않았지만 방 청결상태가 우수하지는 않았어요 머리카락이 떨어져있었어요 또한 레지던스에 거주하는 한국 분들이 많아서 호텔분위기생각하시는 분들에겐 비추입니다.

굉장히 시끄럽고 방에서는 곰팡이냄새가 심하였음.
