Cable Mountain Lodge is adjacent to the entrance to Zion National Park which makes parking and accessing the park very easy. The room was very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend Cable Mountain Lodge.

Perfect location for a trip to Zion. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Location

It is the perfect location to stay if you want to visit Zion National Park. It is literally next door and a car is not needed.

Amazing place. Nothing else to say!

The property was beautiful and very clean. It was very convenient to park at the hotel and walk to the visitor center and/or get on the shuttle to enter the park. We were in the first floor and had 2 children in the room above us, which we could tell based on the very thin ceiling that transferred all noise. When we checked in, the staff gave us key cards, but when we walked to the room, neither one worked. We went back and the matter was corrected. I do not believe they gave us the correct room/they did not know which rooms people were actually in because of the key card issue and, when we called about the noise upstairs, they told us no one was in that room. My husband went up and talked to the family there to make them aware of the noise transference and then he went and informed the front desk that there was, in fact, people in the room above us. The only way I would stay there in the future is if we could be guaranteed to have a second floor room.

Convenient to everything Zion

Perfect location for visiting the park. Can walk to the entrance in 5 minutes. Also close to market, coffee shops, gift shops etc. would definitely recommend!!

Next to park, lots of services onsite

If you are going to Zion National Park this is the place to stay. It is essentially right at the entrance of the park. Beautiful units, large and well kept. Everyone here and around here was super nice and accommodating. Great place to stay!!

Doesn't get any better than Cable Mtn for Zion

You CANNOT get better access to Zion other than staying in an internal campsite. Cable Mountain was incredibly comfortable, convenient, and gorgeous. We stayed for 2 nights and dined within the immediate area and around Springdale. The park and shuttles are FOOTSTEPS from the hotel. The room was comfortable and we would definitely stay here as a first choice for visiting Zion again!

Beautiful Location

Absolutely beautiful setting. Extremely convenient location — you are able to easily walk to the park entrance and shuttles. Plenty of parking. Great restaurant, market, and gift shops on site. Very clean and well kept. My only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance issues throughout our stay.

Wonderful stay

In addition to this being wonderfully located and beautiful scenery, the property was well-maintained, both outside landscaping and inside. The room furniture was rustic, which is appropriate though slightly outdated, but it did not interfere with the level of comfort we experienced. Thank you so much.

Location Location Location

This place was the absolute BEST location for running the Zion half marathon. The shuttle picks you up from here in the morning, the race ends out front, and you are right at the gate for Zion National Park and can just walk in and take the Zion shuttle. Would definitely recommend this place based on location alone. My only slight issue was that reception did not tell us that we would receive discounts at the market and the outfitters. We spent a good amount of money at these locations and only learned on our last day that we should have been receiving a discount. Note - there is an indication of this on the sleeve the keys come in, but we just totally missed that and it would have been nice if it had been pointed out to us at check in.

Beautiful location with many on property amenities. This includes access to a shuttle for Zion National Park and a shuttle to Springdale. Would highly recommend!

Cable Mountain Lodges was excellent. It was so close (5 min walk) to the zion visitor center. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Absolutely loved

We were so happy with the location and the room. The kitchenette saved us money on meals and the park is in walking distance as it is the closest hotel to the park. You can rent bikes onsite and they have a few restaurants and stores onsite or a walk into town gives you plenty of options. We will go back!

Walking distance to Zion entrance! Beautiful, modern and clean. Easy parking and checkin checkout was easy. Pool and hot tub were closed for renovations! Upstairs rooms are noisy especially if the guests are coming downstairs early in the morning and can see inside.

It was a beautiful place. I'm so glad we got this reservation. It's just steps away from Zion. While the pool was being serviced while we were there, it was still good. The spa was excellent.

Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk to the visitor center of the Zion National Park. Place is spacious with a kitchen that we used for breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in a future trip to Zion.

Hotel was fantastic and right at the foot of the Zion National park entrance. Hotel room was excellent and the discounts at the market and restaurant made the stay more convenient. Staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for a stay at the park. Restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance, but the best part is the proximity to the scenic shuttle stop. This place is well worth the money spent!

It is an extremely convenient and comfortable location. If you are planning to spend your days hiking in Zion national Park. Very close to all of the restaurants and shops that are available. Right next to a store that is well equipped if you are taking an adventure in the park.

Stayed here for the half mararhon and everything was beyond perfect!!

Girls trip

The rooms are beautiful. Adam was a saint! Love the lawn chairs!! Your coffee place needs whip cream for the hot chocolate.

Loved that the hotel is right at the entrance of the park! The hillside suite is nicely furnished along with the kitchenette. Loved how well you can see the stars at night too.

Great stay at Zion

Great location right outside Zion NP. We enjoyed the hot tub and that it was in a little village with a little market and restaurant! We hiked Watchman Trail and were able to walk to it from the hotel room with our 6 year old. Room was new and clean!

For the money, the best deal and hotel in Springdale. I would rank Cable Mountain as good as Marriott

Perfect hotel for a great family vacation

Great location and spacious room made us super relaxed. Since it is February, the swimming pool was closed but our 7 year old daughter loved the hot tub next to it. The only downside was the room lighting. Too white for us. We preferred warm light color to feel more cozy.

We had an excellent stay at double queen We really appreciate the wonderful service which included room cleaning. The food at the cafe was also good. My only feedback is that there could be a drinking filtered water option in the buildings. Thoroughly great having laundry as well.

Great location but we're unlucky

Check in issues. They said our booking was canceled on the morning of our arrival. We spend 30 to 40 minutes at the lobby to figure it out and eventually been re-booked of a less ideal floor.

Best place to stay in Zion!

We loved this place!! It’s beautiful, in an excellent location, and a very fair price! Would go back here in a heartbeat!

Our room was spacious and clean. The location was great for walking into the park as the shuttles were not running during our time there. Hot tub was a nice perk after a day of hiking!

Excellent property - we had a spacious 1 bedroom for our family and it was so nice to be able to walk into Zion without worrying about taking the Springdale shuttle.

Best Hotel to stay at near to Zion National Park

Cable Mountain Lodge - Perfect Blend of Convenience and Comfort Our stay at Cable Mountain Lodge in Springdale, UT, was nothing short of amazing. The property’s location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the entrance to Zion National Park. This proximity allowed us to explore two nearby trails on foot the evening we arrived, even after the last park shuttles had stopped running. Speaking of the shuttles, the nearest park shuttle stop is just a 3-minute walk from the lodge, making it incredibly convenient to get around the park during the day. One of the main reasons we chose this lodge was its EV chargers. Although it’s a destination charger, it worked perfectly for us since we only needed a couple of hours to recharge. It’s great to see properties like this cater to electric vehicle owners. The lodge also has a market on-site, which was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated the convenience of preparing fresh meals in our suite, which was fully stocked with essential utensils, plates, and silverware. It made our stay feel more like home. The living room in our suite featured a rollout sofa bed and a TV, providing the perfect setup for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It’s clear that Cable Mountain Lodge has thoughtfully designed its amenities to cater to the needs of hikers and adventurers. Overall, Cable Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations and offered the ideal combination of convenience, comfort, and practicality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful location, room decorated nicely, market store with fresh fruit and vegetables, brew pub/restaurant steps away, landscaping and garden area’s stunning… one of the best resorts I’ve been. Entrance to Zion Park is one block away. Expect to prices on food , gas, and entertainment to be higher than usual.

Perfect location as you can walk right into Zion National park from this lodge. It has a market with all the essentials and a lovely spa for when you want to get pampered. The view is spectacular and the weather was chilly in December but a light vest jacket did the trick. Definitely recommend!!

The views from the hotel were unmatched and the property offered so many amenities, including a pool, restaurant, spa, coffee shop and more. The staff at each location were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Cable Mountain Lodge. Staff was so friendly, our room was spacious, everything was very clean, and the location cannot be beat.

Right next door to Zion Natl Park. Very nice accommodations with a well-equipped camp store and outdoor shop. Next to bus stop which is very convenient during the summer months.

We loved Cable Mountain! The only thing that would improve the property is if there were numbers on the buildings with lights. I struggled to find my room in the dark. Other than that this place was great- right next door to the park! Conveniently close to gear/ rental place, a grocery store and a brewery restaurant too!!

Thus property is beautiful. The stream flowing and the mountains outside and the cozy ambiance are delightful. My room is clean and comfortable and private.

It doesn't get better than this. Being able to wake up and walk across the bridge into the park every day without fighting traffic or parking was amazing. The room was so spacious and clean. Perfect for our family to eat and spend time together with a kitchen and common area. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed the quiet surroundings

I really liked the location. The one thing that could have been better would have been Bluetooth enabled tv’s so I could connect with the apps on my phone. I thought the tv situation with channels and random shows that played at specific times and included commercials was super retro. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Very nice not the best for stargazing when December is near

The location was perfect. The park entrance was right next to it. The park shuttle was there as well as a shuttle for town. Beautiful views of the mountains & the Virgin river. Located on the property was a resturant, gift shop, market & a coffee/tea/quick bite place. Perfection!!!

We didn’t get to spend much time at the lodge only stationed for one night but didn’t expect the property to be right outside the entrance of the park. That came as a pleasant surprise! Overall shopping option & cafe within the vicinity was very convenient. All the dining restaurants nearby are within walking distance when shuttle service is closed at night which is nice.

There is no better place to stay if you’re visiting Zion National Park. You can literally walk to the park entrance. We loved staying there and can’t wait to return. The suite was perfect for a small family.

We absolutely love that this is right by the Virgin River and right at the entrance to the park. It is also great because they give you discounts on the restaurant, market and coffee shop they have.

Definitely will stay there again. You can’t get a better access spot to the entrance of Zion’s. Included parking alone is worth staying here. Walkable to lots of places. Great rooms and pool, too.

After staying here for two nights, I can see why other reviewers have given it stellar reviews. I totally agree with them. From the time we were warmly greeted by the front desk to the time we left, everything was amazing. Our room was very clean, neat, and comfortable, with an unbeatable view of Zion National Park right from the balcony. We booked a hillside view room and saw deer passing by really close a few times. Our family with kids enjoyed two queen beds and a comfortable pull out sofabed. The kitchen was also well appointed with all the supplies that we needed, from bowls and plates to different size pots and pans and even cutting board and food scissor. Our room had a full size refrigerator and microwave, and also a mini electric stove. This was a great option which helped us save money by not having to go out to eat every meal. The surrounding area is like a little village with all the necessities for recreation like bike rentals (we didn’t use that), and a convenience market and gift shop. Hotel guests get a discount at some of the area stores in the village. The free national bus shuttle was only minutes away on foot. We were able to come back to the hotel for breaks because it was so close to the park entrance. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

A fantastic stay! Such a comfortable room that was super clean and well appointed. We had a little one with us and she enjoyed it too. Even better is this hotel is connected to everything you need and want for your visit to Zion. It was such a good deal to get a room here.
